WE LOVED LOVED THIS HOTEL. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS VERY SPECIAL! EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT FOOD, BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS. WE ARE DEFINETELY RETURNING, AS IT WAS TRULY A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. A MUST!!!

We stayed here for our tenth wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. The food and the service it came with was first rate along with the overall service throughout the hotel. Yep, it is expensive but at no point did I think I was not getting my monies worth. Highly recommended for all the right reasons.

It's beautiful. The tennis court is a dream. Service fantastic. Location amazing, but long and slow drive along the road from como centre. This place is expensive, and the food bill will burn a hole in your pocket before the bill arrives. Next door though, are fantastic restaurants at realistic prices, I love the food. My husband and I agree this is the best hotel we have EVER stayed in! Lake Como is beyond beautiful and the hotel is perfect. The grounds, staff, food, service and the public and private rooms were all amazing! This hotel is VERY special! Worth every dime!

No complaints except bed was uncomfortable but it seems most hotels we stayed at had the same accomodations. Wish we would have stayed longer! Pool, staff, room, breakfast buffet were all perfect!

After several wonderful and busy weeks of vacation in Italy, Lake Como was the perfect way to end our trip. The mountain air, the scenery and the hotel were spectacular. Every hotel employee was attentive and made our stay very memorable. We can't wait to come back. Kristi

Beautiful hotel - with superb facilities. Were fortunate enough to be upgraded on arrival but probably happened because my boyfriend had planned to propose to me by organising a private dinner by the lake :) Can't go wrong with this hotel - if it's hot you have the lake pool to cool down in with cocktails by the man made beach- if it is cold you have […] the T spa pool to warm up in and great option for spa treatments and if the weather is just perfect then you have the flower pool and sauna to use. Our lake view room was fabulous - massive bathroom with spa bath and 2 balconies. Beautiful location - my favourite destination to have ever visited. Grand in all senses of the word. Staff and ambience excellent. Extensive facilities of five star quality. British TV was a nice inclusion. It was pretty expensive but the intangibles like the views etc could not be assessed in monetary terms.

This was an AMAZING hotel. Absolutely amazing! The "water in the water" pool was fabulous (although freezing!). This is a great place to just sit by the pool with a good book and enjoy the peace and quiet (and the spa). There are cute little shops just down the road from the hotel to purchase small souvenirs. A beautiful hotel with a great staff! Be sure to do the fondue in the Escale Bar and restaurant. Great breakfast too!

The Hotel is set on Lake Como which is one of the most beautiful places in Italy, The hotel looks wonderful when you approach it for the first time, I had a great time staying in the hotel, The decoration of the Hotel is to my taste. Staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble. I would have no trouble recommending this hotel.

Top end hotel, our room a newly decorated was OK'ish, a bit on the small side compared to other luxery rooms, but everything one needed was in the room..view from room over the lake was fantastic. The parking/bellboys was very helpfull and polite, service with a smile. Will return.

Grand Hotel Tremezzo was simply AMAZING. The staff was top notch, the dinner amazing, and the views some of the best in the world. It's become one of my favorite hotels in all of Italy (and yes, I've stayed at the Villa d'este). The only thing I can possibly think of that would resemble a critique would be...heat up that amazing jacuzzi in the spa! […] It overlooks the lake and is gorgeous. But it needs to be HOT and not warm. But that's pretty good when that's your only criticism. The Grand Hotel Tremezzo is fantastic. Devamı

This hotel was fabulous and deserves all four stars. The lake front "beach" and pool in the lake were essential for enjoying our stay in Tremezzo. The pizza restaurant in the garden was devine. The decor of the hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. Over all , one of the nicest places we have stayed. We booked the least expensive room on Hotels.com and got a lovely room on the garden (non lake) side, which we preferred as it was very quiet (no traffic from lakeside road). The weather was a bit rainy when we were there so we made great use of the lovely breakfast, excellent health club and luxurious […] old world common rooms (with wifi). Our major focus for the trip was shopping at the factory stores and outlets so getting back and forth to Tremzzo was a bit of a drive , but worth it for the views when we returned. Devamı

This hotel is worth the money. The views from the dining room and hotel spa are spectacular. They have valet parking at no extra charge, which is a nice touch given the crowded conditions of the parking and roads. The room was tastefully decorated and very pleasant, but a bit on the small side. The grounds are spectacular, the facilities are abundant […] and the location is very convenient. My daughter and I arrived late in the evening after travelling from Venice. We were greated warmly, informed our room had been upgraded and were offered dinner reservations. We gratefully accepted and sat down to a delicious supper with the most attentive, but nonintrusive wait staff. Our room was beautiful, overlooking the lake with the glorious alps […] as a backdrop. The beds were the best we had while in Italy and the amenities were very much up-to-date, including a flat screen television -but who would watch with the view from the baclony just steps away? The hotel and spa staff were very helpful, answering questions and arranging reservations; we could not have been more pleased with the service. Truly, the Tremezzo is an example of the old-world service I thought only existed in books. Our visit ocurred in mid-April, which is early in the season for Lake Como, but the heated indoor pool that looked out at the lake was heavenly. So relaxing after all those days on our feet sightseeing. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Tremezzo Palace and dream of going back again. Devamı

If there were six star (******)hotels, this would definitely be one of them! The service was impeccable. The surroundings and views (of Lake Como, gardens) were divine. Words cannot describe the indoor infinity pool with five water features. We didn't want to leave!

We had an outstanding experience at The Grand hotel Tremwzzo. It was our 25th anniversary and we could not have picked a more romantic spot. The view from our bedroom balcony and the othet public balconies of the hotel was breath taking.The staff throughout the hotel were extremely polite and helpful. While the spa was relatively lowkey compared to […] American spas the services were among the top we've experienced anywhere (ask for Christina and Fabio). The pool in the garden was glorious and suited our quiet tastes. In conclusion we could not recommend this hotel more highly. Devamı

Simply amazing. Spectacular views both lakeside and garden side. The hotel restaurant's are fabulous. The caprese salad while pricey features the best mozzarella I've ever experienced, and the included breakfast is solid. Head for the omelet guy! Only minor gripes are that the tv has rabbit ear antenna from the 80's, and the bed's don't quite compare […] to the heavenly bed many quality US hotels have recently added. We came down from Norway for a wedding in late September. Weather was between 27 - 30 Celius, with no clouds, and the bellboy said, "sorry it's so cold.".. This is NOT cold, this is PERFECT! ;-P With no trafic from the airport (Malpensa), the hotel is only a short hour away. Just follow A9 north to Como, and follow signs to Menaggio The staff was […] very polite, very professional, and very helpfull. There is a variety of good restaurants close by, but if you pay a little more at the choices, you'll get so much more "bang for your buck". Breakfast was included, wich was nice. However the view from the terrace was nothing short of breathtaking! A trip to Villa Balbianello is also a must. I could go on, describing everything i detail, but to make a long story short... Très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble avec excellente prestation et vue magnifique, seul bémol: leur assistance à vous parler anglais même quand vous leur parlez italiens mais ceci est surement dus à une grosse clientèle américaine et anglaise.

Cet hotel récemment restauré est très agréable personnel charmant et disponible au petit déjeuner il y a vraiment tout ! les piscines intérieure et extérieures sont très appréciables

Hotel is redelijk goed. Maar voor deze prijzen verwacht ik meer service. Storend is het dat er een weg tussen het hotel en een van de zwembaden loopt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Typisches Grand Hotel mit viel Flair. Diesen Stil muss man mögen, einige könnten sagen: etwas plüschig. Schöner Indoor-Pool, wenn auch etwas schmal. Toller Außen-Pool, allerdings zu der Rasenzeit unserer Reise noch zu kalt. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksame Bedienung. Gutes Essen, Gourmet Qualität. Dyrt, men värt varenda öre. Servicen är superb och frukost buffen utsökt. Tennisbana, gym, tre pooler. I närområdet finns flertalet "billigare" restauranger med väldigt bra mat.
