Hôtel Pullman Toulouse Centre - Toulouse

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. All services provided were beyond excellent.

During our recent trip around Southern Franc, we stayed at the Pullman Hotel, Toulouse. Reception is very impressive indeed and we were met by Mikael, who offered us a friendly, honest and warm welcome. His English was superb and nothing was too much trouble. We have travelled extensively throughout the world and rate this property as five star and […] not just four! Room service, bar service and quality i]of food and drink was excellent and the prices fair for such a service. In fact breakfast was served in our room FOC both days. I also used the property gym area which was peaceful and well equipped. Our superior room was not only spotless but really well equipped with great air con and good amenities. Final comment is that the hotel only uses the finest ingredients in the F&B department which is a really worthwhile quality. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others! Although on a busy road, the sound insulation is excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good, but expensive if you cannot get an all-inclusive rate. I had a set menu dinner, which was generally very good, but drinks are expensive, with a limited wine choice for single travellers. The staff were excellent, and a credit to the hotel.

Excellent alround hotel,topped off with a decent breakfast for four hungry Munster men.Thoroughly recommend for all categories of travellers.Nov 2011

This hotel was clean and comfortable but I thought it was too expensive for a rather typical hotel room. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't near many shops or restaurants and it was a bit sketchy at night. The sheets on the bed were not as high of quality as I would expect for a 5 star hotel, as I have recently stayed in much nicer 4 star hotels with […] better value. Hotel absolsutely fantastic. Could not say a negative word about it. Staff incredibly helpful both in regard to traveling from airport and around Toulouse. Also very welcoming to our active toddler. Would recommend using city shuttle from airport - very fast, efficient and only 5euro - better than dealing with Taxis!

This modern and clean hotel is ideally placed for seeing the sights. It is so disappointing to go outside and walk down the road where there are so many people and their dogs who have to sleep on the pavement. The pavement was filthy with waste products in the mornings, although was clear later in the day. I stayed for seven nights and was pleasantly surprised by the large size of my room. It was easily on par with an American hotel of the same star rating. The service was fantastic and almost everyone there spoke some form of English which was very helpful to someone that has a very limited command of the French language. I loved that the bottled water […] was included in the cost of my room! The decor and furnishings were very modern and the bed was exceedingly comfortable. The location is fantastic as it is within a block of some of the best restaurants in Toulouse. I would highly recommend this hotel whether you are in Toulouse on business or holiday. Devamı

Put simply this is one of the coolest hotels you will come across. The lobby,reception, bar, restaurant, the gym and of course the room. Coolness personified. At last a hotel that gets what's important to people in the modern world. iPod connectivity in the room. A tv with built in jukebox. Really nice hotel in good location in the centre of the beautiful city of Toulouse. The only disappointment is the price of the breakfast €12 for coffee and croissant or €22 for a full breakfast. Other than this, I'd really recommend the hotel.

Quite a reasonable business orientated hotel. Good size rrom, big bed, nice bath, good toiletries and linens, free wifi..no character, Easy walk for the station, and easy walk to cultural areas...I was happy... Beats the hell out of a micro-room some where more gernial...

This is a smart, new 4 start hotel. Everything about it is fine. I went for a weekend away with my best friend and there was only a double room available which was ok as the bed was huge. It's funny though that there's a window through to the bathroom so if you sit on the bed, you can see someone in the shower! Room spotless, spacious, quiet, and well equiped. Restaurant and bar staff friendly and efficient and food excellent. Walking distance to attractions, restaurants, train station and airport bus link.

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my 6 weeks in France. It was clean, Air conditioned, and newly remodeled. The Bathroom was stunning, it was about the size of a standard European Hotel room on its own!!! It had a rain shower head which worked wonders on my tired muscles. hôtel Pullman Toulouse très confortable. Excellent accueil à tous les niveaux. Situé très près du centre ville.

Un très agréable séjour, avec une chambre très confortable. On n'entend ni les chambres voisines ni la circulation ! Le personnel est très accueillant. Pour moi le seul défaut mais c'est le même pour tous les hôtels comme ils réunissent deux lits il y a un creux ... Mais le lit était tout de même de très grande taille et confortable.

lors de la réservation d'une chambre, il ne vous ai pas précisé que le prix de la chambre est hors petit dej et il ne vous ai pas proposé de le réserver en plus ! résultat net : vous pensez avoir réservé une chambre petit déj inclus mais non ! et il faut quand même compter 22 euros le petit déj par personne !!!! bon ceci dis, il est exellent !!!! hotel […] trés classe, chaleureux, confortable, impressionnant !!! quelques traces pas sympa dans la chambre.. propreté exigée à ce prix ! Nous avons bénéficié d'une offre spéciale internet dans cet hôtel de 8 étages sans vis à vis situé en plein centre ville de Toulouse (gare à 5 mn, aéroport entre 20 et 45 mn par navettes bus régulières). L'établissement classé 4 étoiles a été rénové en 2010 et bénéficie de 3 catégories de chambre : standard, deluxe et suite. Bien qu'étant en plein centre […] ville, aucune nuisance sonore n'est à déplorer fait assez rare pour le Centre Ville de Toulouse, assez animé d'autant que l'hôtel est situé sur les allées Jean Jaurès très fréquentées. La réception est grande, claire et moderne avec un personnel toujours aux petits soins et très disponible. Bien entendu, un service de bagagiste est disponible (bien du mérite avec 2 valises de 23 kg. chacun). L'hôtel propose également un restaurant ouvert midi et soir en semaine et en soirée le week-end dont le rapport qualité prix est remarquable (ex. formule entrée plat dessert du jour à 23 euros). Le petit déjeuner n'est pas en reste et peut être pris soit au restaurant soit en chambre. Bien entendu, un room-service complet est proposé 24h/24 avec un choix assez varié de boissons et plats très goutus. En chambre deluxe, nous avons bénéficié d'un lit king size avec service ménage et literie complet quotidien, une TV grand écran avec chaînes satellites, deux téléphones, un minibar (certaines boissons sont offertes), une machine à café ainsi qu'un coffre fort digital. La salle de bain n'est pas en reste avec produits de bain en quantité, peignoirs, chaussons,... Nous retournerons sûrement dans cet hôtel si l'occasion se présente. Pas grand chose à dire: établissement neuf, qui mérite ses étoiles, que ce soit au niveau de l'infrastructure ou du personnel, accueillant, compétent et agréable. Les chambres sont d'un confort classique, mais sans fausse note, et parfaitement isolées au niveau phonique, un point critique chez les 4 étoiles de Toulouse centre, et qui m'a fait à raison […] choisir cet hôtel.
