We were on our first trip to Colombia and only knew this hotel from the website. We were very happy with the acommodations and especially the staff. Everyone treated us well and was attentive to our needs from calling cabs to explaining directions. Location is such that you have to take a taxi everywhere but the hotel makes good recommendations and […] wants to be sure you are safe and happy. We only stayed here one night on our way up to Los Angleles. It´s a good hotel with nice and helpful staff. We took a walk to the Zona T where you cn find all the reestaurants and bars ( even shopping during the day) and it is about a 20 minutes walk from the hotel and you walk in areas where you feel safe.

I stayed here for 2 nights in january 2012. The staff are very efficient and pleasant.The room was very clean and comfortable with a flat screen tv, wi-fi and cable connection.The area near the hotel is very safe and there is a shopping centre that is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We stayed one night at the Hotel Parque 97 and the service was excellent. The desk staff was very polite and the concierge was helpful and knowledgeable about the restaurants in the area and things to do.

The service is excelent like for example my wife ask for some more bed sheets because it is very cold in the room at night, right away they send us a small heater which is the best to heat the room without charge. In the lobby all the personel are respectfull when you need somethings they will comply with what you need. I did not lost anything in my […] personal things inside the rooms. When we were in Hotel Almirante Estelar in CARTAGENA. we lost our Nikon camera and the solar sunglasses of my wife, we only discover when we arrive in Hotel Parque when we unpack our things. This was an unexpected surprise in the most positive way. We read all the positive reviews that led us to book our 4 day stay at this hotel. The location is not the best but it is ok, as it is on the northwest side of the diagonal 92 highway and the Zona rosa, financial district, Zona T, Zona G (where almost all best shops, restaurants, etc... are) […] is located on the opposite side of this highway. So you must take a taxi to get to these places. Walking is an option if you are up for it (seems like a safe area) but I do not recommend walking because is rather far from all areas you might want to visit. This was our first time in Bogota and Colombia, overall and we had a great time. Bogota is growing into a safe urban area and very friendly to tourists. As for the Hotel Parque 97 it is very good value/quality wise. The rooms are very clean, and the staff very courteous, breakfast was very good also, which in our case was included. One thing to point out is that most hotels in this price range don't have Air Conditioning in their rooms, the temperature isn't an issue being that Bogota is about 9,000 feet above sea level, and temperature has never been above 77°F. The only issue we had with this was that you have to open the window to let the air in so the street noise came in also. I liked this hotel very much and would stay here again if it wasn't for the A/C, I felt that with the outside air I woke up like if I where camping outside. Maybe it is me that because I live in Miami and I'm used to the A/C dry air and this type of humid outside air made me wake up with a stuffy nose. I do have to say that by the end of our stay I was getting used to it. If you feel you need a room with A/C you might try the American Hotel Chains. Overall, I do recommend this hotel! Taxis are very inexpensive considering what we pay in the US. Devamı

muito satisfatória, mas é bom informar que os quartos não tem ar condicionado, o que numa Tº de uns 24G, após uso do chuveiro, deixa o quarto quente e totalmente embaçado. No mais, nada contra.

Busstation und Geschäfte sind zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das W-Lan funktionierte problemlos und war kostenfrei. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel für 2-3 Tage in Bogota.

Orientado al servicio, flexibilidad para adaptarse a lo que se les pida, cordialidad, buen desayuno

O quarto não possuia ar condicionado, e faz calor durante a madrugada, apesar do clima frio da cidade. No mais, hotel recomendadíssimo. Funcionários atenciosos e disponíveis para tudo.

Estuvimos a gusto en el hotel. Está un poco alejado, pero la comodidad de las habitaciones y el buen servicio compensaron

Excelente atención, habitación cómoda, limpia, desayuno bueno, en general recomiendo el hotel, acorde con el precio.

El hotel es bueno bonito y barato..... lo único que puedo decir es que el café y el aromática que dejan para auto-servicio son fríos y el café sabe a quemado. Pero pues todo bien lo de mas.

Excelente servicio de todos los empleaos del hotel. Muy amigables.

O hotel e novo, limpo e com quartos confortaveis. Fica aproximadamente a 20 minutos do aeroporto. Os atendentes sao atenciosos. Se for novamente a Bogota ficarei nesse hotel.
