It was our first time in the area and choose this hotel for the price and location, both of which we got. The room was really nice and spacious. Our only complaint was that it was really loud. There is a bar downstairs that blared music until 2am on a Monday night. Other than that it was a good experience.

my stay was really nice. The hotel is situated right in the heart of south beach between washington and ocean. So close to the beach and clubs. A block away from the famous mangos. The hotel itself is really sheek looking, theres a bar right when u get in. They serve happy hour from 7-8pm. Not really worth it cuz they water down the booze. The bell […] boys r really nice. always helping open the door and smiling. The only thing i didnt like was lack of receptionists. There was only 1 person at the front desk. So sometimes the line was really long. Also they dont clean your room everyday unless u ask. Devamı

The Chesterfield is a great little boutique hotel right in the heart of South Beach. We got a free upgrade upon arrival which was very nice, so we ended up at one of the "off site" suites (it was 1/2 a block from the main hotel). The room was large with two queen beds and a living room with a pull out couch and seating area- very spacious, and very […] clean. I used to live in Miami, and have stayed in several hotels in the years since, and this is the only one I will unquestionably return to. We could hear loud music throughout the night, but at no fault of the hotel, bars/clubs are open until 5am so the noise was expected ... this is South Beach, if you want a family vacation, go to Orlando. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've slept in! The shower was awesome. The staff was very friendly. I would stay there again definitely!

Great location, Friendly Staff, My $$ Stretched! Great location because it's the next street over from Ocean Drive(Beach,Restaurants and Stores) and the next street over from the club Mansion on (Washington St). And directly on Collins Ave where the Stores are. Staff was upbeat living the MIA life! And my $$ Stretched here because they offer an happy […] hour that was very nice.. I really enjoyed my stay it was my 1st time in Miami and we had to move to a different hotel check in was very easy and the staff was extremely nice love the location and the room my only problem is the size very nice for the price...

Great!!! In the heart of Miami Beach,, nice stuff, clean, the only thing: noisy, but what do you expect not even minutes away of everything ... We lovr it and will come back!

I was ok with my room the hotel is good needs to finish remodeling the rooms oall of the rooms are not the same the bar was ok except for this bartender blonde haired girl very rude this hotel served its purpose not a family hotel

what a cute, little hotel. the decor was lovely and quite high end, it was a nice suprise.

I visited this hotel during spring break w/ my teenage daughters. We stayed in a standard room w/ two double beds which was located in the main building. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and well decorated dark woods and a hip, modern look and feel. I returned with my wife for a romantic weekend and upgraded to a junior suite which was supposed […] to have a KING bed. We were placed in room 510 in the adjacent building, which had a small foyer seperate from the very small bedroom, luckily they it was a QUEEN sized bed instead (sarcasm) otherwise we would have had to jump onto it from the doorway. I have never seen a smaller bathroom, while sitting on the toilet you could brush your teeth :) and had to step OVER the toilet to get in/out of the shower. We were good sports and laughed about the crazy design; however when the power went out and stopped the A/C @ 4AM while it was still 85 degrees with 110% humidity we were no longer laughing. I called the front desk @ 7AM, 730AM and 8AM, finally an electrician showed up @ 9AM and he could not locate the breaker or understand why the electric had stopped, we decided to go to breakfast but as of 11AM when we checked out their was still no electricity in the room. The hotel manager did cover our $60 valet service for our troubles, but didn't help to replace the sour taste in our mouths from this visit. In the future we will stay either in the main house w/ the double beds or at another hotel. If you plan on staying here and have a car, I would recommend using the public parking garage 1 block north on Collins for half the price vs. using the valet service. Devamı

They do not care at all on customer satisfaction. We had to wait more than 2 hours for my check in, and when finally they approve it, the room was not ready, so we had to wait another hour. They knew I was with my kids 9 and 4. They need to get advise on customer service. The hotel has no parking, so you have to walk more than 2 blocks or pay valet […] parking. Devamı

The chesterfield is in a great location on collins. Right near food and beach. you will not be disappointed.

Decent hotel, a bit overpriced for the amentities it provides, but a typical south beach boutique style hotel.

Although the hotel and staff were awesome, be prepared to spend more money. At check-in you'll need to have $100.00 for a deposit on a credit card which will be re-deposited if there are no damages, etc. Most importantly, if you have a car, you will definitely need the valet service for $32.00/day because finding a place to park within walking distance […] of the hotel is next to impossible! Secondly, on Tuesdays and Thursdays the city sweeps the streets and ANY vehicle left on the side of the street they are sweeping WILL BE TOWED by 7 am. If you plan on drinking anything from the bars be prepared to spend a lot of money; a mojito in a plastic cup cost me $12.50, and it wasn't that good. Other than those things, I was happy with the whole experience. Ocean Drive is a 1 minute walk from the hotel and there are many things to see and do. Devamı

This is a very young, fun, hip hotel! Amazing rooms with great decorations. Great location, short walk to the beach, shopping and fabulous restaurants.

I was very unhappy the windows were broken the faucet was broken. A bad case of mosquitos.i also saw roaches in the room was very inappropriate.

This hotel has a great location but needs some updating...our toilet was broken. Otherwise was clean. The air conditioner would not cool below 75. Probably would not stay there again.

This hotel is in south beach. Nice remodel of an older building. We were showed one room but after booking online and waiting 3 hours for confirmation fax and 3pm shift change we were given a room in another building with very cramped conditions. This past weekend was the second time staying at The Chesterfield and once again, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms, lobby, porches, etc, all extremely nice without being uncomfortably extravagant...it's upscale for a the laid back set. I was a bit thrown that there's more than just the main building, as I was placed in the LILY, […] but...that is NOT a complaint. I TRULY had an amazing experience and look forward to the next. Booked this hotel because it was quite reasonably priced and had a decent rating. However upon arrival found it to be much below expectation. Rooms were very small and poorly lit. Valet parking charges are comparable to room charges. Although internet connectivity is complimentary, you have to access it in main lobby which is also sort of a bar with […] loud music playing. Only plus point is proximity to the beach. Would not however recommend anyone to plan a stay here Devamı

I enjoyed staying at this modern hotel. The room was nice to look at and comfortable to stay in. The location was perfect (a block away from the beach). I would stay here again!

This hotel is in the middle of everything. If you don't plan on driving I would park at the garage between 10th and 11th street which is just down the street. The hotel is hip and cool, but if you need to sleep this hotel is not for you. Also when you take a shower the wather gets all over the floor. A towel will fix this problem. The walls are paper […] thin but I was there to have a good time. Yes it is worth the money and I will stay there again. One more thing, it did take a while for our room to get clean and we had double beds insted of one king bed I booked. Overall my stay was okay. The location was great. There was action all around the hotel and you are literally a block away from the beach. My only major complaint is that the bathrroom is only seperated from the sleeping area by a curtian which is not all that great when you have more than one person in the room. I mean the toilet is literally about […] 10 steps away from the bed and there is no major seperation so unless your VERY comfortable with the person you are sharing the room with, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Me and my best freind stayed at the hotel for one night! it was trendy hotel that was a block away from everything. The room was small with oversized furniture. The bathroom was non functional and very small. The staff was nice and there was no need to buy the resort fee because we were there for one nite! This is a great location for the price depending on the season. When I go to South Beach, I do not spend a lot of time in the room. This place is perfect if you are constantly on the go. The rooms tend to be a little small but this is the same for New York hotels even if you are spending 300 to 400 per night.

I have stayed in 100's of Hotels all over the world. I must say this was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. First we arrive there around 11am (Yes early) we were with large group and we had 6 other rooms reserved. We were told it was too early to check in which we totally understood. We then checked our bags with the desk, advised them […] that we had a large group and would like to have our rooms in the same area since we were celebrating a friends 40th birthday (we were NOT spring breakers). We all left for the beach and upon returning (and of course SOMEONE as to be last to return & it had to be us). We were told that they were SOLD out and that they had to move us to another hotel 20 blocks away. We were there for a party and didnt want to be separated from our group. So after some PERSUASION we were told they MAGICALLY found us their BEST ROOM. They bring us to THAT room. Its windows over look Collins ave DIRECTLY infront of the OUTSIDE bar. Just and FYI we booked a "SUITE" The noise outside was so loud we might have well been lying down on the bar. After just a few minutes we return to the front desk and asked to be moved again. We were then moved to another "SUITE" aka DUMP.. The toilet seat was on the floor when we arrived. The tub was next to the bed.... NOT a Jacuzzi tub!!!! A BATH TUB...... The garbage dumpsters were in the rear of the room and you could hear the noise of them dumping garbage all night long... The worse was at 7am when the garbage trucks came to PICK UP!!!! The only thing SUITE in the room was the stale candy...... NEVER AGAIN!!!! Apparently thats what a night stay gets you at the Chesterfield...... Devamı

Location is fine, we stayed 2 nights on our holiday at Orlando, but we were given a room on the 1st floor at the back, nothing wrong with the room but at 5am in the morning they started building work in the alley at the back on both mornings and we had only got to sleep at 3am due to the partying that was going on in the bar area, but hey ho.......

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at the Chesterfield. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do in Miami. The hotel staff were the friendliest people I have met in a long time and they were bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel experience! I liked the bar downstairs and enjoyed the restaurants around the area especially the gelati place! My room was far enough away that I heard no noise from downstairs. The shuttle was very helpful too!

this hotel is very unchild friendly. couldnt get the stuff to get me hot water for my baby bottle. they wasnt friendly or going out of their way to help. no baby cribs, microwave or bath tub...room is very very small. would not recommend if coming with kids.

I stayied one night and the room that I got didn't have any view, it was on the first floor, the window we had to keep the courtins close because every one that was passing by could see every thing inside, and the view < just a little alley, the bath tub had rusty stains,,,, so go figure

The hotel was ok, it wasn't as nice as we expected for the price. The beds were comfortable, but the room was pretty small and the bathroom was terrible. There was no actual shower and when you took a shower it got the entire bathroom wet. We also had a broken toilet seat.

this hotel is key for 21-25 year olds ... really funky look to the hotel and great location on the collin avn nr to the shopping district and walking distance to all good clubs ... if u want to leave the hotel with a great dj on to early hrs of the moring in the hotel lobby .. hang out on the lounge sofas out on the outside landing .... real cool but […] if ur going for a relaxing hoilday this is not the place to go, thehallways are always buzzing ... till early hours of the moring so if u did wanna sleep you wont be able to. but overall a brilliant stay, nice and friendly staff ready to help Devamı

clean & pretty

This hotel is in a great location a block from south beach. However, the room was tiny and my boyfriend and I were hardly able to move around in it. The decoration was modern and cool, but the few shelves and small counters were covered with towels, books, or a large platter of drinks and candy for sale so that there was not a single place to put a […] suitcase except on the floor. (Even NO space at all in the bathroom- not for towels, makeup-anything). The bathroom had only a stand up shower, no tub. There were no windows except for a window at the top of the door and it didn't have a blind or curtain over it so light beamed into the room first thing in the morning to wake you. The hotel was unique and the staff nice and helpful and the price was reasonable, but was just suprised by the size and discomfort of the room. Devamı
