The hotel was cheaply priced. Pictures on Hotels.com looked better than the hotel actually was. Several things were broken. (towel bar in bath, internet computers for guest use, phone system was out for long periods, lights in room and we went one day without a key for the room as the locking system was broken). Had a few issues - air conditioning and wifi did not work in first room, not all the staffs knew any English. But they gave me a room of my choice next day where both wifi and a/c worked. First day they good breakfast buffet but next two days they had no buffet and ordering was not very smooth. It is 3 to 4 blocks from metro, walking through fairly […] good surrounding. Everything was nice and clean. I like the area because it was quiet and a couple of blocks away from the all the attractions. Really close to the mall. Metro was not far away.

Located in the charming neighborhood of Zona Rosa, this was a great deal for the price. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside was the mattress, it was very stiff and uncomfortable.

As a previous reviewer already explained, there is no complimentary breakfast even though it said so on my reservation... We were very disappointed about that because the breakfast in the lobby did look good, but it's cost was overpriced so we went to 7-11 about a block away instead. Otherwise, the hotel was great, decent location (about 5-10 minutes […] walk from metro), about a 3 block walk from a very large/modern mall with western stores/food vendors and even a new 12-screen cinema, clean and large room with a new/modern flat screen TV (where we watched the World Cup, in Spanish!), and the hotel employees were helpful in answering our questions (however, Delta flies out of terminal 2 not terminal 1, but I don't blame the hotel employee on that one, I should have found that out on my own. The terminals are very far apart though, so figure this out before you head to the airport). Overall, it was a nice hotel, but don't plan on getting a free/complimentary breakfast! Devamı

very safe the center of the city next to the shapping center banks and every thing % 100 like NYC

Hotel is quite nice with free internet. Have several issues: Breakfast isn't free. Taxi called hotel always charge me twice the price for the same distance. Room isn't very soundproof.

Front desk staff were extremly nice and very professional, I forgot my tooth brush and paste at 3am I ask the front desk where I could buy one and they offer to buy and bring it to my room. that was outstanding.

Ubicacion propicia para actividades en esa area

Muy rico desayuno. Muy amables tanto el mesero como la recepcionista. Buenas condiciones pero la alfombra tenia algunas quemaduras de cigarro y la colcha. La taza del baño estaba quebrada pero funcional. Muy buena ubicación. Muy seguro.

Muy confortable y comodo. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion y te permite descansar sin el ruido del trafico pese a estar muy cerca de Av. Insurgentes. El personal es de buen trato y amables. Lo unico es que no estaria mal incluir el cafe de cortesia en la habitacion, existe la cafetera pero no hay forma de prepararlo a menos que uno se haga de […] su propia bolsa de cafe.
