Otelden genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Hava alanına çok yakın shuttle hizmeti çok iyi. Özellikle uçak iniş saati gece geç bir saattte ise konuklar tarafından tercih edilmelidir.

the hotel is very close to the Tegel airport ,which will close in 3 weeks. stay only if you have a very early flight..

Loved the restaurant, had a lovely dinner upon arrival, good food and nice atmosphere.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel...the first was in '09...and I was disappointed in a few things. One of the drinking glasses in the room still had lipstick stains on the mouth. The toilet had an annoying habit of running the water for about 5 minutes after the flush. and the internet was not included, so we had to go to the lobby […] and use their computer. The bed is quite low to the ground which I found a little annoying, but was otherwise comfortable. The best thing they have going for them is location, and free shuttle service to and from Tegel. We needed to catch an early flight so had to be at the airport by 6 AM. Asked for a 4:30 wakeup call...but did not get it. The clerk wrote down the wrong room number and supposedly called another room. I wouldn't have wanted to be on the receiving end of that wrong number! Devamı

For an early departure out of Tegal this is very good. The only downside is a heavy parking fee.

This is the best hotel I could find within minutes from the airport. I thought it was reasonable with that requirement. I would not recommend it if sighseeing in Berlin as there are better values and locations.

The food was excellent. The restaurant staff was excellent. The restaurant was perfectly clean. The food was hot and delicious.

No complaints about hotel itself except that internet is slow and expensive. Service was slick and professional rather than friendly. Hotel is isolated - NOT within walking distance of TXL - so you are locked into their restaurant and if you want to leave before 1st shuttle at 5 am, your only option for getting to TXL is a taxi.

I have never slept on such a hard bed, probably would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. Also the internet access price was ridiculous.

Although super convenient to the airport with shuttle service I would not choose to stay there again! Money would have been much better spent in downtown Berlin. Staff was friendly but when I got in my room half the lights didn't work, the bathroom literally smelled like urine, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone at the front desk. Very nice hotel and perfect location for tired travellers to have a stop over. Reception people were very kind and helpfull with all questions.

Great room, excellent service from staff. Would stay there again and recomend to anyone

Polite service, excellent rooms, and easy access to the airport. Very nice.

Great location immediately next to Berlins Tegel Airport. Complimentary pick up and drop off service fast and courteous. Easy check in. Free computers in lobby helpful.

Good hotel for the intended purpose; to be close to the airport coming or going. Friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices. If you need a place to crash next to Tegel, this is more than adequate.

The proximity to the Berlin airport and the hotel shuttle was the reason we booked here; however, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our rooms. My elderly father had a handicapped room which seemed hard to find in other places. Even though it was right at the airport, they had special double sets of dual pane windows so there was no airplane […] noise at all. Above average quality for the price and convinience you get to be near the airport. I will recommend it only if you need to spend a night in transit, not a place to stay on a leasure trip to Berlin because it is too far from the center. We stayed here as my wife and I were flying out of TXL the next morning at 6am. They do provide a free shuttle to and from the airport and are close by. However, the non-smoking room that we booked was smoked in, the only bed sheet we received was dirty. We did not eat breakfast there as the price was 19 euro. I loved this hotel. They have a shuttle service from and to the airport till 11:30 PM and I used it heavily. I felt that breakfast was a little steeply priced at 17 Euros, but other than that everything was great.

reasonably priced hotel with good shuttle service to the airport

Very close to airport, offers free shuttle mini-bus which is very quick - you just go down to reception, say you want the bus and either it's there or wait for it to come back from airport.

There was nothing that we did not like about this hotel. It is located next door to Tegel Airport. It IS a little too long to walk to but the shuttle makes the 5 minute drive to the airport and hotel every 30 minutes or so. The trick to getting the shuttle is to go to the airport info booths in the terminal and ask them to call the hotel for you. You […] then catch the shuttle outside of terminal A where all the busses and taxis come. It is easy and obvious. The shuttle van from the hotel is clearly marked "Mercure". The shuttle was FREE. THere was NO charge as stated. Our room was clean and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great deal as far as places to stay in Berlin. A taxi ride to the heart of town is 12 Euros. Great reasonably priced hotel near Tegel Airport with a very nice breakfast buffet starting at 5am. We always stay here when we have an early flight out of Tegel.

The night staff was fairly friendly (although, he was rude to the gentleman in front of us regarding a phone bill), however the morning staff was extremely rude. There was a mid-40s light haired female front desk staff (no name tag) that was incredibly rude. I've never in my 30 years of existence dealt with anyone more disrespectful. When checking out […] she "greeted" me and my fiance with "what did you take from the minibar", instead of something more polite like, "Did you use the minibar?". We didn't use anything from the minibar, so I said as much. Adding to the negative experience, she answered an abrupt "NO!" when my fiance politely asked if she would be able to look up some flight information as the front desk staff that was working the night before was able to do for us with no problem. The room seemed clean and was fairly comfortable, although it smelled kind of funky. The breakfast was vast but costs 16 euros and they don't post the price anywhere so it's easy to get fooled into eating the expensive breakfast. In my case, I had one roll and it cost me 16 euro, because I didn't know ahead of time what it would cost. In short, don't expect friendly service and only use this hotel if you're simply looking for a convenient hotel to stay in near the airport. Devamı

The hotel was very convenient to Tegel Airport. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was quiet even though you could see the landing lights of Tegel behind drapes. In leafy neighborhood, discreet. Modern conveniences, aesthetic, comfortable, no issues. A/C worked great, clean air. Shuttle just one euro, driver was punctual, trip took […] two minutes. Early breakfast service and shuttle service from 5:00 a.m. Wake-up call punctual. Comfortable bed and sunken bath, pleasurable. We have travelled around the globe as a couple and find this an excellent and convenient value for the price so close to an international airport, convenient from Berlin Mitte. The hotel is perfect for an early morning departure or one day layover. One can walk to and from Tegel Airport from this hotel. A shuttle bus is available by hotel for 1 Euro a person. this was a lovely hotel, very close to the airport- great buffet breakfast and a beautiful pool- staff was very accomodating

Very near airport-5 min away by shuttle. Very secluded location, not easy to find the first time. Very quiet, did not hear any airplane noise. Room very clean, checked in very quickly. Shuttle to airport was quick-hotel charged one Euro per person for shuttle.

The hotel is very clean and airport location is very handy. Parking cost (9 Euro) should be included in price of the room.

Price was good for an airport hotel. Convenient but a little far to walk to airport if needed. Desk clerk English not very good. Bathroom a tight fit. Charged €1 for shuttle to airport - nothing from airport to hotel. Run frequently. Didn't take breakfast and I doubt that it would have been worth it.

In spite of being an airport hotel they do not have a free shuttle to the airport. Once you are at the airport you need to call the shuttle, it does not come around as you would expect in the USA. The one thing you can say for this hotel is that it's convenient to Tegel. It's not possible to walk to the airport, the shuttle bus is not free, nor is there any place to eat nearby. Basic room with reasonable comfort. Housekeeping forgot to come one day, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Benefit is being close to airport (a short shuttle ride or walk away). Wrapping up our vacation, we needed a place to be able to get to Tegel easily the next morning. Check-in was efficient, the room was fairly clean all-around but a little austere. The bathroom shower/tub was of cheap modular type but fine. The bathroom smelled of sewer gas, probably due to the vent below the toilet. If you kept the bathroom door closed […] it was fine but distinct upon opening the door. After a few seconds you got used to it but it was noticable each time. We didn't report it. The shuttle was prompt and ran often enough. We caught the public 109 bus to go back downtown by walking a 1/4 mile away-easy enough. Interestingly, there are police k-9 kennels next to the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by trees so you do get a nice secluded feel to the area though its adjacent to the airport. Devamı

Excellent location next to airport. Prompt free transportation to and from airport. Reasonable price for room. Breakfast (not included) price is very high.
