They provided us with everything needed for our young grandchildren to be comfortable. The facilities were well maintained and the housekeeping staff did a great job of cleaning up after the kids. We were within walking distance to a huge selection of restaurants and shopping.

The only negative thing is there is no free WiFi, you must pay.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed for a week felt the hotel was very comfortable. Only 2 issues that I had: There were no plugins for laptops or mobile devices beside the beds. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Overall, what you expect from a suburban Sheraton hotel. Don't like their so-called ecological program where they basically offer you not to clean your room at the same cost to you (except for a $5 food voucher for next visit). The Club Room is large but almost empty of furniture....We were expecting a separate sitting area, not just more empty space,,,,Good service and clean, what you would expect from a Sheraton

Nice lodging, but this hotel needs its own entrance and exit. Too much traffic with the Carrefour Laval shopping centre. Do not arrive or plan to leave hotel when the mall closes, it's impossible!! The facilities are nice and the room was excellent for the price. One thing the Sheraton needs to change is the 10$ charge for wifi in the room. It is offered […] for free in the lobby, but in this day and age, they are behind the times for asking a nominal fee for a service that should be included in a hotel with the Sheraton's reputation and quality. The breakfast buffet looked good for 12$, but didn't actually try it. All in all, would recommend a stay here, just give your patrons wifi in the room for free and you'll be up to par with all the competition who do offer it for free. Devamı

Great hotel, in a shopping center parking, the pool, spa, training center is very well design, relaxing and comfortable. Kids and adults loved it. The noise level of the heating system is a little bit too high, but the rest is excellent. Great breakfast buffet for 12$ adults and 6$ for kids. Will go back again.

Great location, quality hotel with modern look and amenities. Only complaint is that smokers - at least 20 at a time - seem to all collect around the entrance. Stinks up your car and clothes and your lungs get it.

Stayed there for 1 night. The hotel is Almost on hgwy 15, very noisy but clean and confortable. Also noisy clients were smashing doors all night, could not sleep between 3h00 & 5h00 am.

One of the rooms had a terrible stench that we could stand it. We did call and tell the hotel service about it and they asked if we want to use the air freshener to mask it but we refused. Instead we opened the window all night long. Since we wanted two adjacent rooms so they could not switch us to another room. Hopefully no one else have to stay in […] that room in that condition. First there was free parking.Second the room was very nice and the gym/sauna/pool were excellent. I enjoyed working out Sunday morning to burn some of those calories I accumulated during the wedding ceremony on Saturday. Good Job Sheraton. I might be becoming a regular of Sheraton since my stay at Airport Sheraton in MTL was also excellent.

Sheraton Laval Hotel is fantastic!! The main lobby is beautiful, clean and inviting. There are 4 elevators making wait time minimal. The restaurant's dinner and breakfast were fabulous (especially the dinner buffet, such an array of choices). The staff were always friendly and helpful! Our favourite part of the hotel however, the pool area!! The sauna, […] ice shower, whirlpool tub and best of all the waterfall in the pool!! I can't wait to go back, definitely planning another trip! Also, for those that are looking to shop there is a HUGE mall (apparently the largest in Quebec) right next door. There are over 300 stores and we saw two great restaurants! All in all 5/5 all around for Sheraton Laval Hotel!!! Devamı

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff made extra effort to please us and respond to our resquest as quickly as possible. Great service and near commodities and local attractions. Great for shopping as well, right next door to biggest shopping center in Canada "Carrefour Laval"! A+++

Used the staff service many time and great service. Pool spa and sauna are awesome. Room service has a 30 minute or free policy... Got it delivered in 32 minute and still paid. Should probly argued more. Overall, had a very good time

The stay was very good as usual, the only issue for me was that WiFi was down for 3 out of the four days of my stay which is unusual for this hotel in my experience.

the front desk staff were excellent and most helpful. a true blessing.the rooms were big and very well prepared. after a days in this was heaven. i even found the hotel in a strange city with a foriegn language on the first try. very refreshing visit.

I had an enjoyable stay overall - the bed however I did not find comfortable. I have come to expect the beds at Sheraton hotels to be some of the most comfortable - this one was hard.

Friendly service. Clean and comfortable room. Fun pool for kids with waterfall! Only complaint was pool area was slightly flooded and a bit slippery.

Our room overlooked large exhaust fans that ran all night long.. Almost impossible to sleep with the noise..

I GOT ROOM # 329 BIG STAIN ON THE CARPET UNDER THE T.V TABEL THE TOILET FOUD ON EASH TIME WE USED ( VERY SLOW TO DRIAN THE WATER WHENE I FLASH THE WATER TANK )

MY stay here was really great! I stayed here for one night, and wish I stayed a little bit longer! The lobby was spotless and spacious. Although the hotel restaurant was a bit expensive, it was really not hard to find a place to eat around the hotel due to the fact that it is located directly next to a very nice/ new shopping mall. Our room was very […] nice and clean, with all the amenities you could think of. The beds were very comfortable and it really felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The only real issue that we somewhat encountered was with the Wi-fi internet; there was only free wifi in the lobby, and it was moderately hard to connect to. There was no free wi fi in the bedroom, unless we would have paid money for 24/hr. The city was only about a 30 minute away from montreal and was 1 block away from the high way. Loved the location, less traffic and lots of parking. Beautiful hotel and nice room. We were very comfortable. My 2 year old loved it. She also enjoyed the pool with the running water falling from above was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

we asked for a two beds room, but we had only one bed... we were 3 persons... The employees of the hotel find us a litte bed.
