Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek - Fort Lauderale

Pretty decent overall. Price was good. Location was good for business trip. Very nice lobby and central atrium. One of those older fancy hotels that have been well-maintained. Friendly staff. However, cons include $9.95 wireless access charges and $15 breakfast buffet. It's as if they're making up their relatively low priced rooms in other ways like […] airlines. Also worthy of mention: slow drain and yellowish tap water that a person I met for my trip regarded as "brackish Davie water". Devamı

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel. The outside has lush tropical landscaping but the indoor atrium is wonderful. Waterfalls, creek, fish, turtles, lush tropical too. BUT my room was both cold and noisy. When the manintenace man came up and fiddlled with it said it would warm up but it never did. Street noise was terrible. Very comfortable room and beautiful old Florida architecture. Lovely atrium area to relax and have dinner.

Stay was ok. Staff friendly. Could have offered a comp breakfast or happy hour. Would stay again.

The front desk staff were exceptional and the hotel presents a grand entrance however the state of the rooms and outside corridors left much to be desired. We had to change rooms due to unpleasant smells and dirty carpet. this was our second 1 night stay while travelling to other locations and our room for our first night was acceptable but the second […] time it was not. Make sure you request a room at the back of the hotel, not facing the road and train track! The pool and hottub were very dirty and unpleasant to look at (we did not use these). the restuarant was pleasant, food was good and the staff very accommodating. Devamı

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful but our room had problems with the air conditioning (couldn't get it cold enough) and cable (some stations we couldn''t get at all, others were fuzzy, and some froze up). Also when you sit on end of bed the matress flips up in air, They did give us points on their Starwood program to make up for the problems […] . Devamı

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The only complaint was the bed was too soft. Yep, that is the only complaint. Other than that highly recommend the hotel.

Seemed like we had checked into a dated Atlantic City Casino. The bedroom had NO light switch and be minded of the Freight Train that runs along the back side with full whistle as it passes. When we asked for some assistance, they came right away and fixed our problem. Not a beautiful place.

On arrival, the hotel attempted to put us into a king room suite and I had requested (and paid for) a double bed suite. They quickly found a double bed suite which happened to be on the starwood preferred guest floor. Once we noticed that, we thought the room would be grand, but was quickly disappointed when we entered the room which had multiple carpet […] stains and unmatched furniture, like this was the room that the other rooms would draw items out of when need of repair. It was of no issue regarding out stay but hope all the 'preferred guests' rooms are not so shabbily furnished. Devamı

Clean hotel with a really nice garden interior. However I have been staying in all types of hotels from Florida to Oregon and this is the only one that has ever charged for internet access and that is why I cannot recommend this place.

The bed in my room had a mattress thatt was so soft I literally sunk into it as it surrounded my body. It was misery! Breakfast featured overcooked scrambled eggs, packaged oatmeal that was awful and very slow table service by folks who looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there and couldn't wait for customers to leave. The hotel lobby is nice, but once in the room I realized I way over payed. The room looks like they did a very minor renovation. The bathroom was dingy. I was very unimpressed.

Beautifull outside and nice loby... I was there for a weekend (conference) and I haven't have such horrible dinnerS ever before. I had to actually ask the waiter if that was what what I had ordered... and when I tasted it !! I stoped at the first bite. Front Desk personel NOT TRAINED or very much underpaid... when I asked fro the hotel's cart (for the […] luggages) at check out, their response was: it is not here at this moment (something that it was obvious!) When I asked how it can be located (it was 2 AM) the answer was: it is not my responsibility!!! The second day the room did not get cleaned until 5PM (not vacumed) Not a pleasant experience at all!! Beautiful Hotel. It had a great atrium, which gave the hotel a european feel. The suite was large with two rooms, two televisions and allowed my wife to sleep in the morning while I watched the television in the "living room". The check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Close to the interstate. The only down side is that it is also close to […] the airport, so there is some aircraft noise. Great hotel. Lobby was beautiful and well maintained. Free internet was great and high quality computer monitors (DELL XPS). The only con i found with the whole experience was it not providing 24 hour room service for food. On vacation me and friends and family usually stay up until 2 or 3 in the morning playing games or watching tv, and 99% of the […] time were hungry and want a midnight snack. I think the hotel AND the guests would both greatly benefit from having 24 hour service with high quality food. ALSO, room rates were EXTREMELY reasonable. Devamı

I had a room on the front side of the hotel and between the traffic, trains, and planes it would get loud at night. The hotel itself is very nice but I recommend getting a room on the back side of the hotel.

When the ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile, I knew the hotel was a good one. They were very helpful and were able to answer any questions I had about my stay and the surrounding areas. The rooms are also very large and spacious. I ordered a room with a king bed and loved it. The bed was so comfortable. There were a few problems, none of which were difficult to remedy. First, the room was a little dirty. The towels had a musty smell to them, and the furniture was scuffed up. It made me worry about how clean the room really was (I dont trust hotels to be clean in the first place). I ate dinner in the hotel on the first night. The food was okay. Unfortunately they were out of a couple of things. I ordered the burger sliders. They were a little dry and flavorless, but not too bad. I was a little irked about how they were out of french fries. We usually go to this hotel because it complies with all our expectations. The rooms are relatively big and the facilities are the one usually needs when working one week away from you home. We sincerely recommend the hotel as it can be proven for our usual stay in it. This year we have been there at least four times and always at full satisfaction […] . Devamı

I wanted to have a weekend get away with my wife, we checked into the room, changed and went out to dinner, on our return, my sneezing started every time the Air Condition turned on, there were clumps of dust in the air vents, it was much worst in the bathroom. After a horrible night morning packing I looked under the bed to make sure that nothing got […] kicked under the bed , and it was extremely dirty, that for me was the final straw. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us a free breakfast, while we appreciated the gesture, it was an already miserable time. it was a shame because the hotel boast that they spent 6 million in construction, clearly some cleaning staff are not doing their job properly. Very nice. A little dated looking, although,fancy entrance and atrium. Rooms have been updated and are clean and have a fridge and microwave. It is close to what I needed but far from the beach and good shopping areas. It has a nice poolside and a gym. All around I would stay there again. I liked it very much. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great price with so much room was able to entertain in the room due to the spacious separate living area with sofa, chairs, and table that doubles as a desk for your laptop. Plenty of space to meet and greet in their beautiful atrium area tropical greenery surrounding and bar areas. Even with conventions going on it was very quiet in our 5th floor suite. […] We did have to ask to change room due the stain carpet and a new room key was giving to us immediately.Yes i would stay again. A beautiful room. A very nice hotel. A small problem. The AC stopped working half way through the night. Woke up very hot. Then it went back on again. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton on our way back from a cruise. The hotel is beautiful and the room was nice however, the bathroom was horrible. The bathroom was dirty and dingy and it took away from the comfort of the room. The only complaint was the dirty bathroom. We needed to find a rental and the front desk was very helpful in helping us […] and even gave us a ride to pick up the rental. I'm not sure if I would stay again.
