I was very comfortable staying there

Restaurant close to hotel. Less than a minute walk. Despite being on a busy intersection it was very quiet. Wireless worked fine. Breakfast available but did not partake. Elevator for upper rooms. Stayed two years ago and will stay again if in the area.

Very convenient location with plenty of extras surrounding the property.

The staff was very accomodating and very helpful. Located right off of the highway with lots of food options within minutes. Very convenient and great for the price. Would definetely stay again.

It seemed obvious to me that there had been recent smoking in the non-smoking room. Cigarette burn in the comforter, many many cigarette burns in the carpet. Window left open probably to air the room out. Good thing I'm not allergic!

Nice updated hotel !! Good Price and good location !! Staff was not very helpfull or attentive !!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The appearance and cleaniness of the lobby and the room were great.

I stayed in this hotel because I was in town for a Theatre conference. It close to the venues that I needed to go to, which made the location convienent. It was nice to have a quiet place to come back to at night. I would definetly recommend this hotel to peers of mine for the future.

Our room was nice and clean. The room was cleaned every day that we were there. The staff was very helpful and curtious. I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room. And the price was right. I would deffinately stay there again.

Our recent stay at the Super 8 in Leominster was wonderful. We needed a "pet friendly" motel close to the Dog Show which was being held in Fitchburg. We found the Super 8 motel to be very clean, a friendly staff and a wonderful complimentary breakfast in the morning. Our room came with a microwave oven and refrigerator, and was close to the elevator. […] This Super 8 is in an ideal location since it is located within a shopping district. It is also only a few minutes to several different area restaurants. My wife and I would definitely stay at this Super 8 again. Devamı

Stayed 5 nights. Never saw one bug of any kind. It is an economy hotel, but I was surprized to find 4-star amenities such as free computer in lobby plus in-room microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, etc. Unattended, self-serve breakfast means cleaning up after guests in line before you. Thing I liked best was : I got an actual smoking room - didn't […] have to stand outside and freeze to have a cigarette, but I understand they do have some non-smoking floors. Pets OK, too. Unfortunately the interior of the door had a large area where the covering was torn off and not fixed. The place was clean and acceptable for the price i paid. Stff was courteous and nice. The ATM was down and i found out it was down the day before which just made things a tad more difficult than they had to be.

We were well pleased with the location and cleanliness of the the hotel, as well as the friendliness of the staff!

Right off/on the highway! Perfect local. Clean and nice desk staff. Forgot about maid service to our room, but I guess everyone makes mistakes

The choice to stay here was price driven. Needed a place for a one night-on-the-way-to-someplace-else stay. Figured, "How bad coluld it be?" Started out not so bad...until I chose a facecloth that was apparently stained with blood or feces. Indistinguishable as it was dark brown and disgusting...went RIGHT into the trashcan so no other visitor would […] have to be so grossed out! In the future I will pay the additional $30-40 per night to assure cleaner towels. and BTW the warnings one reads about bedspreads and stains should wisely be heeded as well!! Devamı

my stay was due to a family emergency and I had to book my nights day by day... the staff was very nice and very helpful to my needs. My rooms were very clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that I was 0.6 miles from the hospital an easy trip. the morning breakfast area was very clean and had a nice selection of breakfast foods... my complements to […] the staff. Devamı

Loved the proximity to the BBQfest at Wachusetts Mt.

The receptionist was wonderful when I checked in--very friendly and helpful. Disappointed in the room--clean, but the bathroom smelled like urine (though I couldn't find where it was coming from). The area is nice, especially in the fall, and close to Concord/Lexington and the sites there. I only stayed there one night to see some cousins; next time […] I'll probably stay at the Marriott where the rooms are nicer. Bottom line, you get what you pay for! Devamı

The hotel front desk person (manager?) was extremely rude and engaged in a shouting match with one of the customers in the breakfast room in front of me and several other customers. I have never seen such poor customer service......

Good basic inexpensive motel. Convenient to Wachusetts Mt., restaurants and shopping. Bathroom tub area, desk and tv area could have been cleaner. Will stay there again on another trip to the area but will bring some cleaning wipes.

This motel was reasonably priced but I had to open the windows immediately after got in the room. And after the maid cleans the room during the day the smell got stronger. May be it's the cloth that the maid is using to wipe the bathroom, but the stench definitately came from the bathroom. I booked my stay at The Super 8 Leominster Fitchburg because it was one of the least expensive chain hotel's near my destination of Boxburough Ma that was available at the time I booked my stay. The room was acceptable but the bathroom was a bit dirty, there was a missing board and exposed plywood under the sink and the tub was grey instead of white […] on the bottom. There was a refrigerator and microwave as well as internet in the room which were all welcome amenities. It was also right next to a Friendly's Restaurant which was convenient. I did not have breakfast at the hotel I just stopped in each morning for a beverage and it looked fine although there was no obvious source of protein other than milk for the cereal and most of it was carbohydrates. Nice hotel, reasonable rates, clean rooms. Did have a small problem with smoke smell coming through bathroom vent, but room was otherwise fine. Great for a quick stop on a long trip!

WE had a nice Room, now it is so hard to find a smoking room. If you are going to smoke, the law makers want you to smoke a joint that ok. Nice Stay

It's apparent the owners don't spend a lot on money maintaining this hotel. Here are some examples- 1. Hole punched in bathroom door- clerk and cleaner said they had several like it. 2. The air conditioner cord had been cut, with a plug spliced on- with wire nuts- not taped, nothing. hanging out there for somebody to get the full 240. 3. Not many affordable hotels in this area..this one is right off the exit of Route 2 on Route 12, very commercial area, quite a few places to eat, etc. Hotel is not fancy but it's affordable, clean. Staff is friendly, helpful. bed was comfortable. Decent continental breakfast was included with room. I didn't have any bath towell and didn't notice until […] I came out of the shower (whoops)....had to dry off with hand towels. Desk was very apologetic, simple mistake, could have happened anywhere. Old, Dark, but OK for the money. Each room has fridge and microwave, which is nice.

I have stayed at this Super 8 several times now. It is very easy on the wallet, but you will not have everything as nice as you want it. There was no ESPN here, but there was great internet service and an above-average breakfast available. The bathroom (especially the shower) was not as clean as one would hope, but everything worked, the sheets were […] clean, and I had hot water. If you want something nicer, you will have to pay close to twice the rate of this place, and to me, that just wasn't an affordable option. The affordable rates and the excellent service will keep me returning for a little longer! Devamı

between hotels.com and the super 8 motel i was charged twice..and a week later i'm still waiting for my refund. the service at the super 8 was attentive...the room was clean, but the bathroom had an old dirty tub, the top of the toilet was dusty, and the mirror looked like it was swiped with a dirty cloth.

The hotel is an older building but not in bad condition, just a little dated. For the price its fine. The mattresses are very firm but not uncomfortable really. Bathroom was clean & well supplied. The woman at the front desk is very pleasant & helpful. She's cheerful & happy to answer questions or address concerns. Appreciated her the most.

Nice clean room...very poor check in service.

This hotel is reasonably priced, large rooms, clean and good breakfast.

Good location and friendly, helpful employees. On the down side, REALLY HARD beds and a very nasty toilet seat.

Bring your own shampoo, the hotel does not supply it which is distressing when you have to leave your own at the airport. Even though the "do not disturb" sign was on the door, I got a call at 9:am 2 days in a row asking me when the room would be available for cleaning. After 2 late nights I really needed the sleep and was not pleased.

before i give my review i just want to state that cleanliness should not be dependant on price. i recently stayed here and found the room to be filthy. the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though the room was designated Non-Smoking. the bathroom was dirty. there was one facecloth, 2 hand towels and one bath towel in the room when we checked […] in. i called down to the front desk for more towels and was told to come down and get them. the shower curtain was slimy, pinkish and mildewed. the toilet seat was very stained and worn...should have been replaced long ago. i should not have to sit in a bathroom and wonder what the stains on the wall and floor are....especially when they come off when rubbed. our sheets had holes and our blanket was filthy with many very dark and suspicious stains on it. we took it right off the bed. the one and only bright spot was the free continental breakfast....however...from the first day of our stay, one of the 2 coffee machines was broken, so no decaff. on the 2nd to the last day of our booked stay the other machine was broken. only decaff. was available in our room and so we had to go out. when a hotel offers ammenities, however meager...they should see to it that they provide them every day. we would not consider returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone else. Rooms and hotel have not been upgraded in 20 years. Musty and nasty. WAY WAY over priced.
