I chose this hotel because it is extremely close to Ft Huachuca where my son is stationed. The hotel is very affordable and has laundry facilities (a definite plus). The fridge barely worked, but the manager was nice and gave me directions and tourist suggestions. Terrible experience. Walls so thin active people upstairs kept us awake after a grueling 3 hour drive. PLUS, we must have been under a stair well and where all plumbing combined, so when someone flushed their toilets it felt like there was an explosion! How dare this hotel charge people to stay in that room. Room 113, by the way. It was so bad, we got […] up 3 in the morning to complain and request a move to another room. At first the clerk argued with us, like she didn't believe us, and did not like the fact that we had slept (tried to) in their beds. This motel definitely needs an up grade. Problems withTv, Toilet, and general maintainence. I stay in motels 30-40 nights/yr. And have stayed in other Best Value Inns. Thjis one needs help

I Don't understand the negative comments. It was all good an comfortable. Many extras. Hair dryer, microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, coffee. Wonderful and at a great price.

Not a very friendly clerk. NOt much customer service. Dont expect a satisfying breakfast. towels thin, no tissue, over all we got what we paid for. bed was comfortable though.

The motel staff was friendly and the motel itself was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of things to mention though. The pillows are too soft. If you fold the pillow in half while inside the pillow case its bearable. The room directory really needs to be updated. For example, it mentions a new restaurant opening in 2008 and one place, El Paso […] BBQ, is mentioned but is no longer opened. The same with the Antique Mall, it mentions this as a place of interest but there is an auto shop in its place now. Because of the weather we did not try the pool or any other amenities. The Landmark Café that is right around the corner needs to be mentioned because they have great service and food. Devamı

my stay was very pleasant. room was very clean. owner and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful and it was quiet. there were no frills other than breakfast, just the basics, but basic is simple and i like simple. i will come back again.

we had planned on staying 3 nights but after the 1 night that was enough for us. The mattress was the worse mattress I have ever seen. I sat down on it and it made all kinds of noise. I laid on it and rolled to the center of it there was no support at all. We both did not get any sleep mainly because of the mattress and second the noise from upstairs. […] The carpets were dirty and there was mold in the bathroom around the tub. The price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. But for the same price I was able to get a very nice room elsewhere. Devamı

we like the room, but the beds have springs coming up so sleeping was painful. the breakfast service was only coffee, apple juice, oatmeal and cold cereal.

The front desk person was not personable at all. The room appeared to be clean but about 5 min. before our departure the next morning, we found what appeared to be a bedbug. I notified the front desk about it so hopefully they took care of it and hopefully we didn't bring an additional "passenger" with us on our luggage or clothes or anything!

The rooms were very well maintained and clean. The owner and his staff were very pleasant and very responsive to our needs. The hotel is located close to restaurants, Fort Huachuca, Ramsey Canyon, and other great hot spots. We were there for a Birding trip to SE Arizona and with this being so close to all the birding hotspots it made for a great base […] camp. I would highly recommend this Hotel, it is perfect for what we needed which was a place to flop after a hard day of working the mountains and trails looking for birds. Devamı

Room was clean enough and close to the parking lot. Floor was wet in spots but other than that, no issues. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. I have stayed in more expensive hotels that have less amenities. Overall I was very satisfied.

I was very pleased with my stay at Americas Best Value Inn in Sierra Vista. My room had a microwave and small frig, and plenty of counter space and a sink above the frig for food prep. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable, with a large desk for working on my computer. It took awhile to connect to the Internet but once I had navigated the 3 -4 […] windows of connection, I had no problems with staying connected or with the speed. the workers were super nice but it is a motel. i guess i thought it was a hotel. the room smelled funny like something to cover up the cig smoke. ashes were in the air conditioner. if you dont care about icky's, and just need a place to crash then this is perfect but i personally will put out a little more money next time.

I undertand it is an older one and that is okay. If it is clean and has a comfortable bed, that is wht you are there for. But I'm a person of principle and the poor excuse they gave for a continental breakfast by cheating on the juice that was so diluted it tasted only like the water that was used... that was cheap and insulting. And the packaged foods […] were past their expiration date. Not even any bread. Either be honest or do away with the "breakfast" part. It wasn't noisy - because there was hardly any people staying there. I couldn't recommend the location to anyone. Devamı

The only real redeeming factor for this hotel was the lady at the front desk. On the day we arrived, the room was dirty. i.e. personal items/trash from the previous occupant still in the room and change by the bathroom sink. The lady at the front desk was professional, apologized and looked for another ground level, non-smoking room for us. After finding […] none, she finished cleaning the room herself. The room was clean every day thereafter. One day the bathroom light did not come on but she fixed it immediately. The light switch by the door not only turned a wall light on and off, but also the microwave causing it to beep whenever the power to it was interrupted. We had difficult circumstances in that my 80 yr.old Dad, who was traveling with us, was hospitalized for our entire stay in Sierra Vista. All of our concerns were for him. The hotel issues were not a priority. Otherwise, if it were not for the front office lady's professionalism, kindness and helpfulness, each time we had a problem &/or question, we may have changed our accomodations. Devamı

The manager was not friendly or flexible. I asked if there were available rooms on opposite side where the sun was. He said they were all filled. Later that night there were practically no vehicles on that side so i know that what he was telling me was not true. Also wanted to move to another room becuase of a chirping smoke detecter. It is a decent hotel if you are planning to stay one night. The internet access sucks. I had to open my door to get some kind of good connection. Their huge banner with FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET only works when sitting out by the pool. There are no irons in the rooms but if you are saying one or two nights for sleep then it is suitable.

My Son and I stayed for 7 days. The room was neat and clean. We had two double beds (comfortable and clean). Free wireless internet which worked well. The refrigerator in the room also worked well. A/C and heater unit worked just fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast consisted of fruit juices, coffee, tea, cold and hot cereal, […] muffins and fruit. I was apprehensive when first researching this hotel due to the poor reviews. However, I understand that the management had changed recently. Overall, our experience staying at this hotel was excellent and I would recommend it to everyone who wants a clean, quiet place to stay while in the Sierra Vista area. Devamı

This is an ok place to stay in Sierra Vista. It is cheap and clean and fairly quiet. The free breakfast isn't much to write home about usually not any choice other than cold cereal or a danish (one kind of danish usually too) but they did have OJ and apple juice and coffee. The pool was very clean and the staff is always helpful.
