Amazing Hotel staff: patient, courteous, efficient, honest! We left our wallet in the room by mistake after check-out & the housekeeper kept it in a bag on her cart & gave it to us when we came back to ask about it. :) The front desk is very knowledgable. The rooms were spotless! We really liked it for the price you JUST CAN'T beat it! My husband & […] I were happily surprised to find the room so well maintained! Hope we get to stay there again soon! The location is great on Fed Hwy 1, very near the beach access, the Florida Atlantic University, great restaurants nearby including Chipotles. There is free wi-fi and a fantastic pool & tiki bar that you can charge to your room. DON'T bring pets there is a charge of $300 a day! Devamı

Nice.

Work needs to be done on this property. A downspout was missing and water hit the parked cars so hard. I got soaked getting into my car. Elevator was scary and old, old mattress, threadbare towels, but convenient location. Pool hours were short and pool was not heated so I never got to use it. Won't stay there again, unfortunately.

We enjoyed this hotel. It is a little older, but for the price it's hard to beat. We got a suite and there was plenty of room and it was nice for the price!

I don't like the open style bathroom/vanity area. The staff was very friendly but hotel seemed older than as appeared on internet photos. Breakfast wasn't that great in the restaurant.It poured one night and all I could hear was the rain pouring out of the gutter from higher floor and letting out at 2nd floor to the ground/cars below. annoying.

My only minor issue was the super slow elevator ;-) The staff and amenities were lovely, there was a Saturday Lounge type singer at the pool/tiki bar, it's a bit on the more mature side for guests. The tiki bar wouldn't let me put my drink on my room bill because I didn't use a credit card when I checked in, would have been nice to know that up front […] as no one takes a bunch of stuff like cards and wallets to the pool. Spent a few nights here while attending some Spring Training games. The rooms are fine if you don't spend that much time in them. Definitely old and beaten up a bit and you don't want to look too closely at the bathroom grout or tiles. Tiki bar was fun and the location is great for day trips between Jupiter and Miami. We picked this hotel due to the proximity to a friends place on Boca Beach which was a five minute drive away & were after something basic for a simple stopover from a long flight from the UK into Miami. It did the job as was relatively easy to find, not far off the I95, but it is situated on quite a busy main road which could be troublesome if you […] had a room at the front of the property. We had booked a King room but were given a Double Double which was a little dissapointing but as we were in a secondary building & it was so late we were too tired to go to Reception & question it. I really enjoyed the front dak service, the young ladies there were friendly and thoughtful. Rooms were nicely furnished for the price, and having the microwave and little fridge helped. Not the nicest interiors but great for the price and they were neat and clean (and maybe with a future refurbishment they could be perfect!), and they kept the hotel […] grounds and commonways very nice, too. Room was like an old style hotel with an air conditioning unit but clean, updated and charming. Great neighborhood and the price was reasonable. Employees were very pleasant. They even called after we checked in to see if everything was to our liking. That doesn't happen very often.

the main area of the hotel is ok and the restuarant is good but the rooms are old and worn out. There was a feable attempt to renovate but they just didn't do a good job of it. Parking was a nightmare on Saturday night, they can't decide if they are a hotel or a bar and there were a good amount of drunk/loud people around the place. I chose this hotel because I was a female traveling alone and needed somehwere to stay for the night. I chose this hotel because it seemed like the door to my room was going to open up to a hallway inside the building. Instead it opened up to the outside parking lot whic isn't what I wanted. I also did not like that it had interconecting doors to the […] room next to mine. I felt alittle unsecure sleeping there by myself. Also i chose a non smoking room and the first thing I noticed when i opened up my door was the smell of smoke. The room would have been fine if they had advertised it correctly. However, since it wasn't what I was looking for I would have chosen to stay somehwere else. I also paid more money for this room when there were similiar style rooms in the area for less. However, the staff at thise hotel were very friendly and helpful. I think for a group staying for spring break it would have been fine. Devamı

Great location, great service, the only problem was no wifi.

did not meet the expectations of a 3* hotel........towels not soft, bathroom needed upgrading, smell in room, halways to rooms should be painted or camoflagued. rating should be downgraded to a 2*

We found this hotel to be very accommodating and upgraded us to a large top floor room for a minimal charge. It is a short drive to the beach and to shopping, especially Mizner Plaza.

Lack of common mntc, black moldy showers and some walls

The bathroom had rust around the bathtub and water damage that wasnt fixed around the bath area. The window treatments were hanging and had to be fixed. The carpets are worn. The beds were lumpy and hard . The bed was on a slant downward on one side. . The pillows were lumpy. Location of hotel was good .

Nice to have a good hotel on Federal Hwy in town. Great locals restaurant, pleasant, and felt welcome.

Too pricey for the quality. Rooms need revamping. Old matresses. No continental breakfast.

I would not stay here again. The room wall needed new paint job. Mold in shower ceiling and walls. Very loud AC unit. You can here all your neighboring rooms guests. If not for the close location to where I had to work for 4 days I would not have stayed here. Too much money for a run down hotel.m STAY AWAY.

Desk staff was very nice. Room was not in the main bldg but across the courtyard in a bldg. that was not updated. I had to go outside in the rain to do anything in the main hotel like dining, or checking out. The Room carpet was stained, mold around the tub, poor lighting, one bulb OUT over the bathroom sink and the remote control for the TV did NOT […] work. Would not stay there again! Devamı

I work part time in Boca Raton and after trying out several hotels in the area, I have consistently stayed at the Boca Raton Plaza for about 6 months. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is safe and the staff is always very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and a good value for the money. Nice people but the place is pretty run down.

THIS HOTEL HAS VERY RESPECTABLE WORKERS AND HE HOTEL WAS VERY VERY CLEAN I GOT MY DOLLAR WORTH VERY NICE PLACE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

From the moment the desk clerk yelled out my room number so the whole lobby could hear to how she told me to get to my room, which was walking clear across the parking lot to the far building. As I walked to my room I wondered who might be watching me and thinking hmmmmm single woman going to that room (which was in clear sight of everything), when […] I walked into the room I felt very uncomfortable knowing I would have to keep my blinds shut at all times so thst anyone walking by my room wouldnt be able to see me. A little discrection should be used when guest's check in. I have been in this industry for 31 and I would never let anyone stay in a hotel like that... Devamı

This hotel is what I would consider a motel. When you open the door from your room you are outside. The room was nice, clean, and smelled clean, it had a refrigerator and microwave. There was plenty of parking and it was a good location for shopping, eating, getting on the main highway and the beach was not far. Yes, I would stay here again.
