Only thing not good was found the corner of a condom wrapper beside the bed. Everything else good!

Our stay here at your hotel was unexpected. Our room was freezing at night with the heat blasted and blankets over top of us. The bed matress was very hard and lumpy. Lots of elements were ether broken cracked or chipped. The front desk service was very unhelpful by giving us directions to our room. We asked 3 times for help but that got us no where. […] After a half an hour we finally found our room! Devamı

For the price it was a very good hotel, helpful staff and close to key parts of Bradford - Toronto. Rooms were well maintained and had all the necessary's, very clean and hotel was clean overall. Would stay here again.

Quite decent offerings and service and continental breakfast. Nice to have a fridge in room. Smoking rooms need real ventilation and air freshing and carpet cleaning. Outside lower level sliding doors are bottle caps, trashy buts. One chair for a full floor of step-outs.

no equiptment worked at all. If you want an excercise room this is not the place to go. I was told check out was 12 but room keys demagnitized before we returned from our non workout before 11:30

I stayed in your Quality Inn in Brantford, ON and I was unfortunately disappointed with my stay. For the amount we had to pay I know that I have stayed in many "lesser" hotels that were in better repair and presentation than this one. Some of the observations I made were: * wallpaper hanging off of the bathroom wall * molding around the mirror in […] the bathroom attached with double-sided tape...and not well. It was a poor patch job all the way around the mirror * one of the light bulbs were burned out above the mirror making it difficult to shave * our view across the courtyard was at a hole in the cinder block wall with a nest in it and caution tape with a note on one of the sliding doors across the way. * the paint on the trip and the backs of the doors were tired and in poor shape * the foyer also looked tired and in need of repair On a positive note: * the staff was very friendly and helpful * the breakfast hostess was outstanding and I let her know that her friendly disposition really brightened the place and each person's start to their day The room I stayed in was 232 and you may want to look into this as I am a Choice Rewards Member and would think twice about using a Choice Hotel the next time I book for a vacation or conference. We were in Brantford for a race weeekend at Ohswegen, the motel was only 12 minutes from the track the rooms wre clean and the staff was Great

The hotel is located close to the highway. The rooms were clean and sufficient for an overnight stay for our purposes on the way to another location. Breakfast was included and consisted of bagels, bread, two kinds of cereal, fresh apples and juice out of the box (since the juice and the water fountain were defective).
