Great price, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Old Town Scottsdale.

the breakfast for my whole family was the best part of the stay. kids loved it

Check in was at ease. The room was wonderful with a sitting room with sofa, computer desk and small refridge and microwave. The beds were comfy. We did find a water bottle on one side of bed, that wasn't ours. We got to swim in pool early in morning but by 7 a.m. the pool was full of kids. We had a very comfortable room(suite) with 2 Q beds. We had a sitting room with a second large screen TV. Our only complaint was that it did not have a shade so the Arizona sunrise woke us earlier than we had wanted. I mentioned it to the desk clerk when checking out and he said I should have informed them when we first checked in and they may have […] been able to get us a different room. Over all we were quite satisfied and plan to stay there again if we ever come to Scottsdale for Giants Spring Training in the future. We were only couple of blocks from Scottsdale Stadium and so did not have to pay for parking to attend the baseball games. Devamı

I requested, and was confirmed, for a first floor poolside room. When we checked in, we were told there were no rooms of that kind available. Holiday Inn has told a friend, who is a frequent Holiday Inn member, that those who obtain rooms through internet sites, like Hotels.com, are way down on the priority list. Excellent 5-day stay - quality, helpful, and courteous staff (especially the front desk) - clean large rooms - good rates for prestigious Scottsdale - very close to baseball spring training sites, shopping, and cultural locations - wife and I would definitely stay there again.

A quick weekend trip for Giants Spring Training was made perfect by the friendly staff, free airport shuttle, free beer and wine happy hour, free breakfast, pool and comfortable room. The staff was totally friendly and helpful. That kind of customer service really makes a huge difference when traveling. Definitely will stay here again next year. My family and I stayed at this hotel for only one night, but the staff were very friendly and courteous. We loved arriving at happy hour and being able to partake of chips and popcorn. There's always hot coffee and water available along with flavored creamers. In the evening, we enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and milk. The rooms were very clean & had everything you would need. The staff were very helpful down to suggest great places to eat & helping find golf courses. Everyone was very friendly.

Hotel staff was awesome and provided a shuttle to our dinner location in Old Town Scottsdale. They would have picked us up but we stayed too late. In the morning we got a free shuttle to Sky Harbor Airport with friend courteous service, once again. The cocktail hour was nice - we were able to unwind in our room with a free cocktail and some snacks. […] The complimentary breakfast is better than most I've had - offing a wide variety of items. Not what I expected! It was like walking into a condo. Everyone was so very helpful & friendly. Sara & Jasen who worked at the front desk were especially great. Thanks for the recommendations on food to golf courses.

The maintenance crew closed off and painted our patio right in the middle of the afternoon. I mentioned it to the front desk and all they offered was a half-hearted apology. Pass on this one unless you want to get paint fumes and construction workers right outside your window during your stay. *This hotel is non-smoking.*

Nice large "suite" style rooms for the same cost as a standard room at other hotels. A lot of good restaurants within walking distance. The outdoor pool area was great on those hot September days. The staff was very friendly and helpfull with all of our needs. The lobby was being remodeled during our stay but it did not bother us at all.

The price was right. The full breakfast was very good. We were very satified with everything at the Inn.

What a find! This hotel is well worth the money. You get breakfast, snacks and cookies and milk everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You would expect to pay double anywhere else and get half the quality that this hotel serves up. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure and for one day or a week. We have stayed here several times. It is a great value with the size of the suites, breakfast and daily free happy hour. Staff has always been helpful and friendly.

We love Scottsdale and to be able to stay at the Holiday was a plus its close to everything, the only thing we didn't really care for was the design of the suite when you first walk in you walk into the bathroom area then the front room then the bedroom, would have perfered to have the bathroom in the back but over all everything was clean and believe […] me I looked for anything and everything,the breakfast was great a full breakfast. we will stay there again we come to Scottsdale,for sure!! A young , nice lady picked me up from the airport as part of their complimentary shuttle service from the Phoenix airport. They went out of their way to check on me after 5 minutes to make sure the room was satisfactory, it was! The pool was clean, nice and relaxing. I would stay their again. Excellent job!

This was the best hotel stay we could have asked for Baseball's All Star Activities. Great hot breakfast, happy hour, and even fresh baked cookies in the evening. Large suite overlooking the pool/spa for a great value. Two Tvs, refrigerator, microwave and sink in the suite area, and a sofa bed if we needed it.

Personally, well kept building and facilities fails to make up for rude, unorganized and untimely service. Having first arrived to check in, we were checked in improperly which forced on us other issues which had to be resolved later. Everyone at the front desk seemed casually unorganized and unconcerned. I had even called previously to inquire about […] ordering a car for the evening and was told to work out the details at check in. I checked in at about 5 and they didn't get back to me with the information until about 15 minutes before I needed the car at 8:30.. Any questions were answered with instead of a pleasant tone and smile, annoyed and careless tones. If everyone on staff was having a bad weekend, they could at least fake a smile. In general we were very displeased with the atmosphere and lack of customer service. Devamı

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was excellent, so helpful and responsive. Where other hotels have cut out the frills, this one has not. The rooms were clean and quite. They offered free popcorn for the kids, happy hour and breakfast. Such a deal for the price. I would stay there in a heart beat!

BIG room, 3 beds room for clubs and located in center of many courses. Pool/spa very relaxing and not crowded. Breakfast had plenty to get u rolling. Beds comfy. Price very competative.

The pictures on the hotels.com site do not reflect hose in the actual hotel. I expected to have a full kitchen, bar seating, and an open livingroom setting like the picture, but it was not the case. Very convenient location as close to old town area; historical museum; performing arts centers; and the Fashion Mall. Found all staff helpful at the front desk. Really enjoyed the full breakfast and cookies/milk. Appreciated that a shuttle was available if didn't want to drive to certain sites. Had a wonderful time here in Scottsdale. Within walking distance to Old Towne - Great Breakfast - included with room and Surprise Free Happy Hour in the afternoon - beer and wine and nachos included during my stay - not sure if this is normal to all stays. Clean and comfortable - pool view with separate bedroom.

We were only in our room to sleep, but I would definitely come back even though we got stuck next to the housekeeping room and air conditioners. Not sure what the noise was that we were hearing. When I do come back I am going to ask to be on the top floor. The people above us were heavy walkers! I have stayed in this hotel before but this time the rugs showed dust and evidence they hadn't been well cleaned. The bed linens alsodidn't seem of the quality and condition as in the past. THey were very wrinkled. I was also upset because I had intended on taking their van to the airport but it didn't start running at 6:00am when I needed it.
