Excellent hotel. The only negative was that it was underging construction and renovation. Otherwise all top drawer.

excellent room, comfort and restaurant breakfast. Only little complaint is the slowness of the front desk, getting a key that wouldn't open the room, a minor irritation. Also the road approaching the place was poorly marked.

We loved the Delta--only down side was that some remodeling was still going on, but that didn't affect us much, and was probably the reason for a great rate. We've stayed at the Empress multiple times and prefer the Delta. Better location (mainly because it is less touristy), very close to old town, China Town and shopping. Staff were wonderful. If you fly Kenmore Air from Seattle, Delta couldn't be more convenient--just two blocks (over the bridge) from the landing. But even if you don't want to walk, they'll pick you up/drop you...also take you wherever you want to go in the city with their van. Of the 8 or 10 two or three day vacations we've done in Victoria, this was the best, mainly because we stayed at the Delta. Devamı

This hotel is very up-scale. The oceanview room was breathtaking, especially at night when the legislature building was lit up. The room was large and very comfortable.

The hotel is undergoing major construction. The hotel staff were great, we got a shuttle pick up and drop off and the kids got a play package on arrival at registration. However, the hotel is undergoing major construction from 9am to 5pm. I'm sure once construction is over it will be a lot better.

There are three top hotels right in the center of Victoria, by the inner harbor - The Delta (this one), the Grand Pacific, and the Empress. All three are in the same class: Excellent. The Delta is across the bridge from the center, but its position affords a lovely south facing view of the harbor and downtown. Walking across the bridge takes 5 minutes […] and you are downtown. From the Delta is a waterfront walkway that gives you an ever-changing panorama of harbor activity as you walk it. + 's of the Delta: - Many/most rooms are now newly renovated. First class remodeling. - New rooms come with superb computer station facilities that really empower the guest who needs quality digital service. Hint: They even have a plug so that you can play your own movies from your laptop onto the big screen TV! - Top of class recreation/fitness facilities. The nicely heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, saunas and change rooms are all first-class. - Lovely lobby and lounge. Very cozy and with views of the harbor. - Staff are really professional and friendly. Not professional and cold - professional and friendly. Nice. - Location is superb. - Off-peak season rates are reasonable. -'s of the Delta: - Expensive extras - snacks, services. I guess they are here to make a profit, but I would rather pay $10-$20 more for a room and get modestly priced extras. - Parking is expensive. Overall rating: Excellent. We will be back! Devamı

Great view and great location. It was just a short walk to the downtowns best resturants. The beds were the best of many of the hotels we have stayed in.

The hotel was great, and the staff super friendly, I was under the impression though that when I ordered the room, that I was going to have a waterfront view, I didn't I had a view of the construction going on, not that it's a huge deal, but I thought I was getting a room of the view

We booked a short, family trip in an "inner harbor" room. It could not have been nicer! The brand new room (remodeled) was gorgeous, as was the view of Victoria Harbor! The hotel restaurant, Lure, served us a delicious, well-presented dinner. Shuttle service was great as well. *** The downsides for this 4.5 star hotel were: ONE pod of single serve coffee […] per day (for 4?!) & no free coffee to be found in the entire hotel! No Continental breakfast-- nothing, but you can buy one for about $15+/- bucks per person. Did I mention no free coffee anywhere? There is a mini-bar in the room but no extra room in it to buy your own food & put in there. They don't give you toothpaste either, btw. Parking in their underground garage was $16+/- per night. You will pay for everything here, so be forewarned! And bring some dish soap, the maids might wipe out cups & glasses but you will not get fresh ones, although they will appear to have been cleaned. I wiped residual coffee out of "fresh" coffee cups daily before washing them myself. YUCK.*** Overall, it was a very nice stay but the brand new room along with that VIEW were what really made it special! Devamı

Love the new decor! Very clean, modern & chic! Shower was divine, however was really looking forward to a bath at the end of my day. A little construction noise, but nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a great hotel! Nicely renovated room. Very comfortable King size bed. Great view of Victoria Harbour. Just a short walk to downtown Victoria and great restaurants, etc. The restaurant in the hotel "Lure" was most excellent! Everything we ordered (and we ate there three of the five nights we stayed there, it was THAT good!) was soooo delicious. […] Great menus. Great chef! Excellent service. Spa was great! this hotel is currently undergoing renos..and our room was one of the ones that hadn't been renovated yet..There was a sign on the table, informing guests to not smoke or face a fine..Someone apparently didn't read the sign as the sheer curtain had a burn hole in it..The toilets take forever to flush.. The furniture needs to be replaced as it was old […] and scratched..While I appreciated the thought of a birthday card and truffles, it was sent to the wrong room..someone brought it to me later that evening. We hitched a ride to a downtown restaurant with the hotel van..and the man was nice enough to come back and pick us up.. This was so much appreciated.. Devamı

Great spot for Victoria, incl. view of the city. Short, seaside walk from Spinnakers - great microbrew and gastropub. Kudos to Gord for the excellent room service.

My wife and I had a great stay for one night, to attend a concert. The staff treat everyone like royalty. Try a martini or an oyster shooter at their premiere restaurant, Lure.

The most wonderful point about this hotel is the inner harbour view when dining. No other place in Victoria has this. The food is always top notch and priced very reasonably considering the surroundings. It is very pet friendly hotel and I would consider bringing my dogs the next time. We stayed over the Christmas holidays. Our room looked over the bay and onto parliment buildings lite with Christmas lights. Incredible view.

We enjoyed a restful, beautiful Christmas on the harbour. Our only complaint -- very low signal on the in-room wireless access.

We stayed this hotel during Christmas holidays. It was GOOD for 3 nights in Signature Club Inner Harbor view. The room was clean, enough bed size, excellent outside view (Christmas illumination) and free Signature Club room using. However, the Spa was not able to use it because of Christmas holidays. The BEST dog-friendly hotel in Victoria. First rate service and great ambiance. Worth the 2 minute walk over the bridge to the heart of downtown

Hotel was perfect location near the Downtown, and easy to walk or ride bicycle or even run around the waterfront. This hotel is within 10 minutes of downtown Attractions, and with nice weather you can even see the small boats and canoes go right outside your window. The hotel has an excellent Lure Restaurant and has a shuttle to take you to any of the […] area Attractions for you to make a day trip successful. The staff at this hotel were more than willing to help you if you are hearing impaired and even if you have mobility issues. they give you a real good time with help advice and a way to find some thing you may want to discover but do not know how or where it is. Loved this hotel. It took a little long to find our reservation but they made it up to us by not charging us for parking and they upgraded us to a harbourfront room. We had a small dog with us and they didn't put us in a pets only crap room, we had an amazing room. We had a great stay and would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. Loved it! Staff were very obliging . Needed medical assistance during ur visit and the staff were very helpful and attentive with this.allowed us a complimentary late check out also.Location was beautiful.

Great location - right on the inner harbor and on a wonderful walking/running path. Recommend a harbor view suite: well worth it! Only minor complaint is that the front desk service and valet service is slow during peak times.

If any the following are of value...to have the great harbour views / easy stroll to all the major sites / really nice folks to deal with ...this is the place to stay...tag it up with a spa potential if you are so inclined, or just a nice workout and swim...choices are there...and the evening view over the harbour to lighted parliment buildings, and […] Pacific hotel, adds a dash of evening magic...again take your pick,,view while having dinner in the lounge, or choose to sit beside the fireplace in a comfortable wingback., with a panoramic glass walled view..a place you cant duplicate in Victoria Devamı

Restaurant on site is wonderful, little pricey but you have to expect that in Canada in general. Had a great dinner and wonderful breakfast there.

We took the kids down to the pool at 8:30 pm...it was well supplied and we all had a great time. The front desk was super friendly and we were satisfied with our stay. Also, there was plenty of street parking around as long as you look at the signs. 10 minute walk to downtown, 15-20 minute stroll to harbour.

Excellent hotel - very comfortable beds - good size rooms - space to move around in - fine staff service. It's on the water - downtown - close to sightseeing and restaurants - great location for just wandering around Victoria. Definitely recommended!

Hotel is 6 Star al over, hlpfull pleaseant staff, magnificent ding with view of a city of lights Delta Victoria was the best hotel and location of our visit to several hotels during our travel through San Francisco to Vancouver

We had the most wonderful view from our room so we deceided to stay in for the eveing and enjoy the city from our room. Parking was convenient to the elevators and the staff was very professional.

Stayed here with a friend for a week. Walking distance to downtown, China Town, Parliment Bldg & Musuem. Right on the Inner Harbor. Service could not have been better - everyone from maids to management were over to top in making sure we were comfortable and had what we wanted. Even room service provided us with food we wanted that was not on the menu. […] Would definately stay again! Devamı

I have to say this was the best I have EVER been treated at a hotel. The staff wer SO accommodating and so very nice. Once downfall was the Lure restaurant. My aunt and I had breakfast there our first morning there and my first go around my fritatta was not cooked all the way through and there was a hair in it! The service wasn't so hot either. Little […] snub nose girls! They let me choose something else and it was OK. For what they charge it should have been a 5 star meal! Other than that, the Delta is the place to stay. We had a fabulous time staying at the Delta Victoria Ocean Resort. Courteous staff, great service and very clean rooms. The views of Victoria from our room were amazing! Our family will certainly return again in the near future.
