Park Tower, a Luxury Collection Hotel - Buenos Aires

Hotel very clean, well maintained and excellent customer service. Concierge very helpful. Room in very good condition, linens like new.

This hotel is beautiful! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are huge. The hotel is very near to many of the city's attractions - we walked to Recoleta, Plaza San Martin, Calle Florida, Teatro Colon, Casa Rosada, the Capital Building, etc. It was a nice quiet oasis from the busy city. Excellent hotel - good gym and swimming pool. Good business hotel in a great position in the city.

What I really liked about this hotel is that they were extremely understanding about us needing to check in early and check out late the next day -- we stayed here the day after a cruise while awaiting our flight home.

We've traveled extensively around the world, and service in this hotel was superior. Friendly, cooperative staff were everywhere. The front desk staff and the concierge staff were always ready and willing to address all questions and needs. Every single person we met at the hotel was smiling, helpful, and went beyond expectations. It was truly a remarkable […] experience. When I told the concierge that my traveling companion really enjoyed the chocolate truffles that were available at the check-in desk, a box of truffles magically appeared in our room the next day -- free of charge. The concierge negotiated theater tickets, dinner reservations, ferry passage, car services, etc,., for us, saving us much time and trouble given our limited Spanish. The breakfast buffet included in our stay was so good we were sorry we missed it by sleeping in the first few days. The hotel's location is its only (slight) drawback. The business district (Microcentro) is fairly deserted on weekends and after rush hour is over; we took taxis everywhere, which was a minor inconvenience. Devamı

We had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast is good with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon and alot of other food. The room was immaculate with marble everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and we didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Our only compliant was the taxi that the concierge called for us. He over charged us and when he dropped us […] off he tricked my wife into thinking she gave less than she did to pay the fare. He basically stole 50 pesos from us. We would still highly reccomend this hotel. Just don't ever get the concierge to call a taxi for you. It will be a whole lot cheaper just to stand on the corner and get one for yourself. Devamı

The Park Tower is an excellent hotel. The staff is attentive. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. The beds offer one of the best sleeps I experienced and I am well traveled. The location of the hotel - 10 minutes from Recoleta and a 20 minute walk to the National Museum of Fine Arts - as well as many other excellent sites nearby, makes this a fine […] location fro which to navigate the city. The staff is wonderful. Ines Mancuso of guest relations and Gustavo Gallo at the concierge desk were particularly helpful and attentive. Likewise the butlers assigned to my room and the staff at the lobby, in the restaurant and throughout the property were consistently helpful, attentive and kind. Boas instalações ,quarto amplo com conforto e boa limpeza,ponto um pouco barulhento devido a localização na entrada do porto porém com bom isolamento acústico.Bom café da manha.Voltaria a ficar neste hotel.

O hotel é ótimo mas para ter serviço de quarto é preciso pedir na recepção e a limpeza é só arrumar a cama , as toalhas e repor as coisas do quarto...Mas todo dia recebíamos chocolates do hotel de cortesia (muito bom!).A internet era de cerca de 1 a 2 mb e com um preço um tanto salgado... Mas a sua localização é ótima no retiro próxima da Florida (um […] lugar com varias lojas de grifes a umas 3 quadras do hotel), próximo ao porto madeiro aonde tem ótimos restaurantes como a Cabaña Las Lilas e muitos outros ótimos! excelente, 100% satisfeita

Escolhemos o hotel em funcao de termos criancas e uma piscina termica ajuda na diversao, mas a Aguascalientes era muito fria para aguentarmos mais do que 15 min. De resto tudo muito agradavel.

Hotel muito bom, atendimento ótimo, quartos amplos, café bom. Pode-se utilizar todos os benefícios do Sheraton, é um hotel da mesma rede e são interligados. A piscina térmica e a academia são ótimas. Muito bom para quem vai com crianças também. Muito bem localizado, Dá para ir a pé para vários lugares.

O que foi acertado na reserva não correspondia ao que ofereceram no check in,tive problemas:ainda bem que levei o que comprei impresso,para poder exigir o que comprei.O ralo do local do chuveiro estava entupido,vazou água pelo banheiro todo,a maçaneta da gaveta da cômoda saiu na mão ao ser puxada,ouvía-se barulhos no corredor e dos quartos vizinhos […] até de madrugada,o serviço era lento,péssimo,um dia esqueceram até de arrumar o quarto!!! Não é 5 estrelas não,não recomendo!!!Tive até que mudar de quarto!!! Devamı

Acomodação ampla e decoração maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito bom,e ambiente aconchegante. Atendentes de todos os setores muito atenciosos

recomendo, ideal para brasileiros, bem localizado muito limpo e apartamento bem grande.Atendimento padrão americano , tudo funciona.

Excelente café da manhã; o quarto e o banhiero são amplos e confortáveis, com todas as facilidades; o pessoal é muito gentil.
