We have been so pleased with all our stays at La Quinta Inns. This one had a very nice carpeted area for breakfast with comfortable seating. The staff was friendly and helpful. We've stayed at this La Quinta a lot. One side has a beautiful view of the city. Most of the time, we've been completely satisfied. However, since they've remodeled, I could hear the commode flushing in every room close to us all night long as well as the elevator going up and down. I hardly slept at all. "Barking dogs..."
I'm just going to have to give up on La Quinta Inns, too many pet issues this past year at various locations, I don't enjoy listening to others guests barking dogs. Otherwise, this is a pretty good hotel, but when I suggested to the clerk that the door to the parking lot remain unlocked during the day so guests could park, then check in rather than […] park out front, check in then drive around to the parking area and come back inside she told me that was a "crazy" idea. they ofer the pool and the spa but was closed and they no let me know was closed if wer know that before maybe we no stay :(

Very nice hotel and well located to food, shopping. Breakfast very nice. Little disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not open despite being 85 degrees outside. Only downside is the toilets are extremely loud when flushed and can here other rooms when they flush there's. Would definately stay there again if in the area.

This is our second stay at this location and everything went just fine. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable..... we would stay here again and have recommended it to others.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while I attended a conference in downtown Greenville, which was less than 10 minutes away, even during "rush" hour. Our room was nicer than those in the "upscale" conference hotel and half the price. "Nice hotel on Haywood strip"
This hotel is between Pelham Rd and the 385 ramps, so it's a pretty busy stretch of road. If you don't mind forcing your way across lanes it's very close to the mall. Rooms are huge with excellent amenities for the price, except for the bed and pillows, both of which were a bit lumpy.
This was my second year staying there for the women's conference. Great price, clean and pretty and nice breakfast! Thanks for making my girl getaway weekend great! I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room I stayed in was great, very clean and updated. The majority of the staff were very friendly, with the exception of the housekeeper who was not very pleasant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming to this hotel again. Very convenient and well worth what you pay for!

We stayed in two different rooms...one at the beginning of our vacation and one at the end. Both were so well re-done that we thought the hotel had just been built. The rooms were very large and the decor very up-to-date. The location is perfect...close to the freeway and in a nice area. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel for the price I paid. The rooms are very new looking, a great size, and clean, and come with a mini fridge and microwave, which is nice. There was a full breakfast provided and free internet access, as well as a hotel shuttle. "Great place"
I loved my experience though breakfast in my opinion not very good, lots of carbs, cereals, bagels etc. and coffee was not good. I would bring my own next time and still stay here because it was great otherwise.

I love this property. I travel to Greenville a few times per year and this is my favorite hotel to stay in. The accommodations are terrific and the staff is always friendly.

This is a very fine, clean, friendly hotel, convenient to all areas of Greenville as well as the airport.

Hotel was being refurbished while we were there. We could not hear the check-in clerk because they were using power tools to remove the carpet mastic in the lobby/breakfast area. Hotel was otherwise just fine. Can't testify to breakfast as we didn't partake.

Everything was great! They even checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Very clean and comfortable. The only two thingswere that there wasn't really any way to listen to any music in the room other than the very small alarm clock which couldn't hold a station. The staff was very friendly, the room was recently remodeled, clean and lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in the process of remodeling, but it was not terribly inconvenient.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, FLAT SCREEN TV, VERY NICE. THE BATH WAS SUPER CLEAN AND LARGE.I WILL BOOK THERE NEXT TIME MY WIFE AND I ARE IN GREENVILLE.
They are remodeling the hotel and it looks like they really want to improve the image of the hotel, unfortunately they allow pets in the hotel and as a consequence, I found dead fleas in my bed. Obviously the rest of my sleep was poor as I wondered how often they actually change the bedding.

this location was going through renovation but yet was very quiet. The rooms were very clean. the new beds were very comfortable. we stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was great very nice for the money.
