Headline performers take the stage at the 1,100-seat Sam's Town Live! Entertainers have included Kenny Loggins, Neal McCoy, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

The 1,300-square-foot Race & Sports Book has 60 large-screen televisions and offers no-limit, pari-mutuel wagering on horse and dog races. Sam's Town also has a poker room with daily tournaments and a bingo parlor with eight daily sessions.
B Connected offers complimentary membership cards that reward slot and video-poker play with cash and/or comps redeemable for food, beverages, and discounted guestrooms. Table-game play also earns comps and discounts.
A complimentary water-and-laser show, Sunset Stampede, is produced in Mystic Falls Park daily at 2 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM, and 10 PM.
Located on the casino level, Roxy's Lounge hosts Latin dance parties, variety acts, and live bands.

"Little gem outside the strip"
Sam's was a stop over for us. Wanted to stay away from the strip as we didn't plan on going out after flying in at 10PM. Huge atrium in the middle of the resort with a bunch of amenities that we never had a chance to use. Went there with family including kid. Rooms were decent but not great. Its an old worn room. About 15-20 mins drive from the strip. There were a lot of old people staying in the hotel. Staff was great, hotel is miles away from all the crowds on the strip. They offer free shuttle service to and from the strip.Banks and Walmart are directly across the street; along mini marts and gas stations. "great for the prize"
I was trying to take a vacation with out spending too much and this was just what I was looking for. It is a few minutes away from the the strip but it was well worth the drive. For the price its great. Rooms were clean, my infant crawled all over the room and her hands were clean and never found any debris. There's a McDonald's and Panda Express in the hotel with normal prices. Free bowling with movie ticket purchase (both in the hotel). My 3 year old liked walking around the indoor garden/jungle area. "Great place to stay."
The hotel was very nice and the location was fine for me. If you really want the hustle and bustle of the Strip the free shuttle will take you there or to Downtown LV. The casino at Sams was as good as any and there was a great choice of restaurants right on the facilities. If you're driving there's plenty of free parking (much of it inside) on the […] premises. I'm sorry that your room was not serviced in a way that meets our expectations and am hopeful that when you brought it to the attention of the Hotel Management that they immediately remedied the situation. I also apologize that you found the mattress in your room to be uncomfortable. We do rotate and replace mattresses far in advance of the manufacturer recommendations and I am certain that when you brought this to the attention of the Hotel Manager that a specific inspection of that room was scheduled to ensure that the mattress is properly tended to. "Will stay again"
The hotel is a good ways away from the LV Strip, however it was very close to Sam Boyd Stadium, which is where our trip was taking us. It takes about 20 mins to get to the Strip from the hotel, however the hotel does provide a free shuttle to both the Strip and Downtown. That is a wonderful convenience if you do not want to drive or do not have a car. […] The location of the hotel is quite convenient if you don't like the traffic of the Strip. There are plenty of places to eat near the hotel if you don't want to eat in the hotel itself. "Fun stop over off the strip"
We were traveling to Henderson to pick up our Cruise America RV and stayed here one night. What a nice surprise to find a beautiful atrium inside with nice restaurants and a water show. "First Visit But Will Return"
I have stayed in many casino hotels in Las Vegas. If I don't need to be on or near the Strip, Sam's Town is where I'll aim to stay. The quality of the amenities for the price is excellent and the atmosphere is very laid back rather than Las Vegas "in your face". We were pleased with our room and overall the 3 night stay was fine. Booking ahead really reduced the cost. We require wifi in our rooms and found that it was only available for a cost. We travel to Mexico and back each fall and spring and take our time We stay in Las Vegas each time and found wifi available all the way through Mexico and most of our […] US stays, except Sam's.
