Spacious room, full kitchen - great price! Friendly staff, we would definitely stay again.

Microbe was very dirty. It looked like a meatball sub exploded in there. Towel rack in bathroom was loose and fell off. It just barely missed my feet.

This hotel is next to fire dept did hear a few sirens but not bad it is about a 15 min walk to universal. There is no shuttle bus stop is down st but we found out it does not take you there the hard way have to call a cab 6.00 for one way . Pool was great room was ok needs updating if you want to walk Back and forth get a close one little kids to far […] to walk back after you have walked all day . Everyrhing was grate but the beds and front desk severice .The bed was so hard that u should just sleep on a bed of concrete .When u went down stairs to talk to front desk they were always on the cell phone and u had to wait 10-15min when they felt u stood their long enough. Thank god we didn't need anything major .

While it had an odd smell, it's nothing that a little air freshener can't fix. Everything else is great, reasonable price and a good 40-minute walk away from Universal Studios.

wonderful room to stay

Both the bed in this room was very unfavorable, very hard to sleep, they need new bed.

You can get towel service for extra $; otherwise you take your wet towels to the front desk, they hand you a laundry basket and evenly exchange. For the price, it was okay. A lot of cooking oil smell from other rooms; our room had an unidentified but closely resembling cooking oil smell as well. Larger "suite" type is not really a suite; there may be […] one room that looks like the posted pictures; otherwise, it's one big room with a galley style kitchen opening. One smallish pot and pan, not enough to cook spagetti in, but many on vacation may not mind the lack of cooking utensils. We were a family of 6; drawers had utensils for 4. Shorter curtains let bright parking lot lights shine in. Older decor, needs updating. Loved the location. For the time in the hotel, it was adequate... but we would most likely not book there again. This extended stay hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment and is certainly NOT worth the money. tired threadbare carpets, thin cotton sheets and no mid stay service. I was not impressed at all. There are much, much better accomodations for the price.

The location is great, the room was fine, if not a little dated. Some where and tear was visible, but I'd stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

There were items found in my room that were VERY unacceptable there was an unopened condom on the far side of the bed a hair roller a hair clip and a homemade marijuana pipe on top of the kitchen cabinets i feel that these items are very unacceptable in a family hotel that should have been cleaned.

I was given a non-smoking disabled room which I didn't need. The room smelled musty/moldy. Two outlets at each nightstand didn't work. Hotel staff were nice and tried to please but there wasn't another room for this rate class...or because I booked through Hotels.com

A nice hotel for the money. Universal is a very short walk. Several places to eat within walking distance. I would stay again.

Staff is too Bad. I check in at 10:00 PM and when I enter the room toilet in chocked and when I complain the staff they say that its not their responsibility and I have to manage it and clean it by my own, we can only help in morning after 10:00 AM. and When I asked to change the room they say nothing is available.

I was kind of concern but when I got there surprise me that everithyng was more than I was expecting, me and my wife were so happy ,

I was originally in the Extended Stay America hotel a block away, but due to a loss of their Internet access, I moved over to Extended Stay Deluxe and I am VERY happy I did. Nicer hotel, larger rooms, VERY clean, nice people and no children running up and down the halls. I'd gladly stay here again.

I have a problem when I prepay for any service and doesn't receive what I bought. I prepay for a non smoking room and when I got there it was sold out. No choice, my family and I had to take a nasty, stinky smoking room. That's bad!

The hotel was really clean and the proximity to the Universal Studios was really close. I would say a 5 minute ride by car; if you were to walk probably 20 minutes. When I checked in the hotel receptionist was not that welcoming but when I had to go to the front desk the next day they were really nice. The only problem was our room was on the side by […] Vineland Road across the street from the fire department and lets just say they don't just get calls in the day. Also the complimentary breakfast is just bagels, muffins and apple sauce, as well as coffee. I was not impressed but they do provide a stove, fridge and toaster so we just bought bagels and juice and forfeit the complimentary breakfast. So don't rush to get your breakfast downstairs. But I would recommend this hotel for if your going to Universal Studios. Devamı

for the short time i was there the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and well kept and the staff appeared to be very nice. However, it was small in size. The pool was small and parking was limited. The one on Palm Parkway is much nicer.

Hotels is great. Breakfast consists of bagels, muffins, yogurt, applesauce, coffee and tea. Room is clean, bathroom is clean. The bed was comfy. A killer deal for anyone going to Universal. Great price and location, however the bed was very uncomfortable. No shampoo in the room, but there is a card telling you to go to the front desk to get it. When I went to the desk, they didn't have any. Furniture is definately showing signs of wear, and needs to be updated or replaced.

Breakfast was a joke. They charge you for Wi-Fi access. No ice machines. Pillows are awful. Only good part is location

the room needs to be cleaner...under beds.. the service at the restaurant was excelent...the waitres were wonderfol..great attitute.. tks

Hotel is fairly new, but the rooms are kind of dingy. Reminded me of a college dorm - under-furnished (one recliner with stuffing coming out), flat pillows (only 2 and no more available in the hotel) a couple rolling office chairs to sit on. We are locals, but wanted to be closer to Universal so we only stayed one night. This hotel is a lower grade hotel than we are used to. I was nervous about the quality and cleanliness but was very impressed when I arrived. There no frills, but everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and include a kitchen. The free breakfast was just bagels, coffee, and yogurt, which is less than other hotels I stayed at in the area, but it was still nice to have the free food in the morning. The pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable, but the bed was fine. The room was spacious and the cable TV channel selection was fine. this was an inexpensive rate and the hotel ended up being cleaner and more upgraded than I thought. The pool is small and the breakfast isn't much (coffee, sometimes yogurt, individually packaged bagels, prepackaged fruit cups). The room smelled like fried fish and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and nobody could figure out what to do about it. For about an hour. Now that the negative is done, the price was good for the amenities. I am a pretty high maintenance person so I was hesitant about this hotel at first, but satisfied in the end for the purpose of my trip. The location is perfect if you are attending Universal Studios. It is also within walking distance to a drugstore, gas stations, restaurants, and bars. The room and hotel had a muggy feel and odor, but both appeared […] clean. The shower had hot water with great water pressure, which for the low price I didn't expect. Nice quiet, quaint pool. I was disappointed that complimentary maid service was not provided every day. So if you run out of anything you have to get it yourself through the front desk. Also,all the television channels didn't come in clear, not even Showtime. I found that to be wrong, because that is the only premium channel provided and promoted. Not the best hotel, but good for the price. You get what you pay for. This place is great, it offers more then what you want for vacations in Orlando, Nice, Very Clean, Comfortable and convenient located. Just try your self and you find what I talk.

My stay at this hotel was just as expected. I only needed to stay there one night and the hotel definitely served it's purpose. There were only two negatives about this experience. 1. The parking is awful. They barely have enough spots to accomadate the number of guests. 2. My room was 5 feet away from the lobby where the free breakfast is served. So […] at 7:30AM, I was awaken by noisy children trying to fix their breakfast. Other than that, my stay was quite comfortable. We've stayed at the Extended Stay Deluxe - Universal Studios twice because we liked it so much the first time. It is less than a five minute drive from the hotel to Universal and also less than five minutes to International Drive and Wet and Wild. The hotel is very clean and we like the set up with the kitchen and plenty of space. The breakfast if very […] basic - prepackaged muffins and bagels, yogurt, and oranges - but given the very low price for the hotel its reasonable. Its easy enough to bring or buy something else to microwave or cook in the room, so I certainly wouldn't pay 50% more for a hot breakfast buffet. We'll stay there again. Devamı

Well i have to say after reading other reviews i have to say that some are correct . When i entered the Hotel i noticed a strange smell in the hallway . They need to shampoo the carpet with something that smells good. It smelled old and smokey . After that we entered the room and it smelled the same . The dresser was broken and had to be fixed .The […] lamp bulb was out and had to be replaced. But all in all the maint guy that came was very nice and asked if we minded him fixing them we said no and he was done in 10 min and on his way. This hotel is very close to universal studios and is in walking distance from the park .Its not a a short hike but not to bad about 1 mile or so . It has sidewalks most of the way so pretty easy to do.Aslo there are some great places to eat that are walking distance. There is a TGI friday , Japan Steakhouse, and a local bar around the corner from the hotel. Over all not a bad place just needs to clean the smell . Devamı

Hotel room smell, I change room 3 times and alll have smell. No room services every day, during my 3 days stays no one came to clean my room. There's others hotels options nearby for just 10$ up. pay the difference it worth.
