The location was very convenient to get to the airport and it was very quiet. The worst part was the elevator had what appeared to be urine in a puddle on the floor. When reported to staff on check out that were surprised that the housekeepers hadn't noticed it when they came on shift. Otherwise was sufficient for our needs.

Good value for the money. We hardly slept as heating alternated between hot and cold and system was noisy. Bath fan sounded like a jet engine.

A good stay for the price. The pillows were terribly flat and bed a little too firm for me but okay for husband. Restaurants and shopping center about a 10 minute drive. Airport about 10 minutes as well. Keys didn't work when we got to to room so had to go back downstairs to get new ones from desk clerk, Eddie Got them, but with no apology. I wanted to rate this hotel higher because the staff was wonderful & the room was immaculate, but the sounds from the plumbing of the room next to mine woke me. I am not exaggerating when I state that it sounded as if the water had been turned on in my bathroom (at 5:30AM). Also, every time the door to the adjacent room slammed shut, it would cause […] the bed to jolt. But other than those two things, everything else was more than acceptable. This hotel is convenient to airport and ASU. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price it was fine for a few nights. Wish they had a continental breakfast, even coffee and donuts would be convenient.

The view idly the grearesr but very nice and new and clean and very well uproot the staff was very friendly and welcoming

Hotel was clean and very basic . There is no place to eat nearby unless you want a waffle house or mcdonald's. The area beyond the hotel appeared to be x-rated with many adult establishments . I t was close to airport.

Easy to locate, near FWY, very cleaner and quite.

Great location and just minutes from the airport. Price was reasonable based on all the hotels we stopped at prior. Nothing fancy at all but it helps being this close to the airport based on how bad the rental car setup is at Phoenix. You need all the time you can get when returning your rental car/

I was in Phoenix for a Seminar for 3 days. My first room they issued me looked like someone had been living in it, looks like someone forgot to clean up before I arrived. First impression - yikes, HOWEVER, when I went back to the front to tell them about it, I was upgraded to a free King Sized bed, so I commend them for that. Other than that experience, […] the hotel is not near anything exciting, so if you are on business and just need a cheap place to stay that isn't some run-down cheapo motel, this fits the bill. If you just need a stop over for a night between planes this is a decent hotel. Close to the airport, but not much else.

Needed to fix leak in bathtub faucet.

Beware of shuttle service, quoted $14.00 and charged $35.00 upon arivial, hotel staff than supplied name of local cab driver, this was very helpful, staff was wonderful. Thank you girls

location is great for airport users. Overall satisfaction in below average. They do not work well with you on the little things for room service. It is a decent place to stay, but I have stayed in hotels with the same ratings but overall better service.

The workers were very friendly. The carpet was bad. The smell in the room not the best. I requested a non-smoking room and the smell a cigarret was all over the floor. I can't recommend it.

This was a very nice hotel, was really close to the airport. Which is why we choice it, would stay again.

I booked this hotel for one night in Phoenix after returning from GCNP and Sedona. Not the greatest motel but served its purpose for the one night. Close to the airport and convenient.

You've stayed at one, you've stayed at them all. Office staff here was exceptional, and I have no complaints.

I have stayed in this hotel before but my most recent stay was a bit disapointing. The location is great if you need access to the freeway and just 5 minutes away from downtown. After a 5+ hr drive, I just wanted to take a shower but coming to my room, there was no shampoo and no hair dryer (things that would normally come standard in a 2 star hotel). […] I went to the front desk to ask for the items but the person had no idea where they were and where to look for them. Needless to say, I just went to a nearest drugstore and buy them. Also, the water tank in the toilet kept refilling itself, making a loud noise. Devamı

If you enjoy sleeping on sheets that smell bad, walking on carpets which haven't seen a Vaccum Cleaner in weeks, and showering in bathrooms with hair and fingernails from previous tenants all around, make sure to book a stay at this Extended Stay Hotel. However, if none of the above appeals to you, please save yourself some disgusting moments and choose […] a different Hotel for your stay in Phoenix. In spite of a great location close to the Airport, I will never again stay in an Extended Stay Hotel. My skin is still crawling... Devamı

This hotel is located next to 2 nicer hotels. The location and area are very good and convienent. I wouldnt bring my family to this hotel but you cannot beat the price.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. The room was large and clean with frige & stove and dishes. The only problem we encountered was finding it from the airport, and then finding our way back to the airport car rental. Perhaps a map could be included with the accomodation notice. The Waffle House in the ajacent parking lot was a bonus, within walking […] distance and reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay and would return if not for the Pheonix traffic. Devamı

The room smelt smoking even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The room needed to be painted and redecorated as well as the corridors and lobby area. There were no hairdryers available which doesn't make sense for an extended stay hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

CONVENIENT TO AIRPORT AND EASY ACCESS TO I 10. GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY.

We have stayed in this location before about four years ago. it has gone considerably downhill. The room was not very clean, the bed was as hard as sleeping on concrete and the carpet needed to be re-stretched. Also, the recliner inthe room had the metal frame protruding out of the seat area. It looked like the hotel had become a half-way house in terms […] of the clientele and the decor. Very unsettling. We will not stay here again nor will we ever reccommend this location to anybody. Stayed here one night after Cardinals vs Cowboys game. Good location and service overall. Bed was some what uncomfortabl, but not bad for the price.

Room was clean and staff was super courteous

This was a very convenient hotel to the Phoenix Airport. It was quiet and easy to find. It took less than 10 minutes to the airport from the hotel. Some furnishings needed replacing but overall a very clean hotel. Would stay there again.

7 minutes away from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we stayed one night, checked in at around midnight and left around 11am. The room had a small kitchen, which was a huge bonus as it was way too late to go out to eat and we were hungry! We were able to cook up some soup right there in our room. The room was clean, good sized (queen bed, 2 people) and […] bathrooms were stocked and also clean. If you're on a budget and want a clean place with a kitchenette, Extended Stay is the way to go (especially if you're coming from the airport..as there's not much around in the area). Devamı

Everything was very well done, from the reservations online to the stay itself. Thank you for your service. I will definitely use your product again in the future. Bed needs to be a little softer though, and needed more pillows. :-)

This hotel has seen better days. But, I've stayed in dated hotels and felt comfortable. This room didn't feel clean. I couldn't wait to leave.

I arrived pretty late to Phoenix, so I needed to place to stay in a clean, moderate hotel for the night and take early in the morning. The hotel location was close to the airport and good pricing. First, I tried to checkin, but there was no person to check me in. I called the hotline, no answer. Then, I was about to leave and look for another hotel. […] I called Hotels.com. They were very helpful, they found a personnnel to help me to check in. First, I had made a reservation specifically for non-smoking room. I ended up checked in in a smoking room. It was smelling so bad in there. The bed was uncomfortable and making all that sound. I left the very next morning, as I planed. I checked in my second destination. My whole luggage and dresses were still smelling cigarette. I would never stay there again. It is worth to pay a little more to stay in a clean and decent hotel. Devamı

The stay was awesome. Everything was clean, lots of space, the fridge came in handy more than enough times, as did the microwave. Staff was friendly and the area was really nice, it's right next to a Waffle House, so breakfast was quick. Overall a VERY good stay!

My experience was quite good. Check-in/out was smooth and with out incident. My room was clean and I found the bed to be plenty comfortable. And other than the 'up' button not working on the TV remote all went well.

The overall service was exceptional considering the circumstance of the Extended Stay Airport in Phoenix, AZ being overbook. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping kept the room clean. I will probably return to the hotel next year, because of the friendly employees.

This hotel is definitely for someone who is staying somewhere for multiple days and not looking for a stylish vacation type hotel. It was definitely worth the price and the staff was great. However there were batteries missing from the TV Remote, there was no toilet paper on the roll, I thought there would be a blow dryer and there wasn't. I wasn't […] dissatissfied for the rate but I don't know that I would stay again unless it was for a quick sleep over. Devamı
