We were just passing through for a night and we had a nice stay. Good breakfast in the morning. I think you'd want something a little closer to the main drag if you didn't want to drive or walk too far for the casinos etc. All in all pretty good....

Staff friendly and helpful. Room and common areas of hotel clean. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations.

Great hotel for the price, good internet connection, better than average breakfast with stay, friendly

Location, value and comfort are the reasons to stay here. It's just far enough out of the tourist fray and the beds were super comfortable. You need a car though since there's not much else right around. Head north a couple miles north to great parks/trails near the whirlpool and botanical gardens.

We really enjoyed our stay, bottom line! Starting from the early check-in, no questions asked, from the friendly receptionist down to our great continental breakfast (best selection ever!) the morning of our departure. Very clean and comfortable room, beds and pillows were comfortable. I was very impressed with the overall hotel and experience, especially for the price. It is a little far from Clifton Hill and main attractions but parking is free so that was a bonus.

Good Location, easy to find. Outside of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill but close enough to not travel far. Location was good for visit to the Butterfly Conservatory. THis hotel is to far from Clifton Hill and is a very very long walk. The breakfast room is very small and the service is okay. For the amount of money we spend I wouyld have rather satyed in a hotel closer to Clifton Hill. Be careful when booking bc there is another Hampton Inn on Victoria St that is much closer to everything and the two hotels are […] not affiliated. Parking is included and breakfast is good for family with kids so don't have to run out every morning to feed the kids. Always coffee and cookies. If there is shuttle service to the falls it would be the best!

I am very happy with the stay and the money I paid for. I and my husband with our two kids went to see the Falls during the school spring break. It was our first visit to the Falls and we stayed at the Hampton Inn for a night. The hotel location was great, just about 2 or 3 mins drive to get to the Falls. Although the hotel is a bit out-dated, it is […] clean and comfortable. I got a good rate that included breakfast. I didn't expect to get such good quality breakfast for the money I paid for. It served a variety of food such as waffles, sausages, omelette, donuts, fruit, yoghurt, juice, hot chocolate and etc. It was so impressive! The room very clean....the whole hotel was. Kids had a great time in the pool. Location was great away from the hussle and bussle of Niagara's main strip, but only about 10 minutes drive to get to it.....price was great and included breakfast....will book again there for sure.

Breakfast was good, lots of variety Beds were too soft - only complain

Basic but very nice hotel. Very comfortable and clean room, reasonable distance from the Falls. Staff very helpful. Would recommend this place.

well set up and close to all amenities and lots of site seeing, parking is free, hotel service was great and so w as the breakfast. Rachael

Nice hotel, clean room, good FREE breakfast and added BONUS the pool stays open until midnight! We and our children (under 12yrs) loved the pool and it was nice not to be rushed.

Everything was as expected. The price was really good and the hotel was decent Everything was clean and up to par.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, as well as a the swimming pool.

Best deal in Niagara Falls breakfast and the rooms where great.

Good sized, very clean room. Comfortable beds and appointments. Excellent breakfast room and selection(not in some small closet of a room). Free parking. Helpful front desk staff. And all this at a very reasonable rate in February.

This hotel was great! My friends and I had stayed here for a night and the services is excellent! The beds and pillows were so comfortable makes for a great sleep! Complementary breakfast in the morning was very nice. Over all I would definitely be staying here again!

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and included with the cost of our room. Great value! We are looking forward to a return visit.

Wish the Hampton next to the Waterpark was called Hampton-Waterpark and this one called Hampton Niagara River. Had to pay $25 to park for less than 2 hrs. to drive kids down the road to the Waterpark!

Room & hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable. All staff we friendly and helpful. I do think the Hampton hotel chain needs to update their breakfast menu.

We had an excellent time at the Hampton Inn. We were very impressed with the service no matter what time of the day and we would stay their again without hesitation. The breakfast was great, the pool was great, the service was great! Best stay at a hotel so far!

Just spent a family weekend at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall condition and service. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AT CHECK IN, THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND BEDS EXTREAMLY COMFORTABLE. THE COMP BREAKFAST WAS JUST RIGHT AND THE POOL WAS REFRESHING. WEI WILL BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR A SUMMER MINI VACATION.
