Hampton Inn Frankfort - Frankfort

I'm usually a big fan of Hampton Inns and make a point of staying in them when I'm on the road. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with this one. It seemed run-down and less well-cared-for than the other properties. Worse, we had a room on the fourth floor and there was some kind of machinery running above our heads all night. We kept the bathroom door closed to reduce the noise -- it didn't cancel it completely -- but that made the bathroom smell unpleasant. Devamı

The hotel is well situated from I-64 and was a half-way point in our trip. Our room was spacious and the bed was wonderful!! The first little "bump" was that there was no list of tv channels anywhere to be found. My husband called the front desk and was told to go use the TV guide channel on the tv. While it contained all the channels we might possibly […] need, all we were trying to do was find the NBC channel!! Not wade through 200+. Breakfast was a usual Hampton Inn breakfast but the hard boiled eggs were rubbery, to put it mildly. I understand they are purchased from a purveyor and have been cooked long before, but still not the best. This was a good Hampton but seemed to lack something. Devamı

The only compalints that I had was that after our 3 hour drive, we had to wait at the counter for 17 minutes while the hotel clerk was on the phone with another customer. We also had to bring our own luggage up to the room, which would not have been a big deal if we had not been so tired and had to wait so long when noone else was waiting. Have stayed in other Hampton's over the years and that many were overpriced but this one was a pleasant surprise. Great beds, wonderful hot breakfast - the biscuits were delicious and even the omelet was above the norm - and reasonable price. Great location right off the interstate. The Hampton Inn in Frankfort, KY is an excellent facility with friendly staff and a convenient location to hospital, shopping, etc.

Our family stayed at the Hampton Inn Frankfort over the Xmas holiday and we were pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and comfort we encountered. The Breakfast offered something for everyone..and all of it good. We definitely would put this on our list .

Great for people who just want a clean room, great bed and something to eat before taking tothe road.

We like Hampton Inn's in general, but this had the best breakfast in town! We would recommend that they have some soy milk and some whole wheat bread/rye/pumpernickel bread and they would be the best ever during travel!

Great location, across the street from all the convenient stores and food places, close to starbucks! Very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Booked two rooms for a trip with my mom, sister, aunts and cousin. We are all very particular but no one had any complaints. The rooms were clean and comfy. One room had a fridge and microwave however the other did not. The staff was friendly. There was a very nice breakfast including hot waffles and eggs. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, helpful, and courteous, good location, the breakfast buffet was more than the usual continental breakfast which was very nice for a change (the only things I would have liked to see added was bacon and sausage), the rooms were clean and quiet, beds comfy, overall - for the money it's a fantastic deal.

This hotel was VERY conviently located just across the street from a shopping centers, food and just 10 minutes from another little mall. The staff was extremely friendly, (almost over-kill), but nice and professional. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed. The room was fresh and clean. If I had to make a complaint it would have been about the noisy […] air conditioner but it wasn't a big deal. I would certainly stay there or at any other Hampton Inn again! The hotel was very well located and ANY service needed was very close at hand. Hampton Inns are among my most preferred for business travel and this one did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The only complaint I had was that, during this very, very hot week, the air-conditioning seems to have failed in the hallways. This was a very nice place to stay. The employees were of the highest quality. The attention to detail and helpfulness by the staff was excellent. Upon checking out I left my suit in the room,which I only realized moments before catching my ride from the parking lot. Entrance to hotel required you to be aware of the entrance immediately after turning in from the light, but once you were aware of it, it was actually very, very handy. I ALWAYS recommend this hotel to people when they take a trip to Frankfort, Ky.

I was extremely pleased with the location and the hotel was very nice. The hotel was near the University of Kentucky 3miles. It was located near several restaurants and shoping area. I will stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. The location is great. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are amazing. We will stay here the next time we are in Frankfort.

We stayed there this last weekend.The toilet overflowed and spilled all over the bathroom floor. That was just disgusting and terrible. I called them and told them to come fix it. We left and came back later that night...and it did it again...no sense in telling them twice...we checked out and went home...I wish I didn't pay for that room...I have had […] such better experiences. The TV looked like it was from 1999...you can't afford a nicer TV? There was no parking in the parking lot and when I did find a spot my car bottomed out and tore off some of the ground effect on the bumper. Devamı

The hotel was clean, closest to I-64, multiple chain restaurants located within a couple of blocks, staff friendly and eager to help in any way, I was most impressed by the morning breakfast. It had real hot food.... bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravey. Along with a large supply of all other cold foods. But the fresh fruit was a real winner for me. We spent one night here on the way to Florida for spring break. Great service, nice room, good wi-fi and the free breakfast was very good and helped us get on our way. Would definitely stay here again.

The best part of the stay was the desk staff. They were fantastically friendly and helpful, and eager to go above any beyond what would be expected of them. The accommodations were pretty standard. The place was clean and quiet. Free wireless is nice, and the complementary breakfast was very good.

This hotel stay was a last minute work obligation. The staff was polite, quick and efficient as compared to what I have seen at other major hotels. The entire hotel was clean and the room was great. Definitely will use again if ever need to stay in Frankfort again.
