Great hotel for the money. The only problem was that the heater did not appear to work. But I didn't tell the clerk at the desk until I was checking out. He said that I should have told him and he would have had someone look at it right away.

Well stay away! Stayed on second floor as I went up stairs enclosed I encountered a nasty smell after a few minutes it came to me it was a backed up sewr smell. To say the least not a good catch! Will never return

This hotel may not seem like a 5-star resort, but the rooms were clean, large Sony flat screen in the room (even the Sheraton downtown doesn't boast this), and very convenient location to many attractions. The best feature is the view from the upstairs. The 2nd floor views from your individual balcony over Loon Pond are beautiful, scenic, & peaceful. […] Truly a great view in the morning. There were fisherman in boats, some swans out there and some color in the trees. I'll go back again. :) Devamı

This hotel is old and worn, not very clean (my bathroom was dirty and had hair in the sink), staff seemed pretty oblivious, breakfast was really poor (I opted for McDonalds). There's no real reason to stay here at all.

This is a cheap hotel in a questionnable neighborhood. It's not bad, but the hotel is very old and does not offer much in the way of amenities. Not around much, although it is close to the highway. Very thin walls and beds were not so comfortable. Good heat and nice staff, though. Pretty good security. Just depressing area and some shady people.

This motel used a provider called Bluestreak. The connection wasutterly bad; not evem a normal e-mail exchange could be handled properly because the connection was discontinued everyf ew minutes; another possibility is, of course, the internet speed provided by the hotejl. In any case, I would not go to this hotel again because of this deficiency.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel was well-maintained and clean. Location was convenient.

Room was clean though the carpet a bit old and dusty. Staff were approachable and helpful. Morning breakfast was good. Although the neighbourhood was not ideal for family outing (some one else also mentioned before and we were therefore prepared for that), it was ok to sepnd a night.

Nothing fancy, even a bit run down. But the price was right. The surrounding area seems quite safe and abounds with chain restaurtants. Ice machine wasn't working. Recommended if price is your primary concern.

We had an unuasally warm day and went back to the room and turned on the ac. It did not work.

For the price I can not complain. The hotel was very clean and decent to stay. This is definitely not a family style hotel. The neighborhood was very much left to be desired. It was close to the sites we aimed to go see. If you are looking for a quick overnight great, but I would not take my children to the neighborhood.

don't stay here

I'm mystified by the low rating of the Springfield Howard Johnson Express. It's a perfectly decent place to stay: standard motel room decor with many ameneties included in the low price: WiFi, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, flat screen TV w/HBO, safe, hair dryer, iron. It is on a busy street, but set far back, so we weren't bothered by noise. […] Many restaurants within 2 blocks. There are balconies off the rooms, with a very pretty view of a pond surrounded by woods, and a flock of Canada geese who wander around the lawn pecking at grubs. I stayed here for the weekend. The first thing I noticed was that our screen was torn. Then our toilet tank overflowed and wouldn't stop. I called the front desk and, after some prodding and explaining that if we stopped flushing, the room would be flooded, they called maintenance. Unfortunately, maintenance never showed up. They wouldn't give us another […] room because they said all other rooms were reserved, so we were stuck with an overflowing toilet tank. Thankfully, we figured out how to turn off the water. Great cheap, no frills hotel. I needed a place to stay 2 nights while I took the MA bar exam. Had a mini fridge and coffee maker and was clean.

Dirty room, non-working keyed entry system. Bland breakfast.

Gutes Zimmer. Am "Stadtrand" an der Hauptstrasse, Rückseite des Hotelhauptgebäudes direkt an einem See. Balkone auf der Rückseite des Hauptgebäudes mit Seesicht. (Hotelservice kann ich nicht wirklich beurteilen, da nur auf durchreise.)

nous avons passé une nuit là bas c'étais un arrêt à mi-chemin de l'endroit ou nous avons été.. l'hotel étais très bien la chambre étais propre, à une bonne distance de la rue donc pas dans un emplacement bruyant, nous avions une chambre avec une vue arrière au 2 ième étage avec une vue qui surplonbais sur un lac donc une très belle vue un petit balcon […] pour 2 qui ne communiquais pas avec d'autre balcon donc pas de fatiguant qui passe devant notre chambre.. le déjeuner étais très bien il y avais des céréales plusieur sorte de baguel des muffins, gruau café jus d'orange et de pomme.. si ma note n'est pas parfaite c'est qu'on est habituer au confort de notre lit.. celui de la chambre étais quand même bien 8/10.. un conseil le trajet devrait se faire avec un gps car une fois sortie de la route notre trajet gps nous a fais passer par bien des rue.. parfois notre gps nous donne des option un peu bizzarre y aurais t'il eu d'autre trajet moin compliqué?? mais avec une map¸ça aurais été du sport.. retourner dans ce coin on y retournerais plutôt que d'essayer une autre place sans être sur d'avoir ce que nous y avons eu.. nous avons été satisfait Devamı
