Hilton Garden Inn Hershey - Hummelstown

I only booked here because I couldn't get into the Hershey Hotel. After finding the building under contstruction, told there are courtesy cookies when we checked in only to find when the kids went to get one they were gone and wouldn't be making any more, litter outside around the building, the bed (even on its softest setting) was way too hard and […] the pillow way too soft, the noise at 5:30 am (?delivery trucks or a train), the smell of a local paper factory (not chocolate smell either...more like septic smell), the pool the size of a puddle in my back yard with a miror behind it just to make it look bigger with so much chlorine the kids got a headache, and to top it all off, my young children would never eat a whole buffet breakfast for $11 so I asked if I could just buy a begal for them to split before we hit the road and they said no. The coffee tasted worse then what that puddle water in my back yard would taste! Won't be back! Devamı

Great room, rate and front desk.

I am not a person that enjoys staying in hotels for the simple fact of cleanliness. I will and have recommended this hotel to my friends and family. Not only were the staff extremely helpful about getting us to the area attractions that we chose to go to but the rooms were so clean that I even walked on the carpet without shoes or socks on and that […] is huge for me. The sheets looked and felt clean the comforter felt clean, the bathroom was extremely clean. I left the sheets and pillows in my truck that I brought to sleep on. The hotel was under construction while we were there, however the guys only worked during the day time and continued to stay out of the way of guest. We were never bothered by this. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn Hershey in Pa for making our honeymoon such a wonderful experience. Devamı

My biggest pet peeve with hotels (especially having young children is lack of cleanliness). Our room and all common areas were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

First, the staff were so friendly & made us feel at home. Then they had free beverages & cookies in the lobby, the kids loved it! The rooms were so clean & ours had just been redone with carpeting. Excellent place to stay & definitely will be going back!!! Loved it!

the rooms were immaculate & comfortable. newer than the hershey lodge. the staff was very helpful & friendly. will definetly stay here again.

Good hotel very helpful staff and excellent brakefast.

Our stay was wonderful. We decided to spend an extra night. Loved the rooms and the proximity to Hershey Park. Pool could have used a cleaning and your pizza is horrible, but we loved the hotel.

Great hotel for our trip to Hershey Park. Staff was very nice, rooms clean and beds very comfortable. There's a diner down the street named "The Soda Jerk" which is a must eat....

The hotel was very pricey. But it was clean and comfortable. With the cost of the room there should have been a breakfast included. The cost of the breakfast was more than it should have been. This forced us to go elsewhere. Many of the Hotels that we have booked are much less per night and offer the breakfast..

Excellent staff. Friendly and accommodating. Great for business. Even better with my son. I appreciated their professionalism.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting Hershey Park. The hotel was 5 mins away, very nice rooms. Breakfast was really good (kids half price!). They also provided beer and wine for a reasonable price which was crucial because you can't buy it easily in that neck of the woods.

The hotel was very nice, very clean. We enjoyed using some of the facilities, the indoor pool. Very close to Hershey Park. The buffet breakfast was very good. We just thought that the breakfast buffet was included when we booked it on Hotels. com.

What an amazing experience! This hotel should have at least a 4 for a rating. The beds were comfortable, linens new, the breakfast had everything one could ask for and more. Rooms and hotel were in excellent condition. Very convenient location...

Room was fine and the service was ok. No free breakfast with stay. $10 to pay for breakfast each day. It says out door pool but they only have in door. That was the only reason I booked the hotel. So it was 90 degrees and we had to swim inside in warm water. No laying out. I called the front desk to tell them and they just said we will check it out […] and never called me back. Devamı

Don't waste your money like I did staying at the expensive Hotel & Lodge in Hershey except the larger pool they don't offer anymore than this nice quiet hotel.

The only problem we had with our stay was an unexpected fire alarm around 6am. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. All the beds are adjustable on each side, so you can make them as firm or soft as you prefer, which was nice. Also, they had an "honor system" bar and pantry. And we enjoyed the free cookies […] at the front desk! The hotel is just down the road from the main Hershey attractions, and when we booked, it was far less expensive than the Hershey brand lodging options. Devamı

I recommend this hotel. the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. the pool was open. it was in a good location, near Hershey park and close to stores and restaurants. we would stay again.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Hershey was a comfortable hotel to stay in. It was only a few minutes from Hershey Park and close by numerous places to dine. The pool is small but the kids still enjoyed it as well as the jacuzzi. I will definately stay here again on our next trip.

Nice, clean, in quiet location. Minutes from Hershey Park. Located around many stores, restaurants, etc.

The view of the mountains is quite beautiful. Everything was clean. The television was of poor quality, with a grainy picture. For the money, especially what they charge without Hotels.com, there should have been little amenities. But it was just a standard hotel. The surrounding community is not very nice either, kind of grungy. It was close to Hershey […] Park and we accepted the offer to get tickets through the hotel, but this was a mistake as the park would not reimburse our tickets when it was rained out. Devamı

Extremely friendly staff. Nice clean room. Driving distance to all the Hershey tourist destinations. Walking distance to some fast food places.
