Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Windward - Alpharetta

This hotel was recommended to us by friends that live in a nearby neighborhood. It is across the street from several restaurants. The highlight of the hotel was the bed; it was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept in!

Excellent hotel with great service, friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel for a business or leisure stay in Alpharetta.

It was a nice hotel. They had all the amenities I could ask for including a full breakfast with a real cook ready to make your eggs. Everything was really nice, but I had one weird problem. All we needed was a bed,a/c,and tv. Hotel price was amazing and I give it 4 stars. Only complaint is the walls are a little thin. We could hear our neighbors clear as day talking. Thank everything they weren't doing anything else! Other than that great room.

The service was exceptional. We had to go back the next day because my daughter left something important and the hotel cleaning turn it in. Thanks a lot it meant alot to see honest service. The front desk staff was awsome. I would definitly stay their again. I'm very picky

The only thing . I feel they need to make it more visible on the price of breakfast !! It was rather hidden ! After we got food then we got the price!!

I enjoyed my stay hotel was nice and clean. when you walked through the door it smelt so clean. I plan to visit again soon.

I stayed at this hotel because it was a much more affordable price than any other hotels near the aquarium. I expected a decent hotel, since I didn't pay much for the night, but it was WONDERFUL. Watch out if you eat breakfest there they will tell you its free and the charge your card or your room 10.95 per person to eat. So don't eat there unless you want to pay that much for some eggs and milk

We booked a week earlier for two non-smoking rooms. We arrived and the rooms were not on the same floor, but Hotel staff quickly fixed the problem. The rooms were on the same floor, on the opposite ends of the hallway. The hotel itself is beautiful, as all Hilton Garden Inns are. The grounds were pleasant to walk in, and there were numerous resaurants […] across the street, less than 150 ft. The beds were amazing and both my wife and I fell asleep quickly and slept soundly. The only problem he had during the whole stay was breakfast the following morning. The staff and cooks were excelent, but there were no signs nor note of he cost of the food. Breakfast for 5 was more expensive than one room. While I realize that hotels are expected to charge some money for breakfast, unless there is a notice indicating otherwise, the meal was far in excess of he normal cost of breakfast. All in all, I still would stay in any Hilto Garden Inn on future trips. Devamı

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathroom was a bigger size than normal (which is always a plus)! Having bottled water and cookies at the service counter was fun and welcoming! Only problem for us was there was NO breakfast for the rates they charge... you still had to pay for breakfast.... needless to say, Cracker Barrel and J.Christopher's […] were right down the street! When we booked the room we didn't realize hoe far out it was from the downtown Atlanta..it was a very nice hotel...nice staff..and I lobe the sleep # bed!!! I wished they had an outdoor pool tho :(... I didn't get to enjoy the indoor pool but looked nice.

The bed in the room i was given was a queen instead of a king. It was supposed to have some kind of adjustment on it the the firmness. This was inoperative and one side of the bed was as stiff as the floor while to other side was completely collapsed.

Overrall it was a pleasant stay. The charge for breakfast was a little high, but I appreciated the clean rooms.

Very nice place to stay. The neighborhod is beautiful and the hotel is close enough to restaurants for convenience but not right in the busyness. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

This place is great. Did not cost a arm and a leg. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was heated and the hot tub is very relaxing. You will not be disappointed. We will be coming back.

I have only used this same location 3X, however this most recent time during the Christmas Holiday there was hair in the tub/shower drain, our lavatory ammenities were not replennished and I would expect more from a Hilton Hotel. I would not care if my bed linens were not changed on 12/25, but on the 26 I expected the lavatory items should be replennished. […] My husband travels for work and was surprised by this as well. Coffee, although new filter of coffee was replenished, the cannister was not cleaned upon return to our room. TACKY!!! We will be trying out another hotel on our next visit. We had a positive experience aside from not having the King bed we reserved. I would definitely call the day before and remind them of what you've booked. As with anywhere in Atl, check your map and determine the best routes to your meeting/event. It may be ten miles away, but at 8AM you can expect to spend more than an hour in traffic.

Clean room. Good service. I would be happy to stay there again.

Wonderful accomodations. Great room with a very comfortable bed. However, at check in, the staff was less than cordial. She was rude and less than helpful!!!

I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is 3 stars BUT the service, location, maintenance of the hotel, Comfort of room and Cleanliness is 5 Stars.

my wife and i stay here the weekend, and overall it was a good experience, the location of the hotel is in a wonderful neighborhood, with acess to the highways, restaurants,etc...
