"One of my favorites"
I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 yrs. And they never disappoint. Love the adjoining suite. Works well for business and family stays. Most of my work is directly in the area or South Dallas. The comp. Breakfast is a plus with variety. Front desk and Housekeeping has always been accommodating. Decor has been updated since my last […] visit which was nice. The building/facilities are showing wear and tear (i.e, rust spots on bathroom sink and wallpaper bubbling). Would be nice if they has good coffee like Starbucks or Seattle's Best. Devamı

This is our second visit to this hotel and we continue to be very please. If we plan a third trip we will stay here again!

"Stay at Homewood Suites"
Our room was very accessible (just down the hall from registration) and quite comfortable. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and just outside our room. We had come to Dallas for a wedding that was held at the Sheraton Dallas, downtown. When we went to that hotel, not only was the hotel extremely crowded, parking was nightmare […] and they charged a fortune to park. It appeared to be rundown and lots of places needed to be painted. Not empressed. The next time we come to Dallas, we will be staying at the Homewood Suites on N. Stemmons. We have already told many people about this hotel. Ron Devamı

I found the stay to be a very pleasant one. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The free breakfast was great plus. At the price I paid, I would definitely stay here again.

"Redeployment Vacation"
We vivited Dallas because I husband was flying back to Iraq from there, i chose this hotel because of it's location to everything we wanted to do in Dallas. I explained to desk person my husband was deploying soon and needed rest so she moved us to a higher floor on the the end, was so peaceful and the vacation was wonderful just what my husband needed. This […] hotel was perfect and the staff made the experience even better by being there to address any problems and their freindly manner from the cleaning ladies to kitchen staff, always ready with a smile. My husband could not help but rave about this hotel, will definatly stay again when we go back to Dallas. Devamı

Room was very comfortable and affordable. Breakfast buffet saved us money too. Plenty of other businesses close by, too.

... as our first grandchild was born at Parkland. Great hotel, extra clean. Recently remodeled. Suite was roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed the full breakfast. Staff there for every need--very friendly! Got a great rate through Hotels.com. Really enjoyed our stay ... needed lots of rest after spending hours at the hospital, and Homewood provided it. "Extra expense"
The hotel was wonderful but they added a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. This was not stated on the Hotel.com webpage. However, when I called and complained, I was refunded the $75.00.
