I gave this hotel a 4 out of 5, but honestly would not have if they had not upgraded us to a nicer room upon arrival. The room we ended up in was VERY spacious! It was the size of a regular hotel room, PLUS a living room & kitchen area that was twice the size of our actual bedroom. However, we did pay a high rate per night to begin with in comparison […] to our other hotels throughout our stay in Thailand (which included Bangkok and Chiang Mai) which I believe was actually outrageously expensive. The buffet breakfast was fairly substantial which you would expect for the cost and was good, but not great. The staff was friendly, but sometimes communication was a bit challenging due to language differences, which I did not encounter quite as much in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. The shuttle to the beach came pretty quickly and only took 5 minutes to get you to the beach, where the more upscale resort was located which was part of the whole complex. The prices of everything over there were astronomical which made me understand why at our Best Western, the cost was much more than even a similar facility in the U.S. would have cost. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights in November and although our stay was not bad, I'm not sure I would stay here again for the kind of money we spent. Devamı

We will visit this Phuket again, and we will look at staying here again, it was great, great location and very kind friendly people.

This place is really relaxing. Service is tip top, breakfast wonderfull, Pool got perfect temperature. never crowded. This place was built for relaxation. But the ac is next to the bed and it is loud. Fix that problem, install new bigger tvs and you have a 4+star hotell.

Nice hotel, lovely room overlooking golf course. Very peaceful. Free use of hotel shuttle buses and boat over the lagoon to beach. Food in hotel OK, but expensive. Eat in the many restaurants on the beach, really really good. Beach lovely but sea is quite rough, not suitable for young children.

I found this hotel while I was already in Thailand and was definitely pleasantly surprised. The hotel is part of the Laguna Phuket which meant I had access to a free shuttle and ferry. The beach was a ferry ride a way but it was beautiful. The staff is super friendly and nice. The rooms were beautiful. I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite.

Nice place to stay. would recommend to friends. Just a few picky things. The place is not for children. Great for adults who like to relax. They advertise that you can use the other hotels in the group, but there is a fee included. Watch out for golf balls as you lay by the pool as the pool backs onto the golf course.There was a bad smell in the bathroom, […] but everything smells abit. Also it was had to get towels for the pool and room. The buzzword was we are out! Devamı

The hotel staff were quite friendly, and eager to serve. They were quite helpful getting us daybeds when it turned out Expedia had booked us into a room with too few beds for our family. The food was good, and the location nice. However, you can no longer use the facilities at other Laguna hotels unless you pay a massive "day user fee" which for our […] family of 4 was almost as much as the room itself. ラグーナエリアにあるが、ほかのホテルから想像される高級感はなく、日本でいうならば中程度のホテルと考えたほうがいい。スタンダードクラスの部屋はすべてコネクティング、シャワーオンリー。ブッフェの品数も決して多くはない。6：30～朝食と書いてあったので、7時に行ってみるとすべての料理が出ていなかった・・フロントスタッフはタイ人らしい愛嬌があるスタッフだった。客層の多くは中国からだそうだ。

一部接客態度が悪い従業員が見受けられた。 また、ホテルの問題で1日停電になり、水シャワー＆冷房無しで過ごす事になった。 停電が直ってもインターネットが繫がらず、プーケット内の情報を調べる事が出来なかった。文句を言ったらハプニングがあったんだからしょうがないみたいに逆ギレされた。 丁寧な従業員も居たのでこのハプニングが無ければもう一度泊まってもいいと思う。

住宿空間寬敞舒適,適合家庭活動. 唯浴室設備簡陋,有待改進, 酒店區內的小象每日經過酒店, 給小孩帶來驚喜.另酒店自助餐選擇不多,較為遜色.酒店服務台職員友善,helpful, 唯執拾房間的水準較粗心大意.

Hotellet ligger i ett stort hotellområda som känns lite grann som ett "gated community", och skiljt från övriga Thailand. Mycket bra standard på rummen, bra frukost. Rekommenderar inte hotell i detta område om man vill få en genuin känsla av Thailand.

ロケーション、広い部屋、それぞれの棟にプールがあって満足でした。 スタッフの方は、日本語が通じませんが、親切で丁寧でした。到着が深夜だったのですが、きちんと対応して頂きました。シャワーとトイレも清潔できれいだったが、初日シャワーの故障でお湯が出なかったことは、残念でした。翌日、修理がすばやく対応してもらいましたので、問題はありませんでした。 バスタブがあったら、より良かったのです。・・・・海外ではシャワーだけが普通かな・・・海も近く、セキュリティーもばっちりなので、安心です。 一帯がリゾート地になっているので、他のホテルへは、無料シャトルと無料ボートでビーチサイドまで移動できて、無料ボートが景色の良く感激で何回も乗させて頂き、とても気に入りました。海外のファミリィーが利用していましたが、とて […] もリッチな気分を味わえました。有難うございます！！ Devamı
