The location was in a not so good area. The Hotel lobby where the pics were taken, looked nice. I had two towels in my room, no bathroom fan, refrigerator was on the floor under a counter (way inconvenient). I was not pleased at all. I saw Park Inn Radisson, I saw the price rate and thought "OK, this should be nice" I would've received the same type […] of standards at a hotel closer to my venue at half the price! Devamı

This hotel is very accomodating to the needs of their gues ! Be it extra towels for the pool, or just directions to the best Italian resturant in town... Every member of the staff was pleasent, and offered their assistance... I do reccomend this hotel to anyone traveling with their loved ones :)

nice clean rooms good amenities, only no breakfast, neighborhood seems to be ok not great.

The hotel lobby looked okay. The room was large. There was no elevator to the second floor. The air-conditioning did not work - even when maintenance came to fix it. We could only open the window about 6 inches, so could not get cool. The wireless internet did not work in our room and maintenance brought a single router to make it work. The sheets were […] thread-bare and very pilled. The pillows were horrible - one pillow each and felt like they were full of chicken feathers. The blanket on the bed was very old and not clean. The towels were not folded. There were two bath towels for two people and only one wash cloth for two people. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. Only enough coffe was left for one very weak cup. The smoke alarm battery went out and beeped from 5 a.m. All molvies cost $17. The hotel is in a very bad area. I am amazed that this is in the Radisson Hotel chain. After staying there and then reading some of the previous reviews, it seems that a lot of other people had the same complaints. In the section where the hotel responds, they say they are working on things, but the same things have been going on for quite a few years. I would never stay there again and will never use this web site to book another hotel. I do not feel that the hotel was honestly represented. Devamı

the front desk staff could not do enough for me. there were problems with the heating system in two rooms. they kept moving me. finally they gave me a breakfst coupon! very nice hotel staff.

This hotel is no longer part of Four Points by Sheraton; it is now the Park Central Hotel Fresno. The staff clearly tries hard to please guests, but they're waging an uphill battle. Other than the lobby, everything feels very dated. There are no elevators to the second (third) floor of guest rooms. Showerheads are set very low on the wall. Beds and […] linens are not particularly comfortable. The on-site restaurant is, frankly, pretty ugly. However, the breakfast was reasonably priced and well-prepared. Very fine place to stay, especially for the money -- we will use this hotel again. It's a two-story with no elevator, but it's a very nice accommodation.

The thermerstat isn't working so was i was disappointed. Have to sleep with the window open.

the hotel is very old and the entire hotel demonstrated this. The room had a musty smell to it. Light sockets in the bathroom did not work. The towels and bedding were extremely worn! The night we got there our car was vandalized. This is not a safe area. A lot of foot traffic with homeless people around. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

No one told us that they changed the name of the hotel so when we were going around in circles looking for it, it was right in front of our face! I can't eve remember what it is called right now. For the area, The Four Points Sheraton in Fresno off of Blackstone is a very nice hotel. I've stayed here at least 10 times and never had any issues. Being retired military and traveling the world for 20 years, I can honestly recommend THIS hotel.

I stayed there a month ago and gave a raving review. However this time was totally disappointed. The so called free internet did not exist. It was slow and reminded me of a 9600 speed modem. I cpmplained to them and was told that this was the case during busy times but even at 1AM on Sat night I could not login. If you care about connectivity, this […] is not the place for you. I was on first floor and when someone is in the room above you, it feels like they are walking in your room...no insulation from above at all. Scheduling my reservation at Sheraton I found convenient and timely. However, I wasn't aware of my room location until I arrived and checked into the hotel. And to my surprise I was located in the very rear of the hotel.

This hotel was old and run down. The pool was not heated (freezing), and my wife had to walk back to front desk four separate times to request additional towels be delivered to the pool (as they were out). This is the first Sheraton that I've had a sub par experience at so I won't hold it against the chain, but I won't be staying at this Sheraton next […] time I find myself in Fresno..........One bright spot, the breakfast buffet at Smuggler's was pretty tasty. Management and staff are extremely accommodating. The property is very spread out so parking next to your room is easy. you may need to walk a bit to get to the front desk if you ever need to. The staff is very responsive to your needs. Large sparkling pool and spa. Nice breakfast setup and good bar. The neighborhood is the only negative. we were there for one night as we were in town for a wedding. the first room we were in we had trouble with the air conditioner. as the maintence crew were gone for the day, they moved us to another room down the hall that had a working ac unit. pool and spa were great. when we left we left 2 bags of dirty clothes. i contacted them the next day and […] they held them at the front desk for my son to pick up the following day. everything was GREAT. I only have two complaints about this hotel: There was a funny smell in the halls. I don't know what the smell was, and I can't really describe it except that I didn't like it. The room also smelled a little funky at first, but when I turned on the air conditioner it got better. And then there was the security door on the inside of the hotel. You have […] to use your room key twice - first in the security door and then the room. It's not just the pain of negotiating doors with luggage, it's that the door is used throughout the night, and those of us unfortunate enough to have rooms near the door get to hear every entrance and exit. Other than that, the room was comfy, the staff was great, the neighborhood was fine (unless you're looking for entertainment that is walking distance). Devamı

This hotel is located near the freeway and restaurants. The room was updated and clean-save the chairs. They were quite dirty. The first room smelled so strongly of mildew we asked for a different one. The second room still had a faint odor of mildew, but at a more tolerable level. The pool was great and the cabanas are a classy touch. The restaurant/bar […] was fun, but not kid friendly. The happy hour food was descent and the drinks were a good price. The drawback is the neighborhood. I wouldn't want to be out alone at night. We will come back again because of the price and proximity to Bass Lake (1 hour) and restaurants. Devamı

The hotel room was fairy large and I had no complaints about the bed, lamps, TV, etc. like some others had. There were a couple spots where I wish the housekeeper had cleaned, such as a coffee mug ring on the desk. Overall, quite comfortable.

Quiet, clean, and affordable!

Was pleasantly surprised by the place. Was skeptical considering it was on Blackstone but turned out great. Room size was huge, nice and clean. Complementary water bottle. Free internet, separate vanity area and huge closet. Thumbs up...

This is a well kept up hotel. It is older but many improvements have been made. The neighborhood is not the greatest but they do I good job of separating you from the area.

The staff there was very nice, checked-in so quickly with no problems and a big smile...i would stay there everytime i come to Fresno. Thank you!

The Four Points by Sheraton did not live up to the Sheraton name. The facility was older and had not been kept up. There was a mold smell upon entering the hallway to our room and the stench in the room was that of old smoke. The room was well appointed, but the carpet was wrinkled and needed to be replaced years ago. The shower went from warm to cold […] while showering and the toilet ran all night. The hotel is in need of some TLC. The carpet was creased and buckled in the hall and in our room. I needed some ice, and had to go to 4 different ice machines to find one that worked. That being said, this might be the best in Fresno so choice may be limited, that's why the recommendation.

This hotel does not represent the Sheraton brand well, it is very old, has odd odors and the whirlpool did not work. There is a fridge in the room, but it was very noisy and the walls are thin. You can hear the person in the next room flushing, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I expected a Sheraton to be a bit nicer. It felt like the hotel was a converted apartment complex. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and they even give you a complimentary bottle of water. The downside was that you could hear the trains and the toilet in my room ran all the time.

Siamo tornati in questo hotel dopo 10 anni,avendo un vago ricordo ma non negativo altrimenti non saremmo mai tornati,abituati ad altri standard che purtroppo non si trovano a Fresno,fiduciosi di trovare la solita accoglienza e ottimo standard anche se non hotel a 5 stelle...ma purtroppo abbiamo trovato un vero e proprio "tugurio",quindi la mattina dopo […] siamo andati in un ' altro hotel in zona... Magnifique piscine Pas de petits déjeuners mais nombreuses possbilités à proximitié. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour une étape avant ou après Séquoia NP

Hotel usato come appoggio per i parchi Yosemite e Sequoia. Facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada. Quartiere non eccezionale ma hotel tranquillo. Comodo. Pulito. Camere spaziose.
