Hilton Suites Conference Centre and Spa - Markham

We enjoyed it very much.

We enjoyed our stay. Our suite was very nice and spacecous. Our only complaint was there were no robes available for us either nights we were there to go back and forth to the pool. Inconvinient. This is why we get a suite, for all this little extras and it wasn't available. Hopefully next time We get the full service, but lovelly hotel.

It is very good and very convenient.

There is too much bait and switch going on. They charge for internet in the room. Come on guys - this isnt 1999 here. We were in a king deluxe room too. On top of that the hotel is in the middle of NOTHING with a parking lot big enough to fit 1/2 of Texas yet they charge $10/night for parking. While the Hilton is the lowest price hotel in the area for its class of hotel, beware of the insane nickel and diming they do throughout. If you don't have a car with you, watch your bill for parking, which they tacked onto my bill. Also, ensure you bring your own laptop computer or you'll have to pay for using the one in their "business center." Also, […] try to do your printing at an office vs. in the hotel, because they'll charge for that as well. And beware the overpriced in-room dining menu. Devamı

Awese staff and service. Great place for a family visit.

Room was not clean and coffee maker was not clean; The sofa bed was vey hard. Not a good experience.

Dark and depressing room, televisions did not work, no hot water in the shower. Definitely not a Hilton.

I have stayed here for both business and leisure on multiple occasions. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean- I have nothing to complain about.

I booked this hotel because I was pleased with the service and room condition when was here 2 years ago. It was not the same this time. I had room with bad faucets. The water in the tub didn't drain well so when I finished showering, the tub was filled with water up to my ankle. It was gross

The hotel was very nice. We were visiting my mother in Markham and my brother in North York for a few days. It was convenient to both and easy to get to and from the 401. The breakfast was great and the Empire Court restaurant was very, very good. Service was terrific and the room was very comfortable and clean. They could skip charging for parking […] out here in the boonies. We had stayed in a similar class of hotel in Ottawa the previous week and that hotel wasn't even close to the quality of this one (and the prices were similar). Devamı

there are so much wasted space should put into bedroom. the bedroom so small, one of the bed almost touch the wall. double bed in Hilton? no acceptable!

Booked a king suite with kichentte, suite had no kettle, microwave as described, rooms also had no safes. Not satified with the quality associted with hilton hotels

the operator put thru two phone calls that were not meant for me; housekeeping provided me with towels that I did not ask for twice.

The hotel was overall fanominal, I found that the entrance/lobby was creative and original. Our stay was fantastic, the rooms were very large and comfortable. I had no problem getting a good nights rest after the long day. The beds are extreamly comfortable, I would not change a thing. :)

what a fabulous hotel. who knew..from the moment you enter you feel like your somewhere luxurious. extremely well maintained. it was the perfect honeymoon suite!

Location near businesses in Markham is good. Room was clean, coffee maker did not work, but was repaired after the issue was raised. Elevator malfunctioned. Staff took care of the issue. The open atrium is spacious but some high level dusting is required. In all the hotel is suffering from benign neglect. Much lo ger and it will slide to three star […] class. Devamı

one of the nices hotel i've been in. i was staying in toronto for a mini vacation and needed a place near chinatown the hotel was just down the road very easy to find. price was a little higher then other hotel in the area but location is great, if you want to going shopping and for food

We were pleased with the room and hotel - but not with the fellow guests on our floor. They were attending a hockey tournament. The first night , they were very loud and kept us from sleeping. The second night, we came in at 11 pm and there were at least 30 people in the hall, sitting , drinking and talking loudly. We had to walk through these people […] to reach our room. All of the room doors along the corridor were open and lots of liquor was visible. We called security about the noise and, after the third call, they finally came to our floor. The hockey contingent complained that they were just at a hockey tournament and we shouldn't be so "intolerant of them". We were finally escorted past these thugs by security to a new room at about 11:30. Other than that - our stay was fine. We should not have been booked into a room adjacent to this group.... We were given a complementary breakfast by the hotel security staff that evening and at check out, after more complaints, a complementary night at the hotel was also offered. offers a stylish, comfortable stay for those who don't need to be downtown. The rooms are spacious, the beds extremely comfortable, and the amenities are all there. The in-house dining is excellent, especially breakfast. Felt the price was very reasonable considering the great breakfast that was included.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are spacious and they are real suites with a bedroom and sitting area. The main problem with the hotel is that they have a fee for everything. You're charged for parking even though the hotel is in the suburbs with a huge, mostly vacant lot. Wireless isn't free. The business center costs money. I was starting to […] wonder if they were going to charge me for towels. These are the kinds of annoying fees that drive customers elsewhere. Heck, even the local Motel 6 has free parking, free wireless, and a free business center. The "double" beds are quite small. They're bigger than twin beds, but not by much. I thought the staff seemed minimally trained and unenthusiastic (probably because they were tired of being asked why everything costs extra). Finally, the hotel isn't convenient to Toronto itself. That was fine for us, because we were passing through. But, if you have business in the city, keep in mind that the traffic jams start building up around 6:00 am. Devamı

Every thing was good except the sofabed is a bit worn out, not suitable as a second bed.

Used to be a Markham native. Moved to Arizona and came back for a wedding here. Very disappointed in the food, pricing, availabilty of room service, specifically the hours. If you are looking to work out or swim, heads up for the old locals that work out dailiy and you have to sign up for machines. Traffic is horrendous in the area nonstop day and night. […] Buffet is cold and expensive. Definitely not resort quality. Ok for business, but definitely not pleasure. I really liked this hotel. The room was wonderful.. it had two sperate areas. When you walk in it was the living room and bathroom.. then it was the bedroom. flat screen tv's in both rooms. The bed was comfy... they had starbucks coffee in the lobby for purchase. Nice spa and gym. They also had racketball court!! The only negative thing was, the people […] on our floor was a bit noisy. good location to mall area, you do need a car to get around. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Devamı

An outstanding hotel in Toronto suburb, convenience, efficient and reasonable priced. I will return to Hilton when I visit Toronto again.

Great front desk and staff. Could use some help with bell hop/valet.
