Tempe Mission Palms - Destination Hotels & Resorts - Tempe

I arrived early in the day and the person assisting me suggested a pre-check-in because the only rooms available were close to the elevators. Better rooms were currently being cleaned and my luggage could be stowed until a room was ready. I thought that was a great way to start my stay - my friends and I headed out for some lunch and walking around […] and a call came as promised when the room was ready. On the website Destination Delivers they say you can get 20% off if you stay in their hotel during the month of your birthday and they would not honor the deal. I had to pay $400.00 extra plus and a Hospitality Fee I did not know about. I feel cheated!

We stayed only one night because we arrived early and our resort was full. There were two adults and two teenagers. The hotel was very friendly and eager to accommodate us with a more comfortable room at check in. The hotels location is excellent for entertainment. The location of the hotel is great, half a block off of Mills Ave. We were in town for a beer festival and the location was a three block walk from there. Plenty of restaurants in the area, you don't have to go far for anything. The hotel seems to be very accommodating to all events in town and the free parking is great for such a busy area. The room […] service was good and the overall pricing at the hotel was more than fair, even in peak season. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you live an active and social lifestyle. Devamı

The Tempe Mission Palms is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and accommodations. The location is perfect for those attending events at ASU and the surrounding neighborhood is full of nice restaurants and shops.

Super close to asu stadium its a bit over priced though

For anyone visiting the ASU campus and/or going to any athletic events this is a perfect place to stay. Easy walk to all campus venues .Reasonably priced. Very nice rooms, restaurant, bar, and common areas. Overall very good value.

We love TMP - great location, facilities, service, pool - the best in Tempe!

Its super convenient to restaurants and night life in downtown Tempe. If I go back to Tempe.. I'm staying here for sure. The hotel and grounds were amazing and the location is perfect.

Thought my room was comfortable until the first plane flew over! This hotel is right in the flight path of Sky Harbor International! Because of the proximity to the airport, the planes are low and loud!

Great location in the heart of Tempe right near the school. W/in walking distance of clubs, bars and restaurants. the hotel was nice and big, staff were friendly. the room was nice. the bathroom door didn't close all the way and i slammed my fingers trying to keep it closed. the room also smelled like people once smoked in it but i have a sensitive […] nose so maybe it was me...overall great! Beautiful hotel in a great area within walking dustance to all types of restaurants and bars. We could not have picked a better hotel for our purpose which was to see ASU campus. We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we visit AZ.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Tempe, AZ near the ASU campus. The workout facilities and pool area were great. The ability to walk on Mill Street to some great restaurants ( House of Tricks on 7th Avenue). The bed and pillows were harder then I expected. I recommend a room on the South side of the Hotel or viewing the courtyard. A northern view is […] nosier because of the 202 expressway and a consistent amount of flight traffic. The hotel is in a perfect location to go out on Mill Ave for the bars which is why my friend '(who was visiting from Chicago) and I picked it in the first place. Very short walk to the light rail which we took to get downtown- went to the baseball game. We had a room that was on the second floor with our own little outdoor patio area that connected […] with the pool and fitness area. Everything was great except that we were right next to the gate that was very loud when it slammed shut. The courtyard is very pretty and we had breakfast outside in the middle of the summer because it was shaded very well and very comfortable. Price is high but that is excepted with it being at the hotel. Valet was complimentary besides just tipping the valet guys. There is a resort fee which I didn't know until we check-in. Devamı

The employee are all new and do not know what they are doing, but they are nice. I do no know about "Hospitality fee $13" for. This cost should be included. If your room is facing to the street side and staying during weekend, you will be experiencing party noise all night long. It will never stop until after 3 am. While the location is great and has a great pool the rooms need some serious updating, getting a little old and worn.

Dissapointed in the extra daily charges when paying the bill. All the things they said that the charges were for I didn't have any need for. The hotel might as well charge more for the rooms. At least there wouldn't be any surprises. Charges even for use of the hotel computer!

Loved this hotel along with it's staff and location. Valet parking is free...only ask for gratuity and they are more than willing to take you to anywhere you need to go in hotel shuttle. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, etc. Try House of Tricks for an awesome romantic dinner! Pool with cabanas were great too!

After a week in an RV, we arrived at the hotel at 10 am and the desk agent found a room for us to check in early!! We enjoyed a wonderful day at the pool which is an oasis from the surrounding campus and Mill Street. Campus and Mill street were fun to walk around. Plenty of wonderful places to eat. Great stay. Great Hotel except the rooms need more electrical outlets to charge computers and cell phones. Easy to fix.

For a hotel that charges as much as the do a night, they could provide better toilet paper and cleaner washcloths. The business center is also kind of second rate. They charge and arm and a leg for use of the computers and the printers were not working. Guests shouldn't have to worry about things like that or be responsible to report things. The Tempe Mission Palms was recommended by a friend, and it was great. The location, the service the shuttle and the food was great!

We stayed in Tempe for my husbands birthday, he wanted to go to the Big Bang Dueling Piano bar. I was very happy with Tempe Mission Palms! It was right across the street from the Big Bang and in the center of a booming college atmosphere with breweries, bars, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. This area can be noisy with the […] excitement happening just outside the hotel and is right on the flight path to sky harbor. Ask for a room facing the courtyard, I was on the second floor and could hear the fountain just below. I will definitely return soon! Devamı

This was a very good hotel. Very clean and the personnel treat you like royalty. It is a great location and near ASU for those with college students. The only item which surprised me was a daily hospitality fee I was not aware of. I found out afterwards these fees are posted on the hotels.com site.

The hotel staff was great - very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you're coming into town for an ASU event or something downtown. The rates are a bit steep but manageable.

Parked and walked everywhere on Mill Ave. Also, the hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It is the place to stay at if you are going to a game.

THe only draw back to this hotel was the door to the bathroom. It was a sliding door that was loose (go figure).

I travel a good amount for work and this hotel has been by far the best! I got a room facing the courtyard, which I recommend you request. It had french doors that opened onto the courtyard so I would just sit in my bed doing my work with the doors open listening to the water from the fountain that is in the courtyard. Very relaxing! The room was so nice and the service was even better. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. To eat and shop. The beds are extremely comfortable and very well kept. This hotel has a outdoor pool and cabana area. Very nice and kid friendly also. Next time we are in visiting family this will be the place we stay.
