The hotel staff, atmosphere and location could not have been better. I can't say anything but good things about my stay. I would definitely come back. I am a very, let me stress, VERY picky traveler and I was surprisingly comfortable in every way at this hotel.

"Courtyard Experience in Vallco- crap shoot"
I was to attend a funeral, I got early check-in, that was wonderful because I was driving in from out of town and had to get ready by 2:30. Then of course, I didn't plan lunch ahead, the cafe closed right after I arrived and I went to the "store" nothing but meat, I don't eat meat. So, I went exploring, which I didn't have time to do. I lived in this […] neighborhood growing up in my teens and everything has changed. I walked over to the Asian market and stores where I didn't have a clue...walked back went inside the other adjacent hotel and they had a "store" too. They had a frozen chicken pot pie(I eat chicken) I took it and hurried back to my room. No microwave in the room!!?? I took it back down stairs and tried to use the microwave down there but it wasn't working right and I had to stand there and cook it 30 sec. at a time. The person at the desk was busy with the same people forever so he was not available to help and no one else was around. It was finally cooked after 10 min. and pushing the button 10 times. Then I had to figure out how to carry that hot pot pie back up stairs. The ice machine put out melted ice. By then I was running late and was upset. I went to a Marriott for the customer service expected but...was disappointed and forgot my water bottle in the fridge never expect to get it back. By the way the fridge wasn't even cold, it was cool. The main thing you should know here is that I am the last person to complain and can tolerate a great deal and shrug it off. But this was a bad day, attending the funeral of my friend of 38 years and I wanted to be taken care of. I spent the extra money to ensure that. Next time I'll stay with friends. Devamı

Staff is courteous and attentive to the customers.Location was a bit around corner,but I like it .Location resembled like hidden resort with pool ,Gym etc.I felt safe surroundings. I wish you could add little more complementary articles like a body lotion ,shower cap etc like a 5 star hotels. Convenient to 280 and social events we needed to attend in Cupertino over the weekend. Nice amenities and staff.

I had 2 rooms and everything was great.nice and clean. You pay for what you get. The gym was nice and everything worked. I would stay here again
"Great value for quality and price"
We had our Chinese wedding banquet down the road at Dynasty Cupertino. So, we had a large group staying at this hotel. Very convenient location - right off the freeway, near food (Chinese) and a Starbucks for breakfast at the end of the block. Great hotel for the price - nice rooms, great common areas (fire pit in the courtyard, hot tub, etc), free […] printing downstairs. Only downside - it isn't easy to move between the two wings. If you're going with multiple rooms, request everyone be put in the same wing. Would definitely stay again. Devamı

My husband and I wanted a quick get away for 1 night. This place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The staff was very nice and helpful. The gym was small but nice. We will be coming back in the near future and take our kids with us. The pool and sitting area looked really nice. Great stay here!

"Typical Marriott Courtyard"
Nice hotel, typical Courtyard, though it has the new breakfast design which provides good options for a cooked-to-order breakfast instead of the buffets which are questionably sanitary. For $10 added on to the room rate, two of us had a wonderful breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, large fresh fruit cup, and a large bottle of juice. The room […] was OK. The heater was very noisy and there was hair on the bathroom floor (a lot) so someone clearly didn't clean that. I notified the desk when we left and they said they wished we had told them earlier so they could have taken care of it. Devamı

"Outstanding Hotel"
Excellent breakfast, some of the best breakfast I've ever had. The room was exceptional too, overlooking the pool. The gym was good. The lobby area is very nice too. The hotel staff was helpful in recommending areas nearby. I wish the hotel was nearer to work in San Jose.
"Fair price but feels like old nursing home"
The place smells like a nursing home, esp the room itself. I would absolutely never return for a second time.

Mostly clean, with nice staff. Located very near 280, but not near anything other than sit-down Asian food.
