So many things wrong, I used the discounted service of Hotels.com and clearly this hotel treated me like a second class citizen. They put me on the sixth floor, I assume this is where the "discount users" go. The room was a queen bed and I had requested a King, the towels were paper thin, the toileties were dimes store, Two cheap bars of soap, shampoo, […] conditioner and lotion blah.........The air vents were high in the ceiling and blew cold air all night long in my face. The view was of a concrete window well ledge. The television had static on most of the channels all day and night. And what ever you do don't drink the water. They offered a free bottle water at check in, there was my sign. On top of the terrible hotel, Denver is full of homeless after dark, stalking you for hand outs everywhere you go. They are "high" class homeless and are clean cut junkies. They follow you and are pretty shady. Beware! I left nd went home after one night.........they can keep Denver! Devamı

"Nice Hotel on 16th Street Mall"
Stayed here for a concert at the Pepsi Center, very convenient location to walk to and from concert. Walking distance to restaurants and night life. Would stay here again if the price was right. The only thing that would have made the stay a little better was windows in the room that opened.
"Courtyard by Marriott Denver--easy walk to CC"
I was in Denver for a convention, and didn't have time to sample much of what seemed to be an interesting downtown. The free shuttle on the 16th street mall was easy to use. Maybe they could post in their directions that the Hotel is not accessable by car at their address? 16th street is a pedestrian mall, their entrance for Valet is off of Curtis.

Renovated rooms, fantastic and personable staff. The hotel is located on the 16th St. mall and is very accessible to Coors Field.

Close to 16th Street Mall (the reason we chose that hotel). Everything is being renovated and we were the first people to stay in the newly done room. Fun decor, nice big windows with a sweet view of the Mall. We were disappointed there is no pool or hot-tub. also, no morning room service. The hotel has the funky Rialto Cafe in the lobby, and they'll […] deliver dinner, but you've got to head down there for morning chow. Devamı
Thank you for taking the time to post these wonderful comments about your stay. We are very excited about the renovation of our guest rooms. I’m happy to hear you enjoyed it. We now have a state of the art fitness center located where our indoor pool once was. While the Rialto Café doesn’t offer room service before 5pm, they do serve both breakfast and lunch in their dining room in addition to dinner. We hope to see you again in the near future.

This was the best hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. The location was perfect for us, we could walk to see our daughter, or ride the free shuttle. A free shuttle stops just across the street and runs every few minutes to Union station -- exceptional convenience.

The hotel was very nice, rooms are on the smaller size but adequate. Only complaint I have is that the bathroom was quite small with a very small vanity and didn't have towel racks. Since we don't spend much time in the room it wasn't that big a deal. Location is great, close to all attractions and was a great price compared to other hotels in the area. "Courtyard Marriott Denver"
Location was in the heart of downtown Denver near the 16th street mall. The area is pretty eclectic - convenience and dollar stores next to the Hard Rock and bar scene - but it was a decent hotel and had a great fitness center. The price was right for a quick stay between flying in to Denver and leaving the next morning for the mtns (arriving at 9pm […] and checking out at 9am) . Devamı

"Marriott 16th Street"
Love the location to the 16th street mall and to Invesco field. Was not expecting the $22 parking fee. Room was loud (next to elevator) and quite small with only an interior window. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish there was a complimentary breakfast. Free mall bus was a bonus with easy access to the RTD train. Great local for game day.

Was our first trip to Denver and the hotel was great...service was good and the rooms were nice. Everything was wonderful until the valet parking people broke our door handle..

We were in Denver to see Wicked which was magnificent and the Hotel made it five hundred times better. This hotel is centrally located and the staff is very helpful and the room quiet and clean!!

"Great location"
This was a great location - convenient to shops & restaurants, public transportation, & Coors Field. We ended up in a handicap accessible room & I didn't like the shower - the floor looked dirty and there was no light in it. The people at the front desk were nice.

This hotel is directly on the 16th Street Mall. After 11 pm a room key is needed to access the lobby. At all times a room key was required to get upstairs to the guest rooms. Staff was very friendly. "Great location, comfortable stay"
I loved almost everything about the hotel-- it was always clean, they seem to be very environmentally conscious, the rooms are insulated and quiet, and the staff was courteous and helpful. I can't rave enough about the quietness of the hotel, which is definitely atypical (I think) for hotels in this price range. Also, its a renovation of a historic […] building, and the details are lovely. Inside and out, it really exceeded expectations. Most Denver natives would agree that the location on the 16th Street Mall, while somewhat touristy, is a great bet, especially for a short stay, and quite close to everything. Agreed! What I didn't like, but actually hesitate to 'complain' about: parking rates are astronomical, but in fairness, I couldn't find a better overnight rate short of metered parking; no continental breakfast; no mini-fridge in the non-suite rooms. These are somewhat minor issues in a city with plentiful municipal parking (if you're willing to scrap sleeping in to move your car) and fabulous restaurants.
