Hotel stay was great. Nice lounge area, we had a big group, 16 total, kids and adults, we played games with the kids in the lounge and when some got tired of playing, they laid on the couch and chairs and watched some SpongeBob! "Decent for work travel"
No room service but a friendly staff at the food counter/bar. Warm and welcoming lobby. Room was fine except that my digital TV channels never worked for more than 10 mins at a time. If you are traveling to Chicago, don't stay here unless you have a car - it's too far away. I was there for training less than a mile away so it was fine. Lots of shopping/restaurant […] options. "A great place in the city!"
We stayed at the hotel for the holiday. The service was excellent, and the food was a great extra. I would recommend this hotel, as well as the lobby restaurant for travelers staying in Chicago.

Comfortable hotel with many features. Didn't have pool towels right away, but a quick phone call fixed it. Very pleasant and enjoyable. GREAT breakfast! Definitely get the include. Delicious and affordable all around.

Was in Chicago on business. I find staying in the suburbs and taking the train downtown to be very cost effective and eases travel time on the trip home. My wife and I made a last minute reservation to attend the funeral of my sister who died unexpectedly. We spent an entire day making various airline, car rental, and hotel reservations at the last minute and most were unpleasant experiences -- except Courtyard by Marriott who took care of our reservation promptly, with courtesy, and compassion. "Good Location & Nice Hotel"
Great Location! 20 min. from Brookfield Zoo, 15 min. from Woodfield Mall & IKEA, and about 30 min. from the city. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants & a couple of malls as well as shopping plazas. Everything was convenient. Hotel room was very clean. At check-in we requested additional bedding and it was delivered to the room in minutes. We ate breakfast […] at the hotel cafe, which was very good. When making reservations I would recommend that if you have two or more people that you see if you can get the breakfast included in the room price. "Clean and calm, but far from downtown"
If you're staying here to visit downtown Chicago... don't! I don't know how I convinced myself that it wasn't that far, but the tolls and traffic made it very frustrating. Ignoring that (considering it was my fault), the hotel itself was great! Very welcoming staff, clean grounds, comfortable bed, our stay was great and the price fair.

The people at this hotel were very helpful and did everything they could to make our stay great. the hotel was comfortable, location was good for us, parking was easy, and the pool was nice.

The hotel had a personal shuttle for attendees and the rooms were well kept and comfortable. Walls a little thin, but what can you expect at such a great price?

We stayed at this Courtyard after a Cubs game, but didn't want to stay in the city. We were close to the interstate to get home faster the next day so the location was great. Service was great and we liked our room. Only thing was that we ended up needing the sofa bed in our room and once I took the cushions off we were surprised to find Skittles everywhere, […] food crumbs and a $10 bill. The staff was courteous, the beds were amazing, clean rooms, good pool and hot tub. I think they could use a couple weight machines in the weight room.

November 2010, we were pleasantly suprised by the cleanliness, modern decor and free use of amenities (internet access and boarding passes) and coffee/tea at this hotel.It also is a small hotel, but because of that, it made everythng so easily accessible. Everything was just a few steps away from getting to our room from the parking lock (must have […] card key to enter side rooms), the restauraunt, fitness center, warm indoor pool and hot tub, comfy fireplace lounge, and to the snack center. We also like that this hotel was nestled in a quite area in a business park. It felt safe and in a clean area. Yes, we were pleased and we got the room for a great price. If airport shuttle were offered (not sure if it isn't though but doubtful) it would bring peace of mind if something were to have happened to our transportation. The bed wasn't as lush as some, but it was comfy. Our room was very clean and smelled nice throughout the hotel where we visited. The neighborhood is very close driving to shopping and fine dining. The staff was also friendly. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, alarm, very large flat screen TV in room and lobby. There is a microwave in lobby and refrigerator in rooms wth double beds (we had just one bed). Also, if the weather is nice, there is a nice courtyard n the center with chiars and tables to enjoy. "Great Value"
The hotel was an excellent value. We stayed 3 nights over a weekend. The room was clean, well appointed and there was a bistro in the lobby. The only negative is that it's hard to find the hotel. It is in an office park area off of Butterfield and there isn't a sign at the turnoff (Transam Plaza).

First impression to the newly remodeled hotel lobby was impressive. We arrived at 1AM in the morning after a road trip from Ohio. The hotel staff was welcoming. We got the room that we reserved. "Great Value"
Clean, comfortable and convenient to Oakbrook and Downers Grove. Enjoyed to stay. Only downside was a lack of a basic breakfast. Onsite cafe served breakfast but it was not included in the room rate. Will stay there again.
"nice place to stay"
we just went to chicago for a week and spent some time here, where the service and personnel was excellent. It was clean, well confortable and easy to stay...the only thing is that the pool could be larger...but I absolutely recomend this hotel!

Hotel exceeded expectations but is located in a business park - no restaurants, etc., in walkable distance. With friends in the neighborhood, not a problem for us, but could be for others.

People were smoking in a nonsmoking hotel but that is not the hotel's fault. It was a little difficult to find The $20 visa card was a nice touch

This hotel is in a great location. It was 15 minutes from Brookfield Zoo and just a few minutes from Oakbrooke Mall. The room was smaller than I expected, however it was very clean. The room selection I made on Hotels.com indicated the room would have a refridgerator, however it did not. We talked to the front desk clerk and they had one brought to […] our room. We unloaded our cooler full of my son's milk, juice, and yogurt and turned it on. It sounded like it was working so I did not check the temperature later. Unfortunately I realized the next day that it did not work and we had to get rid of our stuff. Besides this issue, we were very happy with our stay and would stay at this location again. Devamı
