Courtyard by Marriott Arlington Heights South - Arlington Heights

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I usually have trouble sleeping when I'm away from home. Not this time.

They were so nice they spoke to you when you walked in the room or passed them in the hall. They took time to talk with you if you had a question. I really liked my room. It's a great location.

Lots of parking, a nice appleby's 200 yards away. Great rooms - quiet and very clean. Comfy bed. Free wifi works great. Very near the Interstate. A good price. What more could you want ?

Courtyard in Arlington Hts was very close to shopping and major highways. Very friendly and courteous staff with well-kept pool and very nice breakfast. A very good value and I would recommend it to others.

Was definitely cheaper than staying in Chicago and we were only about ten minutes from the nearest metra train station which was nice but there weren't a lot of food options in the area. Otherwise it was nice, and the bed was very comfortable.

Although the room was a little old and not 100% clean, the overall quality was excellent. The staff at the front was nice and friendly, the morning buffet was delicious with some Japanese taste (rice and miso soup). This had to be one of the cleanest Hotels I've ever stayed in! No funky, musty amells, no tell-tale signs of smoke. No ugly moldy spots in bathroom, beds were comfortable Had an abundant supply of pillows and towels. Staff was super friendly. Pool was fun, hot tub relaxing! Location was excellent, lots to see and do. Near Woodfield Mall and great resturants. […] Overall I give this hotel 5 stars. Really impressed with the cleanliness! Devamı

We paid extra $10 for 3 people (2 adults & 1 child) breakfast when reserving a room, and are glad we did it. The room charge was competitive considering the cleanliness and comfort maintained at the hotel, and the breakfast selection was so much better than the other surrounding places we had stayed before. No sugary junky donuts for breakfast here- […] Healthy full breakfast was quite satisfying for us as well as their friendly services during the stay. I will choose to stay here again. Devamı

The hotel information said that roll away beds were available so we made reservations based on that. We arrived to find that there were no roll aways at this location at all and no additional rooms on a holiday weekend. The hotel manager rose to the challenge and found a way to accommodate an additional adult . Kudos. The only down side was the deodorizer […] sprayed in the hallway was a bit strong. Devamı

We were 27 miles from "The Magnificent Mile" which was okay. It didn't take long to commute. We were only about 3 miles from Woodfield Mall, great shopping. Overall I think this was a great location.

The room was very nice. We liked having the sofa in our room to sit and watch television - it was very homey. The bed was very comfortable. I worried about outside noise with airport being close but that was not a problem at all. I only wished there was a refrigerator but that was no big deal. The breakfast was very nice - good to add to the reservation […] at a discount. Very pricey to eat there otherwise - especially with a Denny's right across the street. AWESOME Hotel but no free breakfast

Very nice location in the middle of a very busy location. When heading east on Algonquin Road you will need to make a u-turn on Arlington Heights Road to gain entrance to the hotel. Not a big problem but can be extremely hectic at this cross-section. Otherwise i would recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, great service, nice, professional people. The not so good; awakened one night at 1:00 am by a ridiculously drunk group of about 20 college aged folks in the courtyard. They were eventually dealt with but that took longer than it should have. Next day housekeeping knocked on the door when we had a do not disturb sign out. Not cool. That […] night at 1:30am, we were awakened by a pizza delivery guy with the wrong room number. WHAT AN IDIOT. Yes, not really the fault of the hotel, but he did have to go by the front desk to get to the rooms. I think the hotel should make them confirm the room number (calling the number that pizza boy has with order) at that hour before letting anybody go into guest area. They comped breakfast when I complained which was nice, but sleep is what I am looking for in a hotel and this one failed on several accounts in just two days. Finally, (and really, I am not the complaining type :o) this hotel like many, have doors that make a lot of noise when they slam behind people going in and out of their rooms. Can't they do something to help this, at least posting a sign that says something to the effect of "please be mindful of the noise your doors make when closing them". Yes this seems like a common courtesy but it is not common at all. Devamı

THE HOTEL WAS AN AVERAGE HOTEL. NOTHING OVERLY GREAT, BUT NOTHING POOR EITHER. LITTLE PRICY FOR WHAT YOU GET AND THE FOOD THEY SELL IN THE "COMPANY STORE", THE PRICES ARE ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET, WHICH IF IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE ROOM, IS A LITTLE PRICY FOR WHAT THEY OFFER, BUT GIVEN THE CONVENIENCE OF IT BEING AT THE HOTEL, NOT […] TOO BAD. THE BREAKFAST HERE IS NOT AT ALL AS EXTRAVAGANT AS MOST OTHER UPPER SCALE COURTYARD BREAKFASTS. STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT AND ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. BEDS WERE A LITTLE ON THE HARD SIDE AND THE PILLOWS NEEDED REPLACING. OVERALL, ITS JUST AN AVERAGE HOTEL. SO, I ONLY RECOMMEND IT TO THOSE WHO CARE LESS ABOUT BEING PAMPERED. ジャグジー暖かくてサイコー(*^^*)銭湯気分を味わえるよ. 子供達は、プールで大はしゃぎ‼次の日の健康診断に影響がでていなことを....(^^;;
