nice staff

i called prior to check in to request microwave and frig- and inquired about dvd connections. i was promised that both frig and microwave would be in room prior to check in. had to wait for both to be delivered- frig never got cold. i was told that i could connect a dvd player to tv so that i could play a family dvd for relatives that were visiting. […] called front desk and agent stated that those functions were locked and i could not utilize my dvd player on the tv. this was a huge inconvenience because i had several family members there to view the video that i put together. the fire alarm went off several times throughout the nite. this was the worst new yr's eve ever! will not go back to this hotel again. The staff was very accommodating and assigned us to a room convenient to the parking and to my walking and climbing handicap. The room was very nice, and the breakfast the next morning was perfect. We left feeling very satisfied.

I stayed here for business up in Roswell and was pleased. Clean room and pretty easy to get to off the highway (you do have to merge right really fast coming from the north, or just circle through a parking lot.) Not a lot within walking distance to eat or do but a short drive gets you to good restaurants and bars. Good running on sidewalks around […] the hotel too and a good hill workout. Devamı

Great little place here. All hotel staff was very kind and were with smiles. Location is near groceries restaurants and banks, and is quiet, still. I'll be staying here again.

We were very pleased with out stay! Easy to check in, the pool was great. Breakfast was great too. The location was perfect...right next to a Publix. The Verizon ampitheater was less than 5 miles away which was very convenient. We would definately stay again!

Room was o.k. but nothing special. Somebody knocked on our door late at night & scared us to death. They then opened the door & my husband got up & asked what they were doing! They must have had the wrong room but came back a little later and knocked again. My husband got up & told them to get lost! Neither of us could sleep after being shocked by this […] annoyance & we didn't feel safe. Would never go back or recommend this place to others. Devamı

This was a very nice stay for us. We were there for 6 days...the location was gr8 in Roswell even for activities in the Atlanta...

Nice hotel. Great price. Good location.

I would not recommend this hotel. To begin with we booked this hotel because it said it had a hot tub. When we got there it was broken. When we pressed for more information they said it has been broken for weeks and they were not sure when a repair would be made. Furthermore, and why I would not stay again is someone went into our room when we were […] out and defecated in the toilet, and left it in the toilet for us when we got back. Hotel and grounds are nicer than I expected for the price. Property is conveniently located to the freeway as well as historic Roswell. Complimentary breakfast was a nice self service buffet. One little niggling point...the staff at the breakfast passed out bill folders to the tables for tips. Since it was a self serve thing maybe a Starbucks like tip […] jar would be more appropriate. The last day we were in Atlanta we didn't return back to the hotel until around midnight only to learn that they had changed the locks on the rooms that day AND housekeeping did not clean the room. Therefore we had to go down and get the key re-keyed before we could even get in. It would have been nice if they had notified us about the lock change prior […] to us going all the way to the room and then back down - after all the hotel had my cell number. Devamı

We have chosen to stay at this Courtyard several times now because it is always extremely quiet! The staff is very pleasant and the overall facility is very nice. The pool is great, they have laundry facilities, and the coffee bar in the lobby is a nice amenity. We will continue to stay there when we visit Atlanta because it meets all our needs.

Our room, room 285, was a very, very long walk from the elevator. The hotel was fine in every other way but the elevator and exit were very inconvenient. Especially when carrying a lot of luggage.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Air conditioning did not work well. Long trek to the elevators on the first floor.

They were very accomodating to our schedule which we really appreciated. They let us check in early and check out late. The room was very comfortable.
