The staff was incredibly helpful - just do not experience that level of customer service much anymore! Congrats Marriott for getting it right!

The night I checked in, I was told to call in the morning to reserve a spot on the shuttle just 30 minutes beforehand even though I requested it specifically upon check-in. I called the morning of departure, arrived at the front desk only to see a full shuttle close its door. The girl told me she saw a woman get on the shuttle and assumed it was I. […] I had to wait 30 minutes for the next shuttle which stressed me out unduly and caused me to run through the airport to get to the long lines at security and eventually to the plane. I highly recommend you instruct your desk clerks to write down names and ask for names before letting people on the shuttle. This was inexcusable and totally unnecessary! Devamı

Hotel had great access to local attractions and sights. Only negative was musty smell in room, other wise comforable and clean.

We enjoyed a nice comfortable stay. Really nice thanks.

Needed a place close to the airport with a shuttle. This place was great! they helped me return my rental, had a great "Happy Hour" special and clean comfortable rooms. The folks were the best and definitely eased the pain of business travel.

This was a convenient location near the airport and close to my client visits. However, I got a very bad night of sleep. The windows were paper thin and I could hear every plane that took off/landed. The walls were also thin and I was woken up by some loud people staying in rooms on my floor all night. At one point someone even knocked on my door in […] the middle of the night thinking it was her friend's room. I was very tired for my client meetings the next day and would never stay here again. Also - I thought it was weird that there was no sample lotion bottle. I hate traveling with too many liquids (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc), so I try to stay in hotels that typically offer these. There was a bottle of shampoo and conditioner, but no lotion and I didn't pack any. Devamı

Convenient to airport. Easy access to major highways. Clean and comfortable. Great staff. Undergoing renovation in the main lobby at the moment, but that's a temporary inconvenience.

Staff was friendly, check-in was easy. The room was nice but did not smell clean. After being there for a while i found a childs used underwear under the bed. Made me question if the room was clean properly. The view from our window over looked a strip club. Access to the highway was simple and the staff was friendly. Just had some minor issues that […] were overlooked by maintence and one can ignore the strip club by closing the curtains. Devamı

Double bed room is very specious. Bed is big enough for one adult and on kid. I would come back if I visit SA sometime. Only wired internet is some kind of inconvenient. Breakfast charge $10 for adult is expensive for a 3 star hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard, the staff were very helpful with my extremely picky husband requesting different rooms so we could see our motorcycle from the balcony. Rooms were great, comfy, clean, and quiet.

If you have business in the airport area, this hotel is clean, relatively inexpensive, easy to get to and from freeway. If you're in San Antonio for other reasons -- to see relatives or tourism, stay somewhere else. Being close to the airport and freeway, the surrounding neighborhood leaves a little to be desired; few choices for restaurants, groce […] ry,etc. Devamı

Great hotel, excellent staff. Not their fault but construction activity in the area was a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.

The man who checked me in asked about room preferences and made a suggestion for dinner. He was very nice. My room was in great condition and even though I was on the first floor with window to the parking lot I didn't have any issue with noise. Great stay, great location.

The best thing about this Marriott is the 24 hr shuttle to the airport. the breakfast was good, you have to pay for it, but love the convenience. Location is a negative. Would stay here again if I have an early flight.

The lights were off in the parking lot when we arrived very late at night. We let the front desk know, and they were sending out an electrician.

Very good place to stay for early morning flight departures. Security lines at San Antonio airport are horrible and it takes at least 45 minutes to clear.

The convenience to the airport and access to the highway network made this the best choice. The Room, staff and atmosphere made it a perfect stay.

good hotel,decent location too.but breakfast was not free as published on the website.overall good.

I thought the hotel was great.everything is ten minutes away. i also loved the security. they have a gated parking alot and you can only gain access with the room key. i totally recomend it. and the price was not to bad

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at a Courtyard in about 3 months. Both times were very pleasant. The staff were very polite and were happy to see us. They were able answer all question we had. The rooms were very clean, and great for the toddler to run around in. Breakfast was good. Hotel was located near other great places to eat. Hotel location was convenient to our needs. Near to Quary Market; restaurants and shopping. Very close to airport but would never know it unless you were in parking lot. Appreciated secure parking area. Nice pool too. Would stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. None of the cheesy 70's or heavily floral patterned quilts on the bed. I like a fresh, clean room and that's exactly what I got. My only complaint was that they didn't offer wireless internet, and the view of the pool from the balcony was blocked by trees. But overall, a very clean, friendly hotel.

Pretty much what you would expect from a Courtyard by Mariott.
