Comfort Inn Airport - Richmond

We stayed here on our last day before hitting the airport. The location is perfect if you want to stay close to the airport, and they will offer free shuttle service. Continental breakfast was fine and we were very happy with the stay.

Hotel is a very old hotel but ok for an over-niter on our way home from holidays.Good location from the airport.

It was the convenience of being close to the Vancaouver Airport to make connections with our flight the next day. Due to a flight connection and the inability of a certain airline not honoring our tickets we had to stay overnight in Vancouver.

I enjoyed my stay as the hotel was clean, service & staff were great. Located near fun sites and good food spots.

the front desk personnel were so helpful. The van to the airport was really good as we left at a very early hour and van was on time.

very good free shuttle service great room wifi close to the Sky train and walkable distance from a big mall. No noise with double glazed windows.

Less than 10 mins from airport and hotel shuttle available. Staff friendly and room very comfortable.

upon arrival there were no dollies to help bring our bags to our room .. which smelt aweful but due to the time we were exausted and just went to sleep .. the air conditioner was noisy .. on in the middle of friggin winter .. who knows why ? must addmitt the beds were comfy but over all displeased .. contenetal breakfast had nothing to write home about […] .. but was hot as appossed to most cold breakfasts .. The hotel front desk agent was great to deal with. The elevator was broken so the staff helped with the luggage. Unfortunately we were there when 100 teenagers were in the hotel drinking and partying. The hallway leading to our room was filled with the stench of alcohol, empty bottles and garbage.

Shuttled picked us up from the airport and drove us back to the terminal the next morning. Beds were very comfortable!!

We just needed a hotel near the airport for one night. It was very clean, a very comfy bed and staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a short stay, one night after Mexico holiday. Flight was in late and being very tired, it was so nice to have a great room and a comfortable bed.

Stayed here on a stopover for one night, ideal location very close to the airport, with free shuttle bus and complementary breakie. Very affordable and comfortable also, rooms were small but for a one nighter it was more than adequate. Would stay here again if travelling to vancouver again.

The customer service at this hotel left a lot to be desired. After waiting over 20 miutues for the hotel reception to serve the people in front of us - who had booked and paid for their hotel in advance but did not have a credit card on them so could not check in, a petty bureacratic feature of North American hotel system, a rule which was understandable […] if the hotel was as yet unpaid for but not as it was already paid for, and by someone else, still the other staff could have seen to customers behind them in the interim - we attempted to check in. We were then informed that our room was not clean or ready so we would be moved to a different room. Fair enough. However, on going to the new room - on the top floor- we found our room keys did not work. We had been given keys to work in our old room. When I returned to the reception and asked for new keys - reception changed the keys for me. Upon my return, I found out they still did not work. Overall, the whole check-in process took 35 minutes of going back and forth to the reception. Finally, the description of the hotel as near downtown Richmond's shops and amenities is innacurate. It is nowhere near them, at least not by foot. This should be made clear on the website. The hotel's shuttle bus service to the airport was good though. Devamı

location was not too near any restaurants, the appearance from the lobby was a little dull, the room smelled kind of musty. The breakfast was a little lame, But the staff was very helpful and friendly. For the price point, it was all i needed and it was fine for an overnighter on route to another city.

My wife and I had a short but very enjoyable stay at the Comfort Inn. We needed somewhere to stay close to the airport since my wife was arriving from France and we were driving to Kelowna the following day. Relatively small room but adequate for 4 adults. Very convenient to airport. Only downer was parking charge ($8+tax) not told about till checkout

Location was close to Vancouver International Airport and a free airport shuttle is available between hotel and airport. Basic breakfast buffet was included which I was grateful for before my early AM flight.

Our one night stay was very satisfactory. We'll stay there again.

the only complaint was the lack of parking spaces, considering they charge you for parking, there should be alot of available spots. The staff did find us a place to park, in a no parking zone.

Smelly lobby, elevator didn't work. Room not used in long time thus musty Decent breakfast.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Richmond, very close to the airport. Value was great for the city. Hotel had the basic amenities that you need especially if just sleeping over (e.g., have your business meetings elsewhere). Staff were helpful. Only major complaint was that it took almost 45 minutes to wait for their shuttle to arrive at the airport.

Not a place I would stay again!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel itself is very dated. When entering into our Suite it smelt of stale smoke. We were a party of 6 and rented the suite. It came with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. There was no extra comforter for the sofa bed rather a fleece blanket. The air conditioning was on and kept me up all night. Plus - we could leave our car for 2 extra nights at $5 a night....and the airport transfer service was right on time when we needed it....Overall - a perfect stopover

Thi hotel was brilliantly placed with only a 10 minute walk to the Skytrain station to take us downtown. With a free airport shuttle and pleasant staff I would recommend it to others.

front desk staff was very helpful. checked in after midnight; arranged a wake up call and had a taxi waiting downstairs in the morning to take us to the airport.

We left behind a laptop charger but had difficulty in contacting the motel. There is no Comfort Inn phone number to call. Please help!

Ok staff and service was just indifferent. Close to the airport only plus for me.

Unkempt and dingy hotel in a very poor location - - Only thing it had going for it was that it was close to the airport. Our room had a very dark room with a window blocked by an enclosed staircase.

I wouold recommend this property only to people needing access to and from YVR only. If you are wishing to take the "Skytrain" to downtown Vancouver during an airport stay, the Day;s Inn is conveniently walking to the Bridgeport station. Property is rather dark and damp. Room lighting is very poor; no lamp or light on the desk. Walking to any other […] restaurant is hazardous and distant. The airport location of the Boathouse, a good Vancouver seafood chain, near=by has colsed. Below the usual standard of Choice Hotels. Devamı

The Comfort Inn was one of the most reasonably priced hotel in the airport vicinity. It was clean and comfortable. But best of all, its the closest hotel to the airport with a convenient shuttle bus service every 20 - 30 minutes!

You have to pay for breakfast , Internet $2 for 10 minutes and parking $10 overall i would not recommand

We have come to expect a higher quality of satisfaction when staying at a Comfort Inn. We are comparing our stay in Richmond to the one in Kingston, Ontario. The room lacked comfort because there was a mouldy smell coming from the airconditioner, a lack of towels in the bathroom, and the dark brown carpet gave the room a dirty feeling. After a long […] flight being greeted at the enterance with a dangling airconditioner seen through the entrance window and no urns with trees or flowers gave an unwelcoming atmosphere. I only stayed at this hotel overnight to catch a fligh the next morning. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast service the next morning. forgot they had a pool, but it looked well maintained. the price was amazing, as there were 3 of us in the room and enough linens for all. i would definitely recomend this hotel.

I had a good experience and my car was safe even though it was not underground parking. I will stay here again. The shuttle service to the airport start around 3 am, which is very convenient if we have to take an early flight.

We were very satisfied with the accomdations and ease of reaching the hotel ... even at a 11 PM hour. The room was very satisfactory! The personal was very helpful and curteous.

The hotel seems dingy - the hallways and the rooms are pretty dark. The rooms are congested and seem really old. The mattresses are really bad and are almost sure to give you a sore back. Moreover they do not provide any complimentary stuff - no free internet access (even in the lobby), no free breakfast etc. Yes it is conveniently located near the […] airport but you can find better hotels at a better price just minutes away in Richmond. They even charge guests for parking and the parking spaces are extremely limited. The front desk is understaffed and there is usually a 5-10 minute wait to get an answer.
