Nice hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Warm, clean quaint rooms and nice shower/toilet. Room and double bed a bit small but not a real problem. Surprised there was no hotel bar. All in all, I would recommend and a great location if you want to see potabello road and it's market stalls and the locations on Nottinghill the movie.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My room was quite small, and mostly taken up by a double bed, but most single rooms in London are small and at least this had a double bed. The window looked out on to Princes Square, which was pleasant and very quiet. Free internet (via ethernet cable) in the room was nice. The hotel is nicely kept up, clean […] and modern. The staff was attentive and pleasant, although I am not sure how helpful they would be for specific recommendations about what to see or where to go. The main downside for this hotel is that the location is not near many tourist attractions. The hotel is on a quiet street about 4 blocks north of Hyde Park. It is within walking distance of Kensington Palace and the Portobello Road market, but that's about it. For everything else you need to take the Tube (nearest stop about 4 blocks from hotel) or taxi. Overall, the hotel is clean and nice and is an excellent value if you don't mind hopping on the Tube whenever you need to go somewhere. Devamı

The hotel is close to the Notting Hill Underground and Hyde Park. I had a single room which is VERY small. From what I saw, the double rooms were a bit bigger. The other issue was that they had a lot of rooms in the basement... where I was put. My view was a radiator and a bunch of vents that made noise throughout the night. The best part about the […] room was a decent private bathroom. The staff was nice and accomodating if you needed something. Location is very good, close to the underground, shopping and restaurants. Room, although a little small, was very clean and well appointed as well as had a relatively large screen TV. The AC kept the room cool as the outside temperature was quite warm.

The neighborhood of Notting Hil was absolutely charming and I would definitely recommend this area for your stay. The hotel rooms were very small by American standards but impeccably clean with very modern bathrooms and amenities. We were not thrilled with the front desk staff- they were pleasant but not overly helpful. Hotellet var helt nyistandsat, tiptop, meget flot indrettet efter alle kunstens regler. Mange gode faciliteter!!! Men værelserne er ekstremt små, så små at det er svært at forestille sig det lovligt. Det eneste sted der var plads til en åben kuffert var på sengen. Jeg ville gerne have haft mulighed for selv at vælge værelsesstørrelse og etage, og få […] oplyst besked om det forinden. Jeg vil også gerne betale for en bedre placering i huset. Andre hoteller har ikke problemer med at differentiere mellem værelse til fx gård eller gade. Det værelse jeg fik lå i kælderen med vindue ud til en ganske lille skakt med et udsugningsanlæg for hele hotellet. Når anlægget gik i gang rystede det hele, og det var umuligt at sove. Det virkede utrygt med de lange, lave smalle kældergange med alt for mange værelser. Og jeg synes at servicen ved ankomst virkede mystisk. Det var som om hotellet helt bevidst havde overbooket via hotels.com og bare ville af med os til et andet (billigere?? dårligere??) hotel. Som kompensation ville vi blive kørt i taxi og få gratis morgenmad.... Takket være en britisk gæst som begyndte at beklage sig på både min gruppes og egne vegne, var der dog lige pludselig plads på hotellet alligevel. Og, kunne vi se af den allerede udfyldte blanket der lå i receptionen, fik vi de kælderværelser som vi hele tiden var tiltænkt og ikke værelserne på 3. sal hvor aircondition angiveligt var itu. Ved afrejse var det ikke muligt at få en regning på opholdet!! Det har jeg aldrig været ude for før, jeg aner faktisk ikke hvad vi har betalt eller hvad vi har betalt for. Da bekræftelsen fra hotels.com med pris blev opgivet i danske kroner har jeg ingen mulighed for at krydstjekke priser eller undersøge om vi fx er trukket for ydelser vi ikke har fået. Devamı

The hotel is very nice and modern. What stands out is how clean it is. We stayed in a double bed room and it was very very small, but so clean and so nice, we liked it. Breakfast is not included so if you want a traditional English breakfast, you may try going to the nearest coffee shop and save. The hotel is about 3 blocks from the Bayswater underground […] station, and you will see so many restaurants (Greek, Italian, Chinese, American) along the way. There are also many "CHANGE" shops too. Overall it was a nice 5 day stay and would recommend it. Devamı
