Comfort Hotel Stockholm - Stockholm

I was aware that the hotel would be small, but centrally located and the proximity to the bus station was one of the main reasons for choosing it as I was arriving in Stockholm at 2am. The hotel was clean and bright, the staff were extremely helpful and the room was small, but had everything we needed. The rooms are small, but everything else well and truly makes up for that. The location is perfect, just above the train central station. Breakfast is a buffet and fantastic and free tea and coffee all day is a real bonus.

I know we should have been aware of this, but this room was extremely small. We are a married couple and were not aware that there were 2 single beds, 1 was a fold down from the wall. Great location, but disappointed in what we got for what we paid.

This hotel is in an excellent location just next to the Arlanda express platform and breakfast was also very good. The downside is that the rooms are miniscule, probably the smallest I've ever stayed in and would be no good for a stay of over 3 nights.

I stayed there for 4 nights with my friend, The location of hotel is very easy to find and just about 2 minutes walk from Central station, receptions are friendly and speak English and Svenska(Swedish) perfectly and very helpful. The room is quite small but nice, My friend and I stayed in the cheapest room , with same money we pay, Comfort Hotel Stockholm […] is much better than hotel in Madrid, Porto and Paris. Wireless Internet is Free , but you have to ask for Password from Reception. Breakfast is more than enough, you have lots of things to eat and drinks. For me as a traveller, Comfort Hotel Stockholm is Perfect! But for honeymoon sweet travel, I'm not sure... Devamı

The hotel had its good points and bad points. On one hand the hotel was extremely centrally located directly next to the central station and had good interior design and a great breakfast buffet but the downside was that when originally booking the room I booked it for 1 adult not knowing that even though my room had 2 beds, and wouldn't have been any […] more work for anyone, that they charge 2x (or at least a supplement) for an additional person to stay in the room with me. In America, when you book a room, its understood that it is a double occupancy room. At this hotel they gave us a huge hassle when checking in and charged us an additional per night for the "extra" person to stay in the room which is ridiculous! It was the SAME room! Why pay more for someone else to stay there? Also, the room was tiny and the beds overlapped each other perpendicularly since one is an uncomfortable wall bed. The front desk woman was extremely rude and scoffed at us upon entering when we were shocked to find out that it was a per-person charge and then basically laughed and told us we were SOL and we'd have to pay the supplement. The hotel is perfect for tourists. It has a brilliant location (next to bus / train station), the breakfast is fantastic, free tea and coffee in the lobby and the staff are super helpful - especially the night receptionist. Agobiante. Habitación pequeña y sin ventanas. El hotel esta en obras. Quisimos canviar de habitación pero no fue posible. Tuve claustrofobia.

Mycket bra frukost. Fantastiskt läge när man reser. (Flygbussarna och Arlanda Express). Små, hyttliknande rum. OK personal Mkt trevligt med kaffe och te till gästerna vid receptionen

Överraskande bra frukostbuffé till detta resonabla pris för rummet.

Ett mycket prisvärt hotell centralt i Stockholm.

Valitsimme Comfort Hotel Stockholmin pikaisen selailun perusteella etsiessämme edullista hotellia läheltä keskustaa. Vasta perille päästämme tajusimme, kuinka loistava valintamme olikaan ollut! Saavuimme lentäen, ja lentokentältä tullut lentokenttäbussi ajoi aivan hotellin viereen. Myös junat tulevat aivan hotellin yhteyteen. Vain muutamalla askeleella […] olimme Tukholman keskustassa, mutta äänet eivät hotelliin kuuluneet tai häirinneet. Läheisin metropysäkki oli itse T-Centralen, joten matka kulki kätevästi mihin tahansa (kuten kotimatkalle kohti laivaa). Hotelli itsessään oli erittäin siisti. Huone oli pieni, mutta fiksujen tilaratkaisujensa vuoksi aivan sopiva. Saimme erittäin ystävällistä palvelua, ja aamiaisen taso yllätti meidät täysin, ja ainoastaan positiivisesti. Runsas buffet tarjosi kaikille jotakin. Lisäplussaa hotellin langattomasta verkosta ja ilmaisesta kahvista/teestä, joita oli aulassa tarjolla. Ehdottomasti suosittelen! Devamı

Bor man centralt hinner man mycket. Äter man också en god frukost orkar man desto mer. en toppen helg i Stockholm

Hotel bien situé, à 1mn à pied de la gare (pratique car le bus pour l'aéroport est à prendre là). La chambre est très petite mais compensé par la qualité de son personnel très poli et serviable (j'ai pu imprimer mes billets de vols retour). Larges horaires pour le petit dej

Hotellet är prisvärt. Rummen är små. FCrukostbuffén är förstklassig.

Att rummet var litet visste vi redan. Det var bra pris, tyst, bra frukost, gratis kaffe, trevlig personal, perfekt läge, rena rum. Absolut inget att klaga på. Har bott här förut och kommer att bo här igen.

Ett hotell med nära till det mesta. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal och fräscha rum. Passade oss perfekt och ett hotell som vi gärna bor på igen.

Min väninna och jag reste med varsitt barnbarn till Sthlm bl a för att se Carlsson på taket på Oscars. Vi ville bo centralt och nära både teater och station. Vi valde Comfort både för läget och priset. Det var helt perfekt. Vi hade varsitt rum utan fönster. Vi fick ingen känsla av cellskräck. Det var tyst och lugnt på natten. Barnen trivdes och sov […] skönt i sina breda överslafar. Frukosten var jättebra och god. Personalen i receptionen var tillmötesgående och trevliga. Devamı

Bra hotell, dålig bokning av mig. Hade inte tänkt oss ett rum med en säng på golvet och en utfällbar säng. Men som sagt, mitt slarv vid IT-bokning, skall inte hända igen.

Detta är ett mycket prisvärt hotel. Det känns frächt och faktiskt "lagom" på ett positivt sätt. Framför allt hade de rikitgt bra srevice i receptionen, och även över telefon. De tog sig tid, lyssande, och förklarade gärna noga till andra platser som vi ville besöka. Jag är hel-nöjd, och kan knappast skyla på någon annan att jag råkade sova till 11:40, […] och därmed missade frukosten(!) Devamı

Centralt beläget med bra service.

Meget små værelser men fint og rent. God morgenmad. Super central beliggenhed. Rigtig godt til prisen.

Camere un po' piccole ma funzionali e pulitissime. Bagno in camera con box doccia in cristallo (non lo si trova ovunque) e inaspettatamente grande rispetto alla camera. TV lcd a parete enorme. Colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità. Posizionato comodamente per i trasporti essendo a ridosso della Stazione Centrale (e non si sente un treno grazie all'ottima […] insonorizzazione) ma un po' lontano dal centro storico. Ok att rummet inte var så stort, men det kompenseras av supercentralt läge, fräscht, fin frukost och trevlig atmosfär. Stor TV men bra kanalutbud. Kort och gott att mycket prisvärt boende!

La posizione è eccezionale soprattutto per chi viaggia con Ryan Air. Il personale è gentile, la camera pulita e confortevole, anche se un po' piccola, la prima colazione abbondante. Ci ritornerei.
