The hotel is in the middle of horrible road conditions - very long wait periods - difficult to access highway

We stayed at this hotel because we were going to Hershey Park and didn't want to pay a fortune somewhere else. The drive to the park was only 5-10 minutes so it was very convenient and the price was reasonable. The hotel room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, and the hotel employees were very nice. There were a couple of disappointing […] things. One thing is the pool/hot tub. The pool was extremely small and was so crowded that there wasn't room for my family to get in. I am not exaggerating! All of the chairs in the pool area were being occupied so we couldn't even sit down! There weren't any clean towels left, but it didn't matter because we couldn't use the pool anyway. The hot tub was dirty and it didn't seem to be working. We are absolutely NOT picky people so for me to even write a review like this, it had to be bad.The main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool and breakfast.That was the other disappointing thing! Breakfast!!! It was so crowded and hardly anything left by the time our family got there. There was still an hour left for breakfast so we thought we had plenty of time. All that was left were two muffins and a few pieces of bread. The coffee was even gone!! There was a waffle maker, though, but the line for it was so long. We were going to make waffles but after waiting 25 minutes in line, we decided to go somewhere else for breakfast. One lady was making waffles for 8 people so that really held up the line. Maybe there should be a time limit to use the waffle maker. We weren't the only people disappointed. If you're not staying there because of the pool or breakfast then it is perfect! When staying at a hotel, we always look for one with an indoor pool and breakfast. A pool is a great way to spend time with your children and entertain them at the same time so they don't get bored. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel outdated; carpet dirty with lots of stains; pool did not look too clean but the kids enjoyed the video game room. Bed was comfortable and breakfast more than what I expected for a continental breakfast. Disappointed upon arrival when I was given a smoking room(ad states that all rooms were non-smoking). I am a father and family of 5, 2 teenagers and a 5 yr old plus a dog & cat -Our stay was excellent. Hotel staff was very pleasant and accomodating when I needed extra towels and toliet stuff (4 woman) -all I had to do was ask. We all stayed in 1 room it was comfortable and plenty of room using the pullout couch. The continental breakfast had many choices […] we started each day with coffee, muffins etc.. I had no issues at all with the holel and would absolutely stay there again next year. One thing I had to get used to was the soft water in the shower -I was not used to that? The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was okay. However, the hotel needs updating. The bathroom was small & outdated. The TV was outdated. There was no extra comfortable seating in the room. I would recommend this hotel if the price was lower. A bit over priced for the appearance.

The front desk clerk was working alone and was away from the front desk when we first arrived. My family and I had to wait 30 minutes to check into all 3 rooms I had reserved. She was totally rude, impatient and barely spoke English. To top it all off I left my sneakers behind and when I called the Hotel to send them back to me the sneakers are nowhere […] to be found. the smell of chlorine upon entering the hotel was overwhelming. the tv in the room was very out-dated! Tv did not have A/V jacks. Time to upgade to flat screen tv's.

It was in a close distance from all the Hershey attractions but near truck stops and the walls were thin and got woken up from a baby crying 3 times one night in a room down the hall. Pool area was ok could be kept up a little better. Other then that it was a good place to stay for Hershey since your not in the hotel that much. They could use some upgrading […] for sure!! Devamı

I had a good sleep during the night. When the neighbor was a little loud, the person in the front desk immediately made a call to that room and ask them to be quiet -- which was great. Nice hotel, kids loved pool, close to hershey

It is beautiful, clean and convenient. Worth the money I paid.

Room was clean and quiet. Not the nicest hote I have ever stayed in but the price was right and it is pet friendly.

The room was comfortable, clean, had good size fridge, microwave and was spacious for the price. Pool was ok, could have been a little cleaner. The location is perfect if going to Hershey Chocolate World, Gardens or Park. There were alot of restaurants close by. Excellent value for a 2 star hotel. Especially if traveling with kids.

Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and although we didn't go in, the pool looked wonderful. Nice ride from Hersheypark.

My wife wanted a clean room and affordable price. I researched many hotels in the area and chose this based on price and traveler's reviews. We were both pleased with the accommodations and thought the room suited all our needs. We slept 5 in a room for 4 (brought our own air mattress). I've stayed at this hotel twice. It is a straight drive to Hershey Park, clean, inexpensive and has a friendly staff. I'm already looking forward to my visit next year.

Comfort Inn Harrisburg was very nice, very clean, courteous service. The breakfast area was quite crowded around the 8:30 time, but otherwise everything exceeded expectations. I would recommend.

The hotel was okay. Customer service was excellent and very friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning including make your own Belgium waffles which were great. Indoor pool and spa were clean. Our only disappointment was that the bathroom was small. When you closed the door, you felt confined. Bathroom could use updating but everything was clean. We were very happy with this choice. With two kids (6 & 3) they loved the little indoor pool. The rooms were clean & comfortable, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The self serve breakfast was just right for getting the Hershey Park day going. It's an easy 10 min drive to the park. The location is tucked away past a large truck stop but you […] can't see it from the hotel since it's in a nice wooded area. It had no impact on how safe and quiet the hotel was. Great value if you are looking to save money and need a 1-2 night no frills hotel room with a continetal breakfast! We plan to stay again. Devamı
