Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Staff was friendly would recommend this hotel.

We,two adults and two small dogs,stopped at the Harrisburg Comfort Inn for one night. The staff put us in a room convenient to an exit where we could easily take the dogs out to do their things. Nearby was a nice large grassy area which was free of other dogs' wastes. Please pick up after your dogs because it is not considerate for other dog owners […] to have to walk in a feces littered area. It also reflects back unfavorably on all dog owners and causes public places to post "no dogs allowed" signs. Anyhow, the room was a good size and very clean. We did not see stains on the floors or smell bad odors. This is a nice place to spend one night or more with your favorite companions. Devamı

We had a great experience for our two day stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly, as they all made an effort to say Hi. The breakfast selections were many and having them change each morning was nice. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to visit museum's during the day and had way too many choices for dinner. The location […] was just perfect, and it was quiet too. Price was very reasonable. Very clean and comfortable room! I was surprised at the hot continental breakfast in the morning. Plenty of different foods to choose from. Friendly staff made late night check-in a breeze. I would definitely stay here if in the Harrisburg area again!

Wonderful hotel! The hotel was very clean, and rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

niceest, cleanest place ever stayed

When facing a long drive home after a week-long trip, I fell acutely ill and knew I wouldn't be able to make it. Reluctantly, I let my fiance book me a room online last minute at what we hoped would be a nice, quiet, clean hotel where I could recuperate before finishing my trip. Yes, this hotel was a few dollars more than the cheaper, lower quality […] hotels I had been previously staying at during my trip, but it was worth EVERY PENNY. They allowed me to stay an extra hour beyond normal checkout at no extra charge so I would be able to take my time and sleep in a little longer if I needed it. When I got up for breakfast (an excellent selection, even for a vegetarian like me) and started trying to balance things on a plate to take back to my room, the breakfast bar attendant (a very sweet, attentive, motherly-type of woman) offered me a tray to help me carry it all back more easily - I have no doubt she'd have even carried it back for me if I'd asked! The accomodations were clean, very comfortable, and most important for me, QUIET! The staff was as kind as could be, even wishing me a speedy recovery at checkout. I hope I'm never in need of their services in an emergency like this again, but if I'm ever in this area again, I know where I want to be staying! Devamı

we decided to go to hershey park last minute and all of the hotels within minutes away were sold out, so we went with this one. it was about 15mins away from the park, and very easy to get too. the price was good. the hotel was clean, but the outside was a little dull looking. other than that i would stay again. it was alot cheaper than the hotels around […] the park. Had a comfortable stay with 2 adults and 2 children under 9 years old. Walls are a little thin, where a baby could be heard crying. Recommend waking up early for breakfast as it gets crowded by 8. Decent selection to choose from. Would be nicer to have a dining table in the room itself, but overall a great stay.

While traveling to NY I encountered the once in a century flood in Harrisburg. As the roads I was intending to take were closed I was forced to take refuage in a local hotel. The Comfort Inn proved most acceptable particularly the courtesy of the staff. The front desk attendant, her own home flooded, made every effort to ensure that the hotel's guests […] were comfortable. The mattress was uneven and I kept rolling into the middle. Other than that, everything else was comfortable.

Price was ok in comparison with other hotels and just 15 minutes from Hershey Park. Be prepared to see small spiders and/or ants in your room. Breakfast room was not big enough to accomodate guests.

I was very pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was full service and offer a variety of different things. A person was on site every morning and was available to restock or offer assistance. Hotel room was very comfortable. My only problem, my son found a baby's juice bottle on the floor. I would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that the pool closed at dusk and no lights around the pool. Also disappointed that it didn't open til 10am. Would have been nice if it was open at 8 or 9 so those of us with kids that want to swim before leaving could. opening at 10 leaves less than an hour to swim and get checked out by 11. Super clean-newly rejuvenated. Room was surprisingly bigger than normal which was great with the kids. We felt like we had some space unlike other hotels we had been in. The room was furnished beautifully with updated furniture, flat screen and all! Nice carpeting and a bed comforter that looked new, pretty and most importantly clean! There were no […] convenient outlets to plug in our electronics or chargers. The TV didn't turn on but they came right away to fix it. Toilet seat was very loose and I wondered why housekeeping didn't notice when it was cleaned?? The air conditioner was really loud but at least it worked fine. They need to change those units and get more pillows and maybe a firmer bed but all in all if you are looking for a "Hershey Park Hotel" this one was great for under $100.00. I dont think you can beat it! I have not been in a hotel this clean and pretty for this price. The only other thing is the free breakfast was a patience tester for sure. The area is super tight and the counter is unorganized. I would recommend that during the summer Hershey season, I would put up 5 waffle makers and 2-3 toasters to speed up the line of people. I would either make a restaurant addition or bang out a wall or two to open this area up. People were waiting on line to get their breakfast. the kids were wanting their food but had to wait to make waffles or toast..There was nowhere to sit or stand..I saw someone feeding their kid on the steps of the lobby! You wait online near the food and a big garbage pail is next to you. You are eating your breakfast at a front table and people are rubbing against your chair to get their breakfast. There has to be a better way. Breakfast consists of plain bagels, toast, wrapped muffin, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage (one day was bacon, one day was sausage) three dry cereals, oatmeal packet, bananna, orange, packaged yogurt, coffee, tea, juices. We had a few problems with the room. The bathroom was infested with tiny ants. The heating unit was emitting a melting plastic smell (Not the normal smell of being off for a few months). The staff basically told us "tough luck" (no more rooms available of this type). The general manager eventually called to apologize. Not recommended. YMMV, of cour […] se. Devamı

I will recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning to visit Hershey park.

Great experience..when we pulled up the hotel appeared older, and we really didn't expect much due to the lower price, but we chose it for convenience to Hershey Park..Boy were we pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our hotel room!! The room was nice and cool and smelled great! Everything looked new! Even a flat screen T.V...The two queen […] beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the pillows were so soft and snuggly! We didn't want to get out of our beds in the morning! The only thing we didn't like was the small bathroom, but it had been remodeled and was very, very nice! %The free continential breakfast look well appointed, but we were traveling and chose to eat on the road..we will stay here on our yearly trip to Hershey from now on!! Clean, reasonable, great staff and good breakfast. A lot of families but pretty quiet. The only downside was my room smelled really bad! the air conditioner needs cleaned and freshened.

The Comfort Inn was close to Hershey and shopping area. It was a great price and very clean hotel. Breakfast was also a plus!!

Nice place.....10 min from Hershey Park.. good breakfast. It was perfect for what I needed.. my girlz liked it
