The hotel was undergoing refurbishment of the main bar, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Availability of taxis was not good.

Was upgraded on arrival and able to check in at 0830 in the morning , excellent after arriving at 0530 into international airport. As I travel for work will definetly use this hotel again and again.

The hotel is very beautiful and well kept. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful. I like that customers don't have to travel far to enjoy either of the hotel's restaurants and there was room service available 24 hrs for those travelers arriving late. The rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated; which pretty much describes the […] majority of the hotels in Dubai. A very nice place to stay, attention to detail is a key feature. The hotel has gone through recent renovation, you can smell the fresh paint and wood stain.

I had problems with the room. First, the toilet would keep running unless you giggled the handle. Second, there was no cold water, just hot and hotter. Third, the whole 1st floor smelled like wet paint. The service was good.

Great staff...remember me every time I have visited. Only suggestion is to change up the menus and offer one more type of restaurant.

Staff were very helpful..rooms are well maintained and comfortable but there was major renovation ongoing from 9am to 7pm causing a bit of discomfort during that period..

The hotel was clean and staff was always present and happy to assist. Close to the Salah Al Din green line train station. Also close to a mall and some shops.

Hotel had alterations underway, so very noisy right up to 7pm. Internet charges were exceptionally high. Front desk staff not helpful at all.

I was disappointed with this hotel overall. I missed a flight at Dubai International and went online from the airport to quickly find a hotel to rest at for the day and overnight. I specifically searched for ones that advertised complimentary airport shuttle services. Since the Crowne Plaza is also a very reputable chain I thought this one would be […] perfect - complimentary shuttle, reputable hotel, recently renovatated. I was disappointed as soon as the reservation was completed. After waiting for 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive at the airport, I called the hotel only to be informed that there is NO shuttle. I was forced to take a taxi, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid doing and had I known this would be the case I certainly would have stayed somewhere much closer to the airport. I expressed my disappointment to the hotel staff at check-in, but nothing was done to make the situation right. So taxi fare paid out to and from airport. Also, my newly renovatated - non-smoking - room wreaked of old stale cigarette smoke. The hotel overall still appears to be very out dated. Not impressed at all. Devamı

Hotel was only 4star quality. Breakfast far too expensive as is the cost of drinks and food by the pool. Pool is clean but area boring and dull , sun lounges ready for scrap heap , Desperatly need new ones .Staff very friendly and helpful everywhere. Metro across the road, Did not use them. As taxis have meters very safe and honest and very reasonable […] cost we used them all the time. Hotel only 10 min ride to airport. Big shopping malls 10-15-20 min by taxi depending on which one you want. Jumeira beach area 40 mins by taxi. Wifi for a fee. Would definetly stay again but would not eat there. The hotel was comfortable and facilities fine. The hotel was rated as 5* and the blurb suggested amenities that were not evident during my stay. There was no turndown service as described or hotel shuttle service to / from the airport that was advertised. The general decor was a little tired. We stayed at the hotel for ten nights and had a very enjoyable time. Although the hotel is undergoing renovation it is very subtle and we once encountered a small banging noise. They have actually blocked half the hotel off so as to minimise discomfort to the customers. The hotel was spotless And we would definitely stay there again

The staff at the hotel are true professionals in every sense of the word. Never had a lack of want. Pleanty of clean interior with much to do without leaving the hotel facility. The facility itself is immaculate. Two thumbs up!

Remodeling is under way and new areas look really great. Stay at the hotel when it was the old Renassaiance. Big improvements being made.

This hotel was deceiving. You walked in and the lobby and common areas were nice, even the pool on the fourth floor looked rather inviting. What you don't know until after you check in is that the guest rooms have not been renovated since about 1990. Everything looked old and worn out, and the room was very dark and dreary. Went to the pool to enjoy […] some sun... only to discover that the hotel is directly under the approach for DXB. Yup, that's right... screaming 777's and 747's directly overhead. I have stayed at the JW Marriot that was about 400 meters away and would recommend that undoubtedly over this hotel. Devamı

I'm very finicky, especially when it comes to the cleanliness of the hotel. I was very comfortable there. I did not feel uncomfortable, as I have in other hotels. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs. I enjoyed the pool, spa services, and sauna.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens und der City. Zimmer war wunderschön, luxuriös, gross, sauber und modern. Hotel ist etwas ringhörig, ansonsten alles perfekt!

Generelt likte vi hotellet veldig. Bassenget var ikke en av de største, men ok – dessverre var vannet alt for varmt. Frokosten vi bestilte via romservice var god og personalet var hyggelig. Skuffende at vi ikke fikk Delux-dobbelseng som vi betalte får, i stedet fikk vi et rom med to senger.

スタッフが大変親切で、対応が良かったです！日本人スタッフがいないため、英語でのやりとりとなりますが、料金案内やルームサービスの説明も丁寧で、良かったと思います。 不便な点は、最寄りの駅（ドバイメトロ）まで少し遠いので、移動がタクシーになりお金がかかってしまう点です。
