Gayet memnun kaldım...downtown da heryere yakın özellikle Union tren istasyonuna ...Sky Deck e ve birçok merkezi yere yakınlığı tercih sebebi olabilir. Çalışanları gayet güleryüzlü ve yardımsever

If you need to be close to the Magnificent mile the hotel is very well situated. The hotel was very close to some major bus lines but you need to walk at least 10 minutes to the next underground L trains. The hotel is very close to a major hospital therefore it might get a little bit loud because of the sirens of the emergency vehicles rushing to the hospital. The rooms was clean the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked efficiently. The concierge had a lot of useful information on Chicago and was helpful. One needs to change the elevators to reach the rooms. It was a little bit inconvenient when towing heavy luggage.

"Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel"
The hotel was beautiful. The room was nicely-appointed and clean. The hotel was close to the restaurant and theater for the evening. The staff were attentive and friendly. The only complaint was a marginally-functioning toilet, which was not a big deal. We would definitely return in the future.

"Best hotel yet."
We have stayed in chicago 6 times and this has been the best hotel we have stayed at.
"River view room is nice"
Although our river view room was facing the parking lot, it has a nice view on the side where you can see the Chicago Tribune, the American Gothic, etc from far away. Before sunrise, you can see the reflection of the street lights in the river. It's beautiful. I like the hotel overall. It's pretty comfortable and the El train is close to the hotel.
"upcharge on Internet and no HDTV"
the room was very nice and clean. there is an upcharge on the internet and the TV was really bad with no HDTV. We asked about a vegitarian resturant and were disappointed. We asked about a night club and were very disappointed. Don't drink the water in the room as the charge is $5.00. Great location, location, location.

When I first walked in I was a little worried about all the typical tourists walking around but the staff at reception, baggage, everyone, were very helpful and polite. I had arrived early and thought I had to wait until 3pm to check in, but no, someone called me an hour later to let me know my room was ready 3 hours early! Service was second-to-none! Beautiful hotel in the heart of Chicago. Fabulous decor and accomodations. Restaurant was very nice, but a little pricey,especially for breakfast.

We stayed in the executive suite looking over the Chicago River. It was a great view. The room was comfortable and worth the money.

"Estadia em Chicago"
Excelente Hotel, muito fino e fui muito bem tratado. Localização é muito boa permitindo otima flexibilidade na cidade. Vale a estadia.

Un superbe hôtel en plein coeur de Chicago, à quelques blocs du magnificent mile et ses magasins, du millenium parc, du lac Michigan, etc... "Best choice we coukd make"
You won't regret. Exceent location, one block from the theatre district and in front of the riverwalk and the Trump Tower. Not on the MagMile but just a few minutes walk away. Very good size of the rooms. Nice lobby. Efffective (but not very friendly) staff. Very confortable beds. Relatively good price. We have a riverfront view room and the view was […] indeed very good.
