Overall our stay was great! The only down side was that there was a basketball team staying there and when we went down for breakfast only one bagel was left and the lobby was PACKED!!!

This is a nice hotel. Nice room, TV, little living room area.

even though i only stayed one night, the room and service was incredible.. the room was very impressive... eliquient

Hotel service was great, room very clean. Room needed a couple things in the way of maintenance, electrical outlets (2) seemed to have a shortage. Shower head needed repair.

I was impressed with how comfortable and spacious the rooms were. Cleaniness was amazing, service was promt, and staff was perfect. Also impressed my friends with the quality for our price. Can't beat it! Only other thing I suggest the hotel work on is their breakfast selection. On the other token it was complimentary, as well as internet!! :)

Very convenient to interstate system, clean, very friendly staff, delicious complimentary breakfast. Would highly recommend.

We went here to get away for the weekend. This is the 2nd time we have been here I love it and will cont. to go there for our weekend getaways The only Problem this time was we got put on a floor with a few rooms that had kids and the doors kept being slammed not the hotels fault but next time I will make sure we have no kids on that floor

Great hotel for the money. Excellent service from the staff. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

This is the third time I have stayed in this particular hotel. We love Hyatts and the staff is very kind and always helpful. However I was told upon check-in that they now serve "Hot Breakfast" which I was very excited about. Unfortunately, their idea of hot breakfast and mine do not quite line up. The "Hot" options were luke warm egg, cheese and ham […] on a english muffin, and cold whole wheat waffles. The Hampton next door offers "make your own waffles" that are fresh to order and the hotel is exactly the same price per night. Seems to me that the Hyatt needs to step it up a little!! Devamı

Overall a great place to stay, great location nice and clean. The"bar" is not as it seems, it's more like a soda fountain at the front desk. They serve alcohol there but there' snot even an area to sit there to enjoy your cocktail. The hotel looked very clean and modern. However, like other reviewers noticed, there is a 'locker room' smell that permeates the hotel. Several rooms were without t.v. services (mine initially was, but was given a different room in which it worked) and many were in the lounge to watch football games. The staff was decent. I have stayed at many hotels in this price range, and Hyatt has been the nicest so far. The high speed internet was actually high speed. The room was perfect and the customer service was excellent. There are tons of nearby restaurants to choose from, and there are also "Office" stores nearby which was helpful to me as I needed to make last minute changes […] to my presentation for my meeting in the morning. Sarah, Ashley, Gabby, and Paul totally turned my trip around. They were amazing and incredibly friendly when I came down to the bar to get a drink. They easily settled my mind and allowed me to de-stress. Definitely ask for them if they're around.

I have always enjoyed my stays at Hyatt hotels. This hotel is in a great area, very close to food and shopping and easy to get into downtown Atlanta. Room was very clean, hotel staff very friendly. Only negative I can say was the food service, we consistently got the wrong order on food for our stay and when we attempted to correct the problem the employees […] in food service were a little grouchy. The hotel was located conveniently. The accomodations were nice, upated, and comfortable. Check-in was convenient. The problem was an offensive odor throughout the hotel (rooms & hallways) that smelled of a men's locker room. My wife and I have stayed at the hotel several times and each time we have been very impressed with the service. We will stay again.

I had a room w/2 double beds, Amazed at the space which is standard for this type of room. Awesome plus. Such as Sink and make-up area with great lighting were large and separate from the shower and toilet. They provide travel size toothpaste in addition to the other soap, shampoo and conditioner; coffee, Hotel was clean, pretty, easy to get in/out, […] plenty of parking. A couple of negatives: They do have 24 hr. kitchen, but you have to go downstairs to the lobby to order it and wait for it in the lobby. They are not a "full service" hotel. Ice was only on two floors of the 6 story building. And half way through my 4-day stay one of two elevators was not working. Being 6 floors, it ws not much of an issue. Also the shower water does not drain well, so I was standing in dirty water above my ankles. Devamı

Stayed 3 nights for a wedding in the area. Incredible value for the price we paid. Huge suite with comforable king bed and separate sitting area, with kitchenette (fridge, sink, micro), desk. Huge plasma TV which can tilt towards the bedroom area or sitting area. The bathroom was small, but the sink is situated outside the bathroom which is more convenient. […] Decent breakfast included. Very clean. Very good condition. Very quiet. Staff was very polite and helpful. Pillows and bed are little too soft (in my opinion), but I thought that it was a very nice hotel. Breakfast was unimpressive (very basic) but certainly edible. .

Beautiful Hotel, Staff was Very Nice, Rooms were Nice.

First I would like to say, I never complain about anything..however i was a bit peeved about this particular stay. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm. I had been driving all day. Once its time to check in they ask for a deposit for each night. this was expected. unfortunately, i had exceeded the daily debit for my card. i had a substantial amount of […] cash but they would not accept it. i didn't think to bring another card seeing as id only be there 2 nights. staff refused to release the room to me, and would not wait until the morning to sort things out. Staff suggested I drive to walmart to obtain a "money card."...My biggest problem is that I felt so inconvenienced over $30. They really could have waited until the morning. Not even that long, by the time this was all said and done it was almost midnight...Aside from the front desk staff everything else was alright. Devamı

I had a nice stay at this hotel, only concern was the card readers outside stop working, had to walk around to the front to get back inside.

This hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the sectional sofa when you first walk in to the 42 inch flat screen tv to the kohler bathtub you couldn't ask for anything more. We went swimming and ordered burgers from the kitchen downstairs and slept amazingly well on these awesome beds. If you've never stayed here you're missing […] out. Best of all, the hotel is around the same price as the surrounding hotels. I will not stay anywhere else from now on. Devamı

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Windward Pkwy for a business trip. The rooms were so comfortable and setup great. The staff was so friendly and helpful with anything you needed. I will definately stay there again.

It was absolute pleasureto stay, very nice location, clean hotel.

I don't usually write reviews due to time issues. In this case I wanted to take the time to share my unfortunate experience. Hotel not very clean inside- wrappers on floor of the elevator. Popcorn on floor as you leave elevator. Air conditioning not working in room, told front desk. They sent someone to turn unit down to 60 F. Turning a broke unit down […] won't make it work any better. Needless to say it never made it anywhere near 60 F. Breakfast food not very good and area dirty- crumbs on new/clean bowls. Devamı
