Regretably, we only stayed one night. The Villa was nicely appointed and the bed up in the loft very comfortable. However, it was too hot to sleep due to lack of air. The window would not open so, the hotel stagant air made it impossible to sleep so, we left Saturday morning.

Would recommend only for the location and if a kitchinette convenience is required.

The Custom House was awesome! My room was very spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all my family and friends!

We loved this hotel. Location is fabulous and how many times can you step out of your room into an historic rotunda?! We stayed on the 3rd floor (called 2nd) in a loft room with 25 foot ceiling and bedroom in a loft area. Small kitchenette It was charming. We won't ever stay anywhere else. Just down street from Faneuil Hall and aquarium.

We could not ask for a better location. This hotel is directly across the street from Fanuiel Hall and Quincy Market Place and a short walk to the North End! The hop on hop off bus stop is also very convenient. For a wonderful, inexpensive meal make sure you check out the offerings at Fanuiel Hall. Three of us ate breakfast for $12!

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott's Boston Custom House Villas. We were able to check in early on our arrival day and the staff was very pleasant about accommodating our early arrival. There was a wine and cheese reception in the early evening where there was also a violinist for some lovely music. The hotel is beautiful with a center rotunda on the […] lower floors. The views from the observation deck on the 26th floor were spectacular. The 360 degree views enabled you to see all around Boston and the harbor. It was hard to decide if we liked the afternoon or evening views the best! It was a short walk to the harbor or to Quincy Market from the hotel and the trolley stops were also close by. Devamı

This hotel was almost perfect for our bachelor party group, the price is fantastic for the space you get and the hotel is very quiet. The staff provided an additional cot no problem. Only disappointment was the kitchen table, smaller than the hotels.com picture! Watch for the extra per diem for more than one car! Wasn't expecting that.

A totally fabulous hotel in a wonderfully historic and safe location in the heart of Boston. The view from the 26th floor observation deck will take your breath away, day or night. The clock mechanism on the 24th floor is nothing short of fascinating. Plenty of things to do around and within the Custom House. No need for an in-house restaurant with […] so many to choose from within walking distance. The free home-made toll house cookies each afternoon was a special treat. Devamı

The staff in the lobby is very competent and friendly. We stayed for two nights in a suite in the second floor, but the heater was so loud we couldn't sleep and woke up many times. Maintenance came in the second day but didn't repair anything or left a message why thgey didn't fix it! So the second night was as the first one! The staff showed a bit […] generosity the next day but we don't trust maintenance to fix the heater now. So check the loudness of the heater in the room before you stay overnight. Devamı

This hotel really caters to families. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The location is minutes away from all the family-friendly attractions and you can save a few dollars on eating out by eating a few meals in. Guest rooms were expansive and sleeping accomodations for 4 were well worth the price. Beautiful observation deck on […] 24th floor--felt like we got another attraction for free! Devamı
