This hotel was beautiful and clean. As I walked down the alley garden path towards the glass doors of the hotel, I felt like I was in Italy. This was an exceptionally busy night in South Beach, so it wasn't cheap but it reminded me exactly of a hotel out of France or Italy, except more updated. The location is right in the heart of South Beach within walking distance to everything. The service was great.

Stayed at this hotel for a night which the location was perfect because it was a walking distance to the clubs and bars. Hotel was clean but had trouble with the shower head. Bed was definitley comfy. Overall, the hotel wasn't the best nor classy hotels in miami, but it also wasn't the worst nor dirty.

Having traveled extensively we know you get what you pay for, however, we do not expect to be told we could change our room when we,ve merely requested that 2 of the 3 light bulbs in the bathroom be replaced. Also, the room though small was clean and could have been charming if the bed hadn't creeked so loudly it woke us out of a deep sleep. Also, plumbing […] issues prevented the taking of a consistently hot shower. Finally, the valet parking service was so ridiculous, I'm afraid all who read this will think I am surely exxagerating when I tell you they consistently would tell us the car would be out front in 15 to 20 minutes and the first time it took One hour and the second time it took 50 minutes!! In fairness to the hotel, the valet service was subcontracted and they did refund us half of our parking charges. Finally the "breakfast" which was provided at the supposedly excellent restaurant on site was hardly that. . . a cup of coffee and a crusty croissant. Long story short . . . when in South Beach, spend a little extra for a hot shower, quicker valet, and a quiet bed. Devamı

I recently stayed at the Impala and it was great. I loved the ambience! I would only suggest they put a frig in the rooms.

Very very very dirty - dirty floors with sand on it, dust everywhere, hotel telephones not working, disgusting dirty feel, dust coming down from the ceiling fan, dust in the corners of the room, yuck. The location is really good. I was also served milk which was sour. Yuck. I was mentally prepared after seeing the disgusting rooms. They need renovation, […] I do get it but cleanliness does not depend on it. I have seen clean rooms in poor countries where hotels are so much older. Devamı

This hotel has a great location, but I wouldn't stay here again. The floors were dirty and there was no carpeting. Everytime I took a shower, it ran onto the floor and made the entire bathroom floor wet. My "luxury" room was extremely small; I'm glad I was alone.

We killed about 15 cockroaches in our bathroom during our 3 days stay!!

Great service and clean rooms. Was not able to eat at the restaurant, but breakfast was good.

The hotel impala is not right on the main street, you actually enter off the side patio of the restaurant facing the main street The hotel is quaint, nothing very fancy or over the top. The Impala Hotel is a quaint hotel with 17 rooms. Our room was clean with a very comfortable feel. The motif was beautiful with raw wood and wrought iron on the bathroom vanity and closet door. They had a large flat screen TV with a large selection of channels, radio with a CD player,and a comfy bed with nice linens. No phone in the room so notification […] needed to be done in person. We walked to the beach only one and 1/2 blocks away, other areas of interest like Lincoln Street were within walking distance of about 6 blocks. Parking was a small issue as we were unsure where to pull up, we had to double park and they ask that you call about 20 minutes ahead of time for pickup, but you could come and go as you please without any additional cost. Registration is done at the Impala with credit card check in at the neighboring hotel. Reasonably priced. Devamı

The location is good and the room is nice, though there are some issues with older hotels that you just have to expect, like leaky showers. I'm sure not all the rooms are like that. The staff was short with me on every occasion and didn't seem the least interested in anything that might make the stay better. Just do it yourself or figure it out... we […] had to walk through a gross alley to get to the room and it took awhile to figure out which key unlocked the doors one evening though the door are usually open. The cleaning staff made too much noise in the morning, but it was 10 AM. They could have been a little more considerate of the Do Not Disturb sign. Overall it was a good price and location for a short trip to Miami, but I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel too long. Devamı

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 in the afternoon and were not expecting to check into our room until 3:00. I spoke with a nice gentleman at the front desk who told us we could leave our baggage at the hotel until it was time to check in. We were also allowed to valet park our car early. While waiting for the valet (which may take 25 min. to arrive), […] we were called to the front desk and were allowed to check in early. By this time it was around 1:15. So we were able to go to our room and settle in early. It was perfect since it was early in the day we were able to go out and hit the beach! The location is perfect! Right by all the shops and a block away from the beach! Plus, you can visit the gelato shop where the Jersey Shore cast worked! For the price we paid for the hotel stay, it was definitely a nice spot. Not the top, best, first class hotel but it suits your needs. The room was cozy and comfortable and the bathroom was roomy enough for two people to get ready comfortably. Surprisingly, our room was pretty quiet even though SoBe is a pretty lively place at night. Great stay in general and I would definitely go back! Devamı

The hotel does not exist on its own anymore and doesnt have an entrance, you check in via the Flora hotel. You need to go through a channel (that gets wet when it rains and is incredibky hot) behind a restaurant to get to your room. TV didnt work well and no remote control. The hotel was clean and nice. Just what you can expect from the price you pay. It's located one street from the beach, Miami Ink, supermakets and in a safe and fun area. The only thing to complain about is that it was not that soundproof. We could hear people running in the corridor , but that is the only thing. I would stay there again!

The hotel is very pleasant and the staff overall are very nice, however you can hardly call this hotel a four star property. The room was clean and comfortable, but lacked; a hairdryer, refrigerator, iron and ironing board and most important of all, a coffee machine. There was no ice available anywhere in the hotel. (the receptionist directed us to […] a convenience store 1 1/2 blocks away). Daily we had to beg the bartender in the lobby to spare some of his ice. Some days we were lucky and got a couple of glasses full, some days we weren't. It is a nice hotel, very well located in South Beach, but without the amenities mentioned above it cannot be rated a 4 star property. Devamı

OK, so you have to go through the lobby next door and walk a bit to get to the rooms of the Hotel Impala. And the front desk service tends to be very slow. And there is no pool or HD TV. But the room I was in was really great--spacious, clean, with nice furnishings and a very nice bathroom. The location is terrific--who needs a pool when you can go […] swim in the placid ocean just a block away? If you want a very fancy experience, this isn't for you. But if you just want a nice place to stay, without breaking your budget, it is a great option. Devamı

The hotel was perfect location and price in the heart of South Beach. It was relatively quiet given the levels of dance music in South Beach late at night. The only thing that could have been better was that the water in the shower didn't keep a constant temperature. It didn't make our stay any less fun, though!

We've stayed here several times and enjoyed the romantic ambience, reasonable cost, great location, good service, and quiet, all of which made us overlook the imperfections. Recently they closed the reception area and charming garden entrance, and now use the reception and entrance of the neighboring hotel. The charm is greatly diminished, and features […] like a faucet that extends too far over the sink--hard to wash your face--seem more inconvenient than quaint. Also, our room was very dark, even with all the lights on; the pillows were terrible and the mattress not comfortable. We miss the old Impala and will seek a new hotel next time we visit Miami Beach. I was leary of booking here because of the reviews, but I was extremely, pleasantly surprised. Very clean, very friendly and courteous staff, housekeeping was great. Room was a nice size. Truly no frills, but great if you're looking for a nice place to return to after your daily outings or to relax until your next outing. It's close enough to walk a […] few blocks in either direction to get to the action. Great restaurant right next door. If you are looking for a hotel that includes everything "happy hour/bar, transportation, meals, pool" then it may not be for you. But you are in steps of everything. Quiet for when you need quiet time, many of the other boutique hotels have bars in the lobby and are extremely noisy, this is a good alternative. I would definitely go back. I have nothing bad to say about this location, I only say "KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL JOB". Devamı

Zugangsbereich zum Hotel ungepflegt. Zimmer im Paterre zu dunkel, durch schmutziges Fenster. Kein Lichtschalter im Eingangsbereich. Klimanlagensteuerung hing an Kabeln aus der Wand. Fußboden in Natursteinplatten vielfach gebrochen. Schwarzer Schimmelpilzbelag an Waschtischabdeckplatte (Naturstein) und den Fugen des Aussenfensters im Bereich der Dusche. […] Verrostete Blecheimer als Abfalleimer. Kein Wireless-Lan. Kein Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück bestand aus 2 Sorten Kornflakes, Toastbrot, teilweise alten Croissants, Butter und 2 Sorten Marmelade. Am 27.10.11 gab es kein weiteres Toastbrot mehr. Kaffee/Tee und Orangensaft. Frühstück im Restaurantbereich: Tische ohne Tischdecke, sondern nur mit Kunststofdecken, die verschmutzt und zerkratzt gewesen sind. Zimmer im unteren Bereich stark lärmbelastet, vor allem in der Nacht. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht! Devamı

Catastrophique. Très décevant. A part la localisation rien de bien.

durch eine Hotelzusammenlegung ist der Eingang des Hotels eine Haus weiter, jedoch durch den Innenhof beider Haeuser verbunden. Suuper nettes und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang und am Fruehstuecks-Buffet, das sehr gut war, sogar fuer jeden Gast frisch zubereitete Waffeln mit Sirup wurden angeboten. Auch die Naehe zu Strand, Ocendrive und Collinsstr. […] suuper, wirklich fuer Miami-Beach das ultimative fuer den Preis. Alles in Allem immer wieder gerne.... Devamı
