Quality Inn - Robinsonville

The hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. The windows are really filty. Looks like some of the guest are living there permanently with clothes line showing in the dirty windows. Dirty and not kept up.

The room was not real clean; the door wouldn't shut without pressure, the furniture was coming apart. We had to go outside & around the building to the side door to get to our room. The only thing I would have added to make our stay better would have been a pool. But then again, we were there for the cassinos.

The shower was not working in our room. The attendant at the desk conducted business while on the cell phone. She seemed indifferent to the fact that the shower was broken.

I am very picky about a clean hotel... and this met my expectaion! And the continential breakfast was good too. AND a huge benefit I hadn't ever saw before was the wide parking spots!!! No door dings!! That was an unexpected and nice thought!! I would love to stay again my next trip to Tunica!

There were cobwebs on the wall behind the door of the bathroom, plus cobwebs in the corners of both the bathroom and bedroom. Had to scrub the bathroom sink just so we could use it. We will not be using this motel again. When told about the conditions at check-out, no offers were made to re-emburse us for any of our cost.

We chose to stay at this hotel for the simple fact that the room rate was very affordable and it left us more money to gamble with. It it very conveniently located within just a few miles of Sam's Town and several other casinos. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget wanting to go to Tunica! The only thing i didn't like was there was no […] elevator and i had to carry my luggage upstairs. Not a big deal to me but may be to an elderly person or a disabled person. The hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and they offfered a decent warm breakfast. also it was in a good location what more can you ask for in a two star hotel.

Note that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. That was important to me. I wanted a 1st fl room as I have a bad ankle. The front desk lady was kind to switch me to a different room type and get me a 1st fl room. That saved me a lot of time and pain going up the stairway. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The phone did not work, the shower did not work, the neighbors were loud and the bed was uncomfortable

Very nice for the price. Located very close to casinos. Nice breakfast that was included in our stay. Air could have worked a little better. Nice to have lots of stations on the television. Had a mini fridge and microwave in room which was nice but we didn't use.

excellent breakfast bar. also a nice centered location

This a great basic hotel. Very convenient to casinos. A small store and filling station is right beside it. The complimentary breakfast had a wide selection. If you aren't looking for anything fancy, this is a bargain.

The room was clean and the hotel location was perfect for our needs, however, the hotel is not equipped with an elevator. Both my husband and I have knee problems and the hotel was going to put us on the 2nd floor. After we explained that we could not climb the stairs, the hotel was nice enough to change our room to the 1st floor, but I cannot help […] but wonder what would have happened if they did not have any available rooms on the 1st floor. Also, the exterior door from the parking lot was equipped with a magnetic door lock similar to those on the hotel room doors which should only allow persons with a valid room key to gain entry, however, someone had drilled out the lock so the door was completely open 24 hours a day which was not safe.
