A/C busted. People smoking weed down the hall. People walking down the hall yelling. Holes in the walls. Just a bad experience overall. Stayed here because of the ads selling la quinta as a business person oriented hotel. Definitely was not.

My family and I stayed at this LaQuinta for a night on our way to Disney world from Illinois. After 16 hours of driving, we were grateful for the rest. What we didn't expect was The absolutely comfortable beds, thorough breakfast layout, and restful atmosphere of this hotel. I cannot say enough about the beds, they were cushy but firm and an absolute […] dream after all our driving. The breakfast offered everything from cereal and bagels to hot waffles and hard boiled eggs. It was a wonderful experience. My only concerns were the brusque communication with the front desk staff when I had a question, the hard-to-find vending machines, and the weird (for an Illinoian) traffic patterns/ long lights in the neighborhood. Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Only problem I had was when we arrived, it was late and when I walked in, no one came to the desk. I had to make my self known for someone to come and I could hear them talking behind the wall. The next morning when we were checking out, I went to turn in the keys and no one was at the desk again. I called out and no one […] came. I went ahead and loaded my car and then when I returned someone was there. Devamı

Both the front desk and cleaning staff were extremely friendly. Hotel was clean and well-kept. It was convenient to everything and reasonably priced!

We had 3 rooms. In 1 of the rooms, the sheets were dirty but were promptly changed upon request. In 1 of the other rooms, there was a dirty pair of child sized underwear in the closet. On the morning of our departure, coffee was never made. We checked out at 8:30. Coffee would have been nice

I was extremely happy with the service and location of this hotel. It is right in the heart of the shopping district and is very close to major stores and has a lot of dining options within a couple of minutes drive. I would recommend this location to any one making a trip to the alpharetta area.

I really don't like giving a bad review. The location is great, on the grounds of a very nice mall and the outside of the hotel is appealing. The hotel needs a good cleaning. Whether in the lobby, hallways, elevators, etc. the hotel felt sticky to the touch. Rarely did I see an employee not even at the front desk. When I got back to the room I discovered […] that our room wasn't serviced. I was told house keeping was gone, but they would let them know the next day. The few times I spoke with someone there appears to be a disconnect with the customer. Devamı

This LaQuinta is in a great Alpharetta location, just on the north end of North Point Mall. Easy access to Georgia-400 corridor. The rooms at this hotel are nice and comfortable. However, the free breakfast is not very good at all. Luckily, there is a nearby Chick-Fil-A where one can find some edible food. For 3 straight mornings at LQ, the coffee ran […] dry, the juice ran dry, the milk ran dry. There were no spoons. There was no oatmeal. The cereal was stale. Perhaps the normal breakfast care-taker was off during this time, but it was not a good "get your day started right" breakfast. Also, the fitness center could use some TLC. There were four pieces of exercise equipment in the fitness center. Of the four, two were broken. There was no elliptical machine. There were no towels in the fitness center. So, sadly, I cannot say that I would recommend this hotel. Devamı

Nice and quiet, have actually stayed here several times. Nice size room and bathroom, comfy beds.

The revamped rooms were lovely. The only complaint was that the bathtub wouldn't drain for a long time during and after showering.

We stayed here on Sept 17th because we were attending the Incubus concert at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater (very close by). I chose La Quinta bc it was the cheapest option in the area and is usually okay to stay in. But I was extremely surprised when we arrived. The hotel seems to be brand new and is huge! The area is beautiful and seems upper middle […] class like. There is a mall and all kinds of pretty restaurants and everything looks new. The room was amazing! The bed sheets were like none I've ever seen at LQ's before. The beds were beyond comfy. We even had a flat screen tv. The room was super clean. We didn't see much of the hotel but there was a pool. Breakfast was great and lasted till 10:00am. The lobby is very nice and also new. I highly recommend this place. Great value! Devamı

We stayed here as a last minute weekend getaway to take little one before school starting and to see the aquaruim. Was very pleased to see that this hotel was way more than what i expected it to be. the grounds were gorgeous, area superb, and room huge. Will def stay here again!!!

This was a nice place to stay. The beds were the best I ever slept on. There are many nearby restaurants.

Location a plus for shopping at North Point Mall. A great no frills hotel. No bells and whistles - just a place to sleep. Pet friendly at no extra charge.

Very unhappy with the service at the hotel desk upon check in. Needed a roll away bed and was told that they threw them out!. Also this hotel allows dogs in the rooms and constantly heard dogs barking and the party we were with had fleas in their room. The outside of the hotel is very pretty but the inside of the hotel is old and has not been updated. […] The complementary breakfast that was served each day was a joke. The toaster's did not work and the waffle makers kept blowing the breakers. Very disgusting and we ate breakfast away from the hotel due to its distasteful presentation. I would not recommed this hotel and will not stay at another LaQuinta Inn as a result of this expeirence. Devamı

I picked this hotel because of how close it is to the Verison Ampitheater. This was my first stay at a La Quinta. The room was spotless. The beds are comfortable. We slept through breakfest so I can't comment on that. If your thinking about staying here I would say do it.

I chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly and there is no fee for the pet. It is a quiet hotel close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is very convenient to shops and attractions. You should bring your own sheets, comforters and towels as the ones provided are stained and disgusting. Thankfully Target is in close proximity. The continental breakfast is mediocre at best.

I took my granddaughter to the ADS. This was very convenient to the store, restaurants and shopping. It was very nice. Our last day there, they closed the pool for a storm that was coming in, but it wasn't even overcast. The storm arrived at 6:00 pm that day. I got the impression the gentleman had been left short handed at the desk and he simply didn't […] want to bother. We asked several times to go into the pool and they refused. The day before the pool was open until the storm actually came in. What is with that? Devamı

the staff is helpful and friendly. we arrived way earlier than planned and we were able to check in early. breakfast is very light. go out to get something. this is a great hotel it not even close to anything. major attrations are 20 to 30 mins away. The hotel was great clean and comfortable. this hotel is near a mall and restaunts and other everyday […] conviences. Devamı

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast in the morning definitely helped those on a budget! It wasn't the greatest, but it was satisfying enough. The only thing I was disappointed about is that the hotel website said you could get a roll-away bed when requested, and when I did one night, the man at the front desk said "no, we don't have those anymore" […] and wasn't very helpful. I asked him for extra blankets and he went in the "back" and never came back out. Devamı

Not a bad hotel; a bit skimpy on the selections for the breakfast choices (especially if you want healthy food like fruit). Staff was nice and somewhat knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Hallways were very hot compared to rooms. Room was just OK, coffee pot was broken, shower could have had more pressure, bed was hard and the worst was the TV. […] They need to get into the 21st century and get flat screens for the rooms. I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised, especially for the price. Check in and out were quick and easy and the room was very clean. Older TV's in the rooms, but at this price I can accept that. Surrounding area is also very nice with restaurants and shopping within minutes. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Everything looked newly renovated. It was pet friendly and though i saw lots of dog, no noise. Easy to find and right by a huge mall. Check out time was noon so that was nice too.

This place was neat and clean, the staff was great and it was nicely furished. Only complaint was the fridge in the room didn't work. But I can't wait to go back again.

We recently stayed at this hotel, while attending a concert that was very close.. Great Hotel.. Very Clean, Comfortable. Will stay here again when we visit this area again.

Sink and bathtub didn't drain properly. Nor did the AC work properly. It was set to the lowest setting of 65 degrees yet the room temperature never got below 71. Guess you get what you pay for.

Nicer than I expected. Cozy rooms, friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. Very peaceful and close to where we needed to go. Continental breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. Great experience.

I was in town for business one night. it was last minute and I had to use this hotel. The good: The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and in order. The bed was comfortable enough and I slept well. The bad: The fit on the room door was poor and made me feel like there was very little between my bathroom door and […] the hallway. The bathroom was fine but I did not enjoy the raised tub level that made it seem like I was going to fall when I got out of the shower. (mind you, I am a healthy 32 year old). The toiletries supplied were lacking. There was just a couple bars of soap and a small shampoo and conditioner combined. I didn't check baggage and was relying on these products. The thing that really bothered me was when I tried to plug in my laptop. I sat down at the desk and realized that of the four outlets in the room, three were full. The only open one was too far away from the desk. I ended up pulling the dresser out and unplugging the TV so I could keep the wireless access point that was under the desk and the desk lamp plugged in to work. The overall feel of the room just felt cheap and was really not worth the cost of the night's stay. Devamı

While in Alpharetta, I wanted a hotel that was easy to get into and out of, traffic-wise and phyisically. The La Quinta is just off of I-400 and not lost in the maze of streets surrounding NorthLake Mall. EZ-off I-400, and EZ-on I-400. Great lobby, but also a pass-card controlled side door...convenient from the parking lot and not always having to go […] through the lobby; also a convenient staircase if you do not want to wait for the elevator. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area that are within walking distance; many close by so that you do not need to cross any of the big, multi-lane streets. I'll be back! Devamı
