Courtyard by Marriott Pleasant Hill - Pleasant Hill

We love it here. We stay at this Marriot every time we visit Pleasant Hill to see my college friend. Conveniently close stores and restaurants to hotel. Very impressed with the remodeling with the lobby. Great food in the restaurant. We would recommend this Marriot to any of our friends.

The only bad thing about my stay was the 3 big spiders I had to kill in the room other than that it was a good place to sleep at

If you're looking for an average hotel, that's what you'll get here. The Reception Desk staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are ok. Our biggest problem was with the breakfast in the morning. We went downstairs at 9am (breakfast served from 7-10). There was no bacon, sausage or breakfast potatoes. They did bring […] more out, but it was a hassle. Also, there is one person making omelets and she makes one at a time. They should do what Embassy Suites does and have her working on several omelets at a time. So there was a good 15 minute wait for an omelet, which would be normal in a sit down restaurant, but not at a buffet. The kids were done eating before we even had our breakfast. Food was mediocre. The price was great for breakfast, but don't expect much. Honestly, I'd probably spend the $40 more and stay at Renaissance Sport the next time, it's just up the road. Devamı

The location was near shops and restaurants and right next to the frewway but no freeway noise. Well worth the rate we paid.

Very clean and brand new. Would stay here again. Rate was very good for the high quality of the building. Within walking distance of shops and food.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows; hvac was loud; tv was old and could barely be heard over ringing sound.

Hotel was quite, clean and very plesant. Breakfast service included in rate was outstanding. Will stay again when I am in the area.

The Courtyard by Marriott was just fine. The room was spacious compared to other Marriott's we have stayed in. Everything clean, and the beds at Marriott are the best. We always get a good night's sleep on their beds, and this hotel was no exception. Freeway close, easy in and out; friendly & efficient staff. The hotel looked really nice, modern and clean on the outside, so I thought my room would be modern looking too. My room was not very nice looking and the tv was angeled in a really bad direction to the bed. U could only see it if u laid on ur side and no one else was in the bed. I called the front desk for a refrigerator (free of charge)and they brought […] it up to the room quickly but it was all scuffed up on the outside and never did get very cold. I put leftovers in there from dinner that had chicken in it & threw it away the next morning b/c it was hardly cold & I felt like I would get sick if I ate the chicken. Courtyard is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. It's conveniently located and easy to find. The hotel was busy the night I was there but not to the point that it affected me and my guest.

Had a room on 3rd floor & right next to roadway. the window did not close all the way, lots of noise. I went to use the phone to call front desk & it didn't work. took elevator down to tell them then went back up w/ maid. She said she didnt know what to do so i called front desk & the were very kind to give us the only room available. Breakfast was […] terrific. Devamı

Overall, the hotel was fine. But, not enough counter space at the vanity sink. The bed was too firm.

A nice hotel very centrally located. Easy to walk to movies, shopping, coffee. Right off highway 680. Loved that they have snacks and wine available for purchase next to the front desk. Free internet in the room a major plus. Overrall very nice, clean, not fancy or new, but perfectly comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast was included in price. Very convenient for the Rapid Transit to go into San Francisco. Would definitely recommend hotel to others.

Good overall. The King with the foldout couch fit our family comfortably.

This little "urban village" feeling was delightful. Although I was born and raised in the Concord area, this new village shopping center is absolutely perfect. Close to shops, clubs, bars, restaurants and all a safe walking distance with mini lights dazzling the sidewalks. Very nice. The hotel price was not cheap but very reasonable for a last minute […] decision. Since I look forward to television (I don't have it at home) the cable choices were limited (or just not what I wanted)....the only disappointment for me. So, I took a bath and relaxed. Devamı

The website stated that a full breakfast was included, as did the front desk clerk upon check-in. The dining room attendant said the buffet was $9.95 pp. I don't like being misled and we didn't need a hot buffet, but did expect something more than the stale coffee in the lobby. Was suppose to get $25.00 gift card. Every time I asked them for the card I was told they were locked in the safe and the manager was not available to open it, come back later. Finally upon leaving, I was told it would be mailed to me, I am still waiting and it has been a month.

I stay here at least 3 times a year as it is clean and near restaurants, etc. I have tried other hotels in the area and keep coming back to the Marriot.

Excellent recepcionist service easy check in and check out. Nice and clean room Confortable Beds and shower Pool,Jacuzzi and Gym in perfect condition warm and clean Location is great! close to new shopping center. Very good experience, my family and I enjoyed the hotel. Considering the area is a good price We really like it. Thank you again.

There is a breakfast buffet set up in the lobby, and as there was no one manning the front, my parents and I assumed it was a complimentary breakfast buffet. We were surprised when my bagel, my mom's bowl of cereal and my dad's omelet cost over $30. Do not assume it is free!! It's not, and highly overpriced. Great location to highway. Very clean, great rate, within walking range of many great restaurants.

This hotel was very nice. The service was excellent and the people working there were nice. I think the hotel is over priced, but that is because of the location. Bay area hotels are more expensive.
