i am not sure what happened between 12/6 when i stayed there and 12/10 when i stayed but i was terribly disappointed. there were 4 cars in the lot at 11 pm which led me to believe there weren't many customers. so in hindsight i couldn't understand why they put me on the 3rd floor, at the very end of the hall, next to two other people (me, 2 guests, […] a clerk equals 4 cars in lot), were the halls were unheated (it was 33 degrees outside), and so far from everything that i chose not to venture from my room for breakfast because of the freezing temps INSIDE the hotel. my heater ran all night as did the bathroom heater and my room barely got comfortable. i spoke to one of the other residents that night and he was of the same opinion. it was ridiculous the way we were treated. when i checked in the lady never even looked up at me. when i left the guy didn't stop what he was doing to check me out. i just left after a few mins of waiting. it was like night and day in the difference from 12/6 to 12/10. now i see why they don't have business on weekends and have to drop prices. it is an ordinary hotel on a 3 to 3.5 star level. the best part to me where the ladies working behind the desk. they gave me directions, recommended places to eat, spoke every time i entered or left..... really a very polite and comfortable crew.

Between hotels.com and this paticular hotel all was Horrible, thinking about going there better have patients becuase your gonna need it!!

Location was okay, quite for the most part. Breakfast in the mornings was pretty good, actually a okay spread of food. The staff acted completly incompetent, really no help with any problems, wasn't even worth talking to them. My room was suppose to be smoke free, my room reaked of smoke. The whole back hall smelled like smoke. Staff did nothing about […] it. Other than that beds were nice, bathrooms clean. Able to sleep fine. Devamı

When I first got to the hotel I was glad that it was clean because that's a biggy for me, but I was dissappointed about the location because I thought it was closer to the zoo. It's about an hour drive to the zoo. The hotel staff wasn't really rude, but they weren't that friendly either. I had to stay a total of 4 nights because my car was having problems […] and they didn't offer any kind of a discount even though I stayed for that long and they didn't act like they cared at all about my situation. Pack conditioner because they won't give you any there. They don't use garbage bags-which I thought was nasty. The first morning I woke up to tons of cops armed with assault rifles outside the hotel and an old lady being took away in an ambulance. Then I noticed that someone had scratched into our screen the word Help, and I was very scared to stay there. The peep hole was messed up where you couldn't see who was at your door and I got a knock a couple of times and they wouldn't answer when I said who is it so I didn't answer. Breakfast shuts down at 9. I wouldn't stay there again, the cleanliness is not worth the the creepiness. Devamı

This place was a nightmare. There were pretzels all over the floor in between the beds. One set of the bed linens had blue splotches all over - have no idea what they were. There were dirty clothes in the closet from a previous guest. And most annoying of all, there was little to no hot water. Had about 15-20 seconds worth as I began my shower - just […] enough to get soapy and then the hot water was gone. Stood there shivering for about 3 min - tried it again and got enuff hot water to get most of the soap off. When I shared my experience and disappointment with the clerk at check, out she said she could not give a discount or offer any kind of refund, but would send me a voucher for a complimentary stay by email by the end of the week. Its way way past the end of the week and I've received no voucher. Yet another item to add to the list of disappointments connected with this place. Devamı

It was close to the airport and much cheaper. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice as well. The only problem was the computer in the lobby - it was not working and we could not get to print our boarding passes - but overall a nice place to stay.

The hotel is quiet, with no exterior noise and no sound from adjoining rooms. Staff very helpful when we experienced a problem with our TV. The problem was fixed with one phone call to main desk. They did a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. We have stayed at the hotel twice, with good results. The room was large, and the bathroom spacious […] and very clean. had a good time pleasant stay

The manager was rude. I was printing something and needed paper and she wanted to hand me 3 sheets and questioned me when i said I'd need more than that. So much for a business center. Then while ironing discovered the iron had melted plastic which i discovered was black when it smeared onto my white blouse. I called the desk asked for a new one informed […] them of my ruined blouse and they didn't even apologize or offer to replace it. Bad business. Hotel was decent though/ Devamı

Room had refrig and microwave, very handy if you stay more than a day. Good breakfast options, Not so conveient to airport, But good quiet location.

After reading all the reviews we were a bit worried but we really enjoyed it! Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was great!!!! We would definately stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The hotel was not that far from the downtown area for sightseeing and other things. It was very close to the airport for our return flight. The people were very nice the breakfast was great and room was satisfactory.

Shopping center not very far (driving) with selection of restaurants. Good wireless internet access. PC with printer available for clients at lobby. Rooms in good condition.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly services and warm welcome; a good place to stay. Thank a lot....

The front desk crew were very helpful and pleasant. The only negative was that the televison system was non-funtional. The computerized system for selecting movies failed again shortly after repairs were initiated. If watching movies was a higher priority in our stay, we would have been very dissatisfied.

Zimmer: Ausreichend groß und geräumig, auch für vier Personen. Frühstück: Für amerikanische Verhältnisse recht gut, aufgrund des sehr langsamen Service an ALLEN Tagen, an denen wir dort waren (insgesamt 5) suuuuuuperlaaaaangsam und gar nicht aufmerksam, sodass für das Frühstück, wenn man z.B. auf Eier und Würstchen nicht verzichten wollte, deutlich […] mehr als Zeit wie nötig aufgewendet werden musste. Personal: Sehr verbindlich und freundlich - PRIMA! Lage: Durch die Nähe zur Interstate bzw. Highway ist es sehr, sehr laut. Es empfiehlt sich ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite, auf der es deutlich ruhiger zugeht Anbindung: Durch den nahen Highway ist man per Auto sehr schnell überall rund um Seattle Sonstiges: Der Indoor-Pool war in der Zeit nur an einem Morgen zu benutzen, da er sich in "Dauerreinigung" befand. Selbst die Rezeption war darüber nicht informiert, sodass man mehrfach vor einer verschlossenen Tür stand. Insgesamt: Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Devamı
