when i booked with hotels.com he told me their was a pet fee of 30.00 i said ok. so when we went to ckeck out they both said we didnt pay they threatened a 200.00 fee we checked bout at 10:30 to b somewhere by 11 which we were late for becase they got a stressed prganent lady out

Our stay was great. The hotel is conveniently located to our destination as well as food and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The only downside is the bar/restaurant located next door, they are a little loud.

The only issue was with using the microwave. It did not have a lighted cooking display, and I am used to seeing lighted numbers. At first I thought it was not operating until I went to the office and saw the same type microwave in the brighter light.

If you just want a placed to sleep this is it! You wont get anything but that a bed.

Disappointed that internet not available both nights of stay. Room was clean and stocked. There was no excessive noise/interruptions. Restaurants are close by.

the motel itself is alright but the coffeemaker was broke and we request a replacement so ws could make our coffee in the a.m. but didn't recieve one, didn't get a bathroom mat for the floor, it took two days to respond. The room itself was really over crowded with furniture, but we made do. The location was great for visiting family and the cute little […] cafe we found was good. Thank you though for all you did do. very nice clean pool and hottub clean rooms would come back for sure

The shower didn't work I let the front desk know and the answer was "Oh I'm sorry"

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. Very satisfied! Thank you.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The fist thing that should have tipped me off was the fact that our check in time was at 2:00pm and then they tried to tell me that it was at 3:00pm because they were busy the night before. NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!! Then the rooms that they gave us were not clean at all there was garbage still in the room from the last […] person that stayed there and the room still needed to be cleaned. There was absolutly no water presure at all so we where unable to take showers untill we got home. there was also no batteries in the remote for the t.v. I will definatly not be staying there ever again. It was the worst hotel ever from the people that worked there being rude to the room itself. The Days Inn Auburn is right near the Auburn Municipal airport, in fact its at the southern end of the runway. The rooms are clean and nice, however the bed was the most uncomforable stack of 2 X 4's I have ever slept on, frankly didnt sleep most of the night because of it. Also, the heater was either full hot or full cold, there didnt seem to be any […] middle ground. The shower was WONDERFUL, very hot and lots of water pressure. The towels were kind of scratchy, but ok. Over all, if they got new matteresses and fixed the heaters so they work properly, this motel could easily raise its rating from a 2 star to a 3 star... I travel alone for business as a female I felt very safe there. Went ahead and booked 2 more nights.

This place was located right inbetween a small airport and a casino that had live music Fri & Sat night. It would be a factor regarding staying there, but the rates were so low, I would prob stay there again because of location and low hotel rates. I travel alone, female, and felt very safe there.

I wish that someone would have told me when I was making the reservation that this hotel was right near the lil airport that they have in Auburn, I have a infant son so it made it hard to rest as the planes wouldnt stop til late at night and started early in the morning! I called to let them know that my flight was getting in late, so they wouldn't count me as a "no-show," and when I arrived at the hotel to check in, that is exactly what happened. The person I had spoken to on the phone had checked me into a room, once I arrived, I was told I had been checked out and called a "no-show." After waiting in the lobby for […] nearly an hour, they had to put me in another room and switch me to my original room the next morning because they had rented my room to someone else. (I had requested a downstairs, smoking room and they had to put me in a non-smoking room.) Once in the smoking room, the toilet kept backing up and the tub wouldn't drain right and there were 3 or 4 wet spots on the floor. I called the front desk to let them know and ask for someone to come fix it. They said they would be right over. It took them another 3 hours to send someone and she only fixed the tub, not the toilet. This hotel is in Auburn, WA and it was COLD (40 degrees during the day). The heater in my room was old and didn't work very well. It wouldn't heat the whole room, just the space by the window. I had to pry the control cover off to get to the controls. Not that this hotel was expensive, but it wasn't worth the money I spent on it. I won't stay there again. Devamı

I thought this was a great place to stay for the price. the only thing that was really lacking is the breakfast area. it is way too small, and the food offering was small too. I would really like to see this Days Inn offer a free pass to a local gym since they have no fitness room.

I have stayed there before and was satisfied, this time, our toliet would not flush, the swimming pool was way to cold, the room next to us had no one in it and the door was left open all night " kind of creapy" the front office girl in the morning was not the friendlisist.

Our stay was great. The only bad comment that I have is both ice machines were "out of order" and when we stayed there it was in the high 90's so ice would have been nice. The air conditing worked great and the bed was comfortable. The pool looked well kept and it was clean. Check out time on my receipt was different than the hotels policy. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was cold and even with the heater on took hours to warm up. The water pressure was low. I stayed for two nights but had to get my key reactivated on the second day which was very annoying.
